When I took it for State inspection the inspector couldn’t find anything wrong. He committed that it was in the same condition as a new truck. I cant say enough great things about the service and experience received from Mike over at Auto Smart NY. He was very responsive and accommodating of my distance away from the shop performingnot one, but 2 complete video walk-arounds along with a test drive to showcase this beautiful Ford F-150 Platinum with 100k miles that I bought. Mike was very forthcoming about the cosmetic blemishes and didnt hide the fact that his team replaced the transmission in the truck, which he truly didnt have to share, but chose to due to being a person of integrity. After purchasing the vehicle and starting my journey home the transmission started shifting funny and had some fluid leaking out causing a trail of smoke nearly 45 miles away from home. Mike happened to call and check on me and I told him what happened... the very next morning (~8 hours later) he and his mechanic drove 3 hours the to personally diagnose and resolve the issue caused by the transmission techs misinterpreting specs and overfilling the fluid. This gesture has made me a customer forever and when Im in the market for a new truck hell be my very first call!P.S. I also like the fact they dont put those free advertisement bumper stickers on your car like most used car dealers.

I came from out of state to purchase a hard to find vehicle that Mike had on his lot.
