I went in to the store today with my girlfriend and to get the new IPhone SE. From the outside it looks like a place that might have poor customer service. You can’t judge a book by its cover especially when you have Jeff working there. He’s exceptionally outgoing and made us feel welcomed immediately. He’s a great salesman. Up selling star right there! I’m so satisfied with the experience at this metropcs I highly recommend to everyone if Jeff is working he’s the best!

Jeff was very helpful during my visit. He was the only employee in the store, and even when he had multiple customers at once, he did an excellent job of serving us all in a timely fashion. Very friendly and informative; he made sure to make me aware of all promotions going on, but was never pushy about them. I am more than pleased with the service that was provided.

Metro by T-Mobil is an excellent place for service and help. The staff in Billerica are knowledgeable and helpful. The physical store itself is small but they are part of a larger group of stores and will quickly get what you need from another location . Metro service is excellent and the cost is very competitive. I have tried other locations with somewhat mixed results but Billerica consistently provides high quality service.

If I could give 0 stars I would! First and most importantly not practicing covid protocols whatsoever.. She gave me the wrong number so I had to go back to the store and have her fix it. Told me if I had any questions uploading my contacts and setting up my phone I can google it. Paid a $58 service fee for that .. Paid my bill in cash and got shut off because they said my card was declined.. Not to mention I purchased a brand new iPhone that doesn’t work in my home that they have a no return policy on!! Go to a different location save yourself the aggravation!!!!

We could not say enough about the customer service there! It was amazing! Jeff was the representative who waited on us in the Metro PCS T-Mobile, Billerica MA location. Courteous, knowledgeable, offering all the possible upgrades but not once pushy, and he was so patient with us! We would send anyone considering Metro PCS to this branch. My girlfriend and I were just there last week and was very impressed with Jeff he’s a extremely good guy and was very helpful can’t say enough good things about him. Oh and may I add how professional and patient he was with a extremely RUDE customer we were very happy when we left the store.

I am very unsatisfied by my treatment with this whole company in general. They sold me a new phone for 120.00 along with the 40.00 a month plan. I went home and the phone did not have service after all that sitting and waiting around. I go back the next day and drop off my phone for them to put service on my phone. I came by the next day 6:30PM after work. I needed the original number so I could get into my e-mail and. Keep my contacts etc. I waited till 9:30 after the store closed cor them finally to put.a number on there. They made it clear that less then 24 hours I could not return the metro pcs phone to the Billerica for a refund. No one wants to wait 24 hours to have a phone issue worked on after paying money for a that did not work. I grew more and more uncomfortable by the minute as I waited and waited and waited. While I am happy to have a phone all of my contacts are missing and I cannot get into my e-mail as the two step authentication was tied to a former number that Metro PCS failed to port. Also, the higher ups that work for customer service to the 300 number have them a very hard time about changing my original number over. They ignored my request several times and did not listen to what I requested and the reason for the request. Today I got a message from metro 611 saying that next month I need to pay 90.00 next time. They still have failed to port over my original number. They tried to do a conference call with T-Mobile to try to contact them to ask them why my number had not ported over to metro. I was on the phone with the two companies for 3 hours and T-Mobile never picked it up. The next hour I get a message from metro pcs saying that next month I owe 90.00 even though I was on the 40.00 a month plan. Then I go to the metro pcs in billerica and the lady said the store did not have a manager and there was nothing she could do and couldnt give me the name of a manager for the store. Somehow she thought this was acceptable. I now have proof when I send my letter to attorney general of this company and their deception.

Waited 1/2 hour for store to open.no one showed up.not very good customer service.come to find out from other store on plaza that some days not open at all.the sprint and cricket stores are both open as advertised.considering just switching. Let see how long before they call me back......over a week still no call back.

AWESOME!!! Leo, the employee thats working @ the Metro Pcs in the Billerica Mall is one of the best customer service members Ive ever come across in the cell phone industry!He was patient, polite and able to save me money on a data package I was inquiring about...and he did all the programming/ setting up the for me.I also had a pro lem.with my phone service a couole of months ago and Kevin (at the same store) was a great help.also.Ty Leo! Very professional and got the job done.
