My son wrecked his dirt bike and bent the handlebars. We went in to get him a new set as we were headed out riding again the day. They did not have any in stock in orange for his bike. They ordered him some. They came in super fast. Lets just say I have one happy kid. I will definitely be back to buy all my stuff from them. He wants new riding gear for Christmas and I know where I will be getting it.

The shop was recently remodeled and got new staff, the new staff is amazing very polite and helpful and the shop looks amazing! Super glad to see it’s in such good hands! Finnaly Billings will have a good moto shop that’s local.

I am in Idaho not local to this moto shop but in a bind needed parts for my son’s dirt bike before his weekend race and this was the only place we could find them. The guy in parts was more than helpful and got the parts to us overnighted in time for his race that weekend. Very thankful!

Only place open on a Monday!! What a saving grace that was. Very helpful, and willing to work with me on a chance encounter that disabled my Wing. My bike wasn’t their cup of tea but they were willing to help in any way they could storing the MC until I could get back to MN and work with insurance and get a resolution. Quick to respond to any request and more then reasonable on their charges.

The folks on the sales floor are very helpful but not OVERLY helpful, theyll let you look around and ask questions- but they dont badger you every 2 steps. Shipping and delivery for my items took a little while longer than some other places, prices were competitive. So far its been a good experience!

Refused to do a tire swap for me after I said I had a tire. It is a detailed job to do a rear tire on a shaft driven motorcycle, and I wanted a Yamaha technician to do it. Since the service writer couldnt make commission from a Tire sale, she refused to do it. Worthless!! Never calling or doing business there again!

Hi-Tech helped me get back on the trails ASAP.I live in Utah and was traveling through Idaho to Montana to ride and hang with the family over the 4th of July weekend. While in Idaho, my clutch cable broke. I figured I would grab a new one from any Yamaha dealership, but no one, not even Salt Lake City, Bozeman, Billings or Livingston had my cable in stock. Hi-Tech was able to fabricate a new cable set up for me and get me back on the road in 1 day. Thanks Hi-Tech for making me the part I needed to ride the rest of the trip on my WR450. Cheers.

1 star only because I had to but I give No stars for this place!!!!! Canceled an order due to taking way too long to get the parts. Once the parts finally came in I received a call saying the owner required me to pay a restocking fee which was nearly as much as the parts order. I will never use this place again. Mitch in the parts dept. was very good to deal with and tried to help.

Recently moved to Billings and needed 2 new enduros and a mid-displacement ATV to get around the property with. Walked in and was ignored by 2 employees, even as I walked towards one saying hello. Browsed around for 15mins in case they were wrapping up a sale, but the employees were just hanging out and not occupied by other customers. Horrible shop, would not trust my lawnmower there.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! They very sneakily sold meame four wheeler that was three years older than I requested. It has broken Many times since...it didnt even have a hundred and fifty miles on it and it needed to go back to the shop for repairs. They will not fix anything under warranty... The owner will fight you tooth and nail. The owner will lie straight to your face.

Worst parts department ever poor customer service your better off ordering your own parts online because one they dont stock any and 2 the only way they will find a part is if you have your vin no knowledge on any equipment they will say they dont even make that 4 wheeler in that year poor poor service i dont know how they stay in business!! They still look up parts from a book so itll take forever big waste of time going in there!

Needed a part and had tried multiple businesses. Pam at High Tech tried multiple sources to locate the part with no luck. Said she would contact their rep to see if it was even available. Got a call later in the day that she had located the part and it would be shipped maybe by the end of the week. I was very impressed with her diligence and taking the time to search this out for me. I met up with Joshua yesterday, and I couldnt be more satisfied. No pressure, professional, and very informative. I went from having never touched (or at least not seriously) a sport bike, to being reasonably knowledgeable in the field (at least from the perspective of a novice). He showed me around some other bikes that would also be good fits, and really did a great job explaining everything in a very simpleton way. I cant wait to go back and do business with them. Absolutely incredible people. 5 stars all the way, and highly recommended.

