Love going there! Went in today because my refrigerator quit working last night. Tammy and Michael went above and beyond to make sure I had exactly what I needed before I left. Great Job!

I absolutely love shopping my Big Rapids, Mi. Sears store for tools! Every time I walk inside the store, im greeted immediately by a friendly, and eager to help associate. Like today, i needed one specific tool that i knew no one else would have, and ofcourse the guy walked me right to it! Not only do they have the right tools for the job, but they have ingenious tools for any project and they all hand tools are guaranteed if they break, or ur unsatisfied with it for any reason.... You can return it for a replacement or refund...no questions asked! Try that at Lowes, Menards or Best Buy!

Fine. This store is going out of business as soon as they sell whats in stock. So good place to find deals right now.

Sad that they are closing. But it is time for the family to take a much deserved vacation.

They didnt have what I need. Walked in, asked a couple questions, and left. At least what I needed was right in the doorway. The first store I had to walk forever to get to snow removal.
