Very nice staff and excellent prices

Phillip was very helpful and was the only person here. Fixing cars fast and operated the desk duties. He found me all terrain tires at a price I could afford and when he got caught up he locked up the shop and went to pick up my tires. New tires and an alignment for 600 bucks. Worth the wait. Im from out of town and on a tight schedule. But I unlike some other reviews know not to come to a not corporate shop in a hurry...and.....the lady before accusing the employee of being high on dope.....well that is a mean way to make fun of a thick Alabama accent. Professional and capable work here. Be patient and be polite please..

Refused to put my spare back underneath my SUV after I spent $140 on two used tires with them. No other customers present to serve.Where are the first guys that ran the place early 2020? I would have brought every car I had to them. They knew something about customer service.

I Decided To Give My Honest Opinion Of This Particular Car Shop ! They Are Sloppy With Management Meaning They Have Someone New Running It Ever So Often & Its Confusing ! They Have So Many Names They Are Going By ( Vann Tires, 78 Tires, & Timex Tires ) Anybody Else Would Probably Have Trouble Looking For This Place If They Didnt Know The Original Name For It On Google Which Is Vann Tires ! The Employees Are Classless In My Opinion. No Type Of Customer Service Whatsover ! U Literally Have To Walk Up On Somebody Here To Get Serviced Otherwise They Will Ignore U As If U Dont Matter ! I Feel Like They Try To Get Over On Women Too ! The Prices Are All Right ! They Arent All That Good Because Everytime I Go To Get Something Done I End Up Having To Go Back. No Sir ! 👎

They are very good at what they do, they dont get too excited about the line of work there in but they are good and reasonably priced and very knowledgeable about there line of work.

The manager does not know what customer service is. They are unorganized the help is here today gone the next. The shop manager doesnt know what the heck he is doing setting appointment, and you still wait an hour and a half before thtey get to you . I would not recommend this place toAnyone. Ill just have my car repaired correctly.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!! This company is a joke. I went to have my tires put on the rim and they messed my tire up. Also, they messed up my rim and told me it was already like that. The guys was high off dope and this was the worse experience EVER they dont deserve any stars. They was getting high in the back behind the tires while I was there. They will have side conversation to get you out of more money for they drug problem!!
