By far the worst experience EVER. Moe was arragant rude obnoxiois. There are not enough words to say how awful he was. I am a new customer to TMOBILE with a new flip z phone and have a problem. T Mobile customer service sent the store a warranty replacement phone. The phone was shipped to the Billerica store. Moe REFUSED to exchange the phone and said it had water damage. This was not true. We asked him to remove the SIM card and check the water damage indicator. HE REFUSED. He then took the replacement phone packed it in the box said I was basically stuck with a damaged phone and said have a nice day. We got home and called T MOBILE corporate and they said absolutely he should have check the indicator for water damage.So people NEVER EVER use this store. Worst ever.Corporate is sending out a new phone to my house. But get this it may take a month. Pretty good. The replacement phone is at the store 1 mile away and could not get it replaced after only having the phone 2 months

The man at this t mobile store is the worst I asked him what the difference was between 2 phones he was very arrogant and said he cant do anything for me until he ran my credit. I shouldnt of let him, but he said the price on the wall is the price I would pay Ive had a cell phn for 10 years I have perfect credit he found out I wasnt gonna buy a phn that day and was done with me! I would never give him a sale went to the Chelmsford store the man there was awesome
