Stopped by to let them take a look at a small transmission leak on an old jeep. They took a look and tighten things up. Very knowledgeable and very honest. Sent me on my way and just said let them know of anything changes and hoped this fixes the issue. Hopefully I do not have any issues, but if I do theyll be the folks to work on it. Thanks Kim.

I had a really good experience at this shop. The people are friendly and personable and also professional. I dont know if it was because I lived so close but they have a ride home while they worked on my car so I wouldnt have to wait in the shop for the service to be complete. They finished in a timely manner and also came and picked me up when they were done. Their prices for service are all very reasonable.

I am so impressed with this business. Most times when a woman is attempting to get anything fixed, you hear about them being swindled because they dont know any better. I have attempted to educate my self on somethings so I dont go in blindsided. Well I spoke with Kim and she was not only helpful but she made suggestions for me to get the best deal for my money. She was caring and made sure that I was satisfied. Oh did I mention that I was referred because she did some work on my sons vehicle as well. Please use them for you transmission needs. Was losing trans fluid, in a older vehicle(1994), and concerned about having a very costly rebuild. They diagnosed it as just trans hose that old and leaking. They replaced it and I was good to go! Best news you could ever have with a transmission! Appreciate their honesty.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this place deserves the highest review possible. We were traveling from out of state and our truck had battery issues and throwing some codes. We called Milex Greystone and they got us right in. They had the truck for a short time and ran some diagnostics on it. They cleared codes and test drove it for us. They explained what was going on and didn’t charge us a penny. They are wonderful. Thank you for making us feel at ease while so far away from home. I would definitely go back and wish they were located in our home town.

The Team at Mr. Transmission did an excellent job servicing my 2011 Ford F150. They provided all the preventative maintenance the vehicle required plus a few extra minor repairs that were needed.The service was excellent, the work was done quickly, the price was fair and the truck is running great. I will definitely be using Mr. Transmission in the future for all maintenance and repair work for my Toyota Land Cruiser and Mercedes E350 as well. I would trust their mechanics with any vehicle make and model.

1 Star is reaching for this place of occupancy can’t call for to a business! It was recommended through USAA’s Repairpal, I called for an estimate and was told I would get a call back didn’t received a call that day ok not a problem. Called back the next day the same person answers told them I’m still waiting for that estimate I was told once again let me get to the shop I’ll call you right back! We’re now at the end of another business day with no call I ring back for the 3rd time and now I’m told they’ll get to it when they get to it! So now I start questioning why the hold up the response I get is they’re not interested in my business and working on my vehicle and I get immediately hung up on!! WOW if this is how you treat a potential customer it is definitely better I take my money elsewhere! Oh and by the way I called back requesting to speak to the owner and the person told me they were the owner and hung up in my face once again! USAA do better in screening business you refer your military personnel too!

Service was extremely professional and exquisite! The team at Mr. transmissions are extremely nice people. I was in Alabama on business and my transmission light came on . When your only daughter is away for school and something goes wrong with her car, your greatest hope is you can find someone friendly and honest to take good care of her...and quick. This was fairly simple, her older model car driver-side window would not roll back up. It was the late night call and then scramble the next day to find someone.Milex Greystone was my third call. The first two places, while also well located seemed disinterested in the work in one case and very committal in the second. The very friendly and helpful scheduler/receptionist/office person at Milex was eager to help, grasped my fatherly concern and had a great plan. Let her bring it in, first of all well get the window up and then well address a more permanent fix. Thats exactly what happened. The repair was not super cheap (these things never seem to be do they?) but I felt I was handled honestly and more importantly, my all grown up girl got really well taken care of.THANK YOU MILEX GREYSTONE!

I would rather send my car to Valhalla on a burning raft than use this shop again. What started as an estimated one week job turned into three weeks of installing a bad part, needing mechanics from a sister location, and general incompetence all around. Calling the corporate number was no help either, so use at your own risk.