Pretty sad when my wife and 7 year old son walk in looking at 4 Wheeler helmets and no one offered to help. There was one other customer in the entire building and the crew was to busy talking to each other. Ive bought an ATV from these guys and had them rebuild my other one, but after the way my wife and son were treated this last Saturday, itll be a cold day in hell before Im back! After leaving there, they went down to Can am and was treated much better!

My bike ran good before I brought it in took them 7 weeks to install a new throttle cable and it has not ran right since people beware your motorcycle will never run right again tell all your friends to stay far away from this place you now have been warned

Went in to see if they could do a tire swap, they said it would take a day or two, but after learning from me that I already had the tire, the Service Manager said two months for the 15 minute job. Never doing business with them in the future.

Would not reccomend there service department. Had a chain installed before my 3000 mile trip. Did a preride check and the nut tightening the wheel was loose.

Poor customer service in sales department. Inquired on a bike twice with no follow up from sales in a two week period. Went down the road to Husky Dealer and purchased a bike.The only reason Im not giving them a 1 is the clothing and accessories gal did a fairly good job in assisting me.Update-The sales department did follow up with me a few weeks afterwards. Had the incorrect phone number previously. Adjusted review.

I have purchased 2 bikes and a sled from Hi tech. I have had things worked on 3 times.Its not perfect, but no shop around here is. In general its a good shop and I still get parts here routinely. I would definately buy another machine here.If you have work done ask for Dan. He knows how to do things right.

I have purchased a motorcycle jacket and riding pants there in the past, but went in today to buy a new multi-season touring jacket. I found one that I really liked, and went home to think it over. I later went back to purchase it, only to find that it had two prices on it, and I was looking at the lower price. They would not give it to me for the lower price, even though it was on the sale rack and it was their error pricing it wrong. Thats the end of my shopping there, I will be purchasing online from now on.

Dropped a Yamaha Scooter in to get a new throttle cable installed with full service. Probably 7-8 weeks later I finally get it back. 3 weeks in I called to get an update and they said they were still waiting on the cable to get delivered. Week later I called in again and got the same response. 2 phone calls in the 7 weeks I was put on hold for upwards of 10-15 minutes to be told “we’re busy, can we give you a call back?”..... I left my information and never received a return phone call. Last week I finally got a call back for the first time and was told it was done. Picked it up and got it back to the house to find all the hardware finger tight, no air filter, loose carburetor and ran poorly. Paid way too much for such a disappointing experience...

Summer of 2017, I took 2 Arctic Cat 650s in to get serviced. After getting them back, the one leaked gas like crazy. The tech didnt put the new carb gaskets on. He said my old ones looked good. You have the carbs apart, I paid for the kit, put the damn gaskets on. Summer 2018 I take them out of storage, gas em up, and get them ready to go and the other quad is leaking gas like crazy. I would bet money he did not replace the carb gaskets on this one either. This place is overly priced with terrible service. If I could go negative stars I would. Billings Power Sports here I come!

I am in Wichita, KS and was searching for a closeout helmet. I found the helmettown website and called. Even though they didnt have it in stock, Jon took the time to help me locate a couple of other dealers that may have had them. He helped end for me what had been a couple of weeks searching. The next time I am looking for gear or if I am ever in Montana I will spend some money in this store. Thanks a bunch.

Brand new 2016 yahama fz07 ...purchased with missing parts. Died 3 days after riding . grease stains on seat and handle bars, poor phone service, always on hold ! And then charges 90 $ he n tells you first check up is 3.5 hrs. Lol also no paperwork as to what they did ..& they act like they did you a favor. Dont waste your money. Very upset as they are snakes.

Man at parts counter is knowledgeable and friendly, but the scowling owner lady is inappropriate. Confusing, cluttered, and disorganized store leaves a person shopping amd buying online ... permanently.

Some of the people are rude but there are nice ones. This store makes me green with jealous envy. I want all of their motorcycles.

Stopped by their shop inquiring about service on my UTV. Agreed to bring my vehicle in the following week with an estimate in hand and ready to go. Once I arrived to drop off, the parts and service employees were so disorganized, they asked me to come back in an hour so the tech could review. The estimate doubled and they said it will be two weeks to fit me in. Really disappointed, will look for another shop to give my business too.
