Prices seem to be a bit high in my opinion, but, it seems to be that way everywhere. The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. And the store is always clean and well stocked

I stop here once in a while on my way home from work, the service is usually good. The parts selection, on the other hand, is lame. Why would you have 20 brakepad options on the website, 10 options at that store location, but only keep 1 option in stock. Its an ongoing issue, Ive noticed at other Advance Auto stores same deal.Whatever, there open Sunday so that makes up for it in my book

This place was once such a great auto parts store but now its just become a nightmare to deal with. The cashiers are not only tough to find but are always in a horrible mood and act as if your bothering them if you need any assistance. Save yourself money and the headache and go to Napa or Autozone which are both nearby choices for parts.

Didnt have the 2 items I needed, unsure of restocking them. Waited 10 mins b4 anybody asked if I needed assistance.

We have shopped at advanced auto for years that’s where my husband gets all his car parts and the things that we need for our vehicles but today when we went in there I was totally disgusted. There were two guys behind the counter I went up to ask the one guy a question he pulled his mask down to talk to me and told me he doesn’t like masks. Number one you don’t pull your mask down when a customer is right there. So after that happened my husband and I finished picking up what we needed as we were getting ready to go to the checkout I looked over towards the checkout counter and another guy name Steven was walking around behind the counter with his mask completely pulled down in fact he walked in the store apparently from a break with his mask completely down and continued to keep it completely down so as we walked over to the counter I said to him, aren’t you supposed to be wearing your mask inside the store? He replied very rudely, only when we’re dealing with customers. Well in New York State there’s a mandate and I thought they’re supposed to be wearing their masks at all times while they are working as long as customers are there so I was just blown away by that. And then after we were leaving two people walked into the store neither one of them had masks on and they were allowed to be in the store without masks on. Clearly this store is not following the mandates up by the state and they really need to be re-educated on proper procedures during this virus because they clearly are not following them.

They normally have the part in stock. If you purchase the part online for pickup at the store, many times you will be offered a online instant discount.

Service person was pleasant and helped me locate the correct battery. She stopped and helped with out needing to search for help. The battery was in stock and the whole transaction took less than 10 minutes. Wasnt happy with the store attaching a add-on product that appeared to come with the battery purchase then tried charging an additional charge.

Store layout can be a bit confusing, not laid out the same in different locals. Always have to wait in line with one cashier, yet at least 4 employees on duty. HOWEVER, employees are always courteous and knowledgeable.

Horrible! I call over and over noboby answers. Finally get someone they say hold then wait forever then rings again and no answer. This happens everytime i call there so calling doesnt work. Go to the store in person is the only way to talk to someone. They always have phone issues or so they say. All my business goes to autozone they always answer the phone. I have a fleet of 5 trucks and 2 personal vehicles.

Not very helpful.Not very knowledgeable, and I was getting muffler parts and clamps.The supervisor who was helping me, stopped mid sentence, and started taking phone calls.I was all ready to pay.There were 3 people behind me,and I could tell they were becoming frustrated.After he took the 4th phone call, I left.Thanks for your wonderful service.We all,(the other people trying to give you money) had a nice laugh at the joke customer service was that day.

We come here to get a new battery. So we asked if we could get in install. So they guys came out staring taking off the old battery and installing new one I believe one of the terminal was too small so he just start hammering in it to make it fit. Well anyway then now he move over to work on negative terminal and when he touch the connector to the battery the car start beeping and here we are 1 hour ish later still no installed battery because of untrained worker.

The employees tried to rip me off on a tool I rented on my credit card when I returned it they claim money went back on card and it never did $238 so dont ever use your bank card to rent a tool there and the employees are theifs

Ive been in here several times but the cashiers are always busy. If I can count on anything its that Ill wait 20 minutes before I get to talk to anybody about what I need for my vehicle. The other day, I walked in and one of the workers was going on and on cussing and complaining about his job. This was so unprofessional and made me want to leave. I expect more from this company.