Can’t express the extent of professionalism I received during my transmission service with this company. I was even given a ride to and from my home while my vehicle was being serviced. Staff was very friendly but company is way over priced. It was $500 just to diagnose the transmission. Transmission was removed when not asked to remove it. $500 for 6 hours of work. Then wanted $4000 to fit it. A transmission is roughly 1800-1900 so youre bumping it up to $4000? $1000 to work on it and then an additional $1000 for profit? Insane.

I was on my way through town and my rear window fell down and wouldnt go back up. They couldnt have been nicer, opened the door panel, raised the window, and secured it temporarily until I can get home. For this, they charged me nothing! If you ever need work, I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Kim was excellent in getting service set up on my Infiniti QX60. The repair was done quickly and they worked with my extended warranty service provider. Great service for my Infiniti. I will definitely use them again.

This is one of the best... correction the best shop in town I have never seen a shop like this be so honest one of my fuel sensors went out and they told me it be cheaper to go to amazon saved me $100 my car is currently in their shop for a new motor mount and they will be the only shop in town other than Speedsouth to work on my car the professionalism, quality of work, and honesty from this shop blows me away how some of these close by shops still operate blows me away if there was a higher rating than 5 they would get it

Hi, we used Mr.Transmission about a week ago to have our 2015 Tahoe worked on, because the transmission was starting to act up. We spoke to Ashlyn who was very knowledgeable in what we needed done; she took the time to explain what the mechanics could do to repair the transmission. Ashlyn personally drove to the Chevrolet dealership to pick up the part we needed, which was across town. I highly recommend Ashlyn in her customer service skills, professionalism, and knowledge. My wife took her car there for an oil change because its close by and we received a coupon in the mail from them. After her oil change she was told that her outer tie rod ends were bad and needed to be replaced. She was told the car is dangerous to drive in this condition and could cause an accident. They gave a written estimate of $1,203.76 for the repair. Got quotes from 7 different local reputable mechanics and quotes ranged between $190-$330! The kicker... it turns out there was nothing actually wrong with the tie rod ends at all! I still got them replaced because I had already ordered the parts and brought it in (to another mechanic) to be repaired/alligned. I would not trust this company. They charge 4x more than the most expensive place I got quoted, and for work that doesnt even need to be done.

I went in with what I thought was transmission issues turned out it wasn’t that at all they was very friendly and helpful got me back my car and on the road in no time!

Ashlyn has no customer service abilities from my experience, she talked over me when I tried to explain my concerns. I never was offered the opportunity to speak with a mechanic. She told me that most customers dont understand that it may be a spark plug or something else. Im aveteran and traveled the world built my first car at age 16. My suggestion is train Ashlyn to be a listener and dont talk over her customers. Be a listener .

Kim at the new Mr Transmission in Greystone was able to repair my Mercedies after another shop had done some bad work.She was able to diagnose a problem that 3 other shops had misdiagnosed.She had three of her technicians to agree before she was satisfied with the results.They gave me a ride home while repairing my car.They are fair, honest and reasonalble.If you live in the Greystone, Meadow Brook, Highland Lakes, Eagle Point area this is a great place to take your car for repair.They do all kind of work from an oil change, air condition, tire balancing, engine and transmission work.Kim will keep you informed about you car while they are working on it.We need and have a great new place to have our cars repaired and maintained.

Kim and her crew took great care of us! Both of our vehicles had transmission problems but they got us fixed up quickly and at a great price. Good folks and great value!

It was initially 5 stars, but unfortunately it did not remain the best. First, they dont use floor covers and the grease and dirt from the mechanics shoes were on my brand new mats. Second, they did not call me to tell me my car was not looked at on the day they said. I had to call to find out they did not get around to it. Third, and most important, the front transmission mount was loose and bolts could be twisted with youre hand. The battery cable was not properly secured. The electrical harness near the firewall was not secure. There was also a brake line or vacuum line that was not secured.

I visited Mr. Transmission Greystone I experienced Great customer service, and very timely service. I will be back.
