Usually love this store but the red headed girl at the counter came screaming at me and my girlfriend for not having a mask on. I had our masks in my pocket but she was incredibly rude to us. I was coming in to spend a few hundred bucks on a few things I already knew I wanted. I know she had to do her job but there is a right way and a wrong way to go about it. I will not be returning to this store masks or no masks.

I never write reviews, but iv had multiple wonderful experiences at this game stop and I just thought that they could use some love on their page! The store leader Josh is almost always there whenever I stop in (Once a week) to make a purchase. Hes always super kind and not over bearing with pushing purchases on me, but actually offers helpful advice with upcoming games and lists of pops/games coming out soon that I can take out with me. He has been absolutely fantastic to converse with in the store and I look forward to my next visit! thanks for the great times Josh!

Was gonna hop in real quick to buy some pokemon cards but was turned away at the door. My daughter was not wearing a mask because she is only a little over a year old and it is a choking/suffocation hazard for her. I was wearing a mask. The employee at the door told me she had to be wearing one. I told him she was too young to wear one. He started talking about birmingham police and I just left. Maybe they should train their employees to know that the mask law applies to those of age 2 and older. I was prepared to spend a few hundred dollars today. Guess Ill go somewhere else my money is wanted.

My granddaughter can always find what she needs at Game Stop. And many times she found games that were used but cheap. Theres never been anything wrong with any of them. Also the new ones are cheaper than Wall Marts. Why go anywhere else...

Fast, friendly service. Saved me some money on a Christmas gift. I went there looking for a used copy of a specific game and the employee let me know they were running a sale with which I could get new copy cheaper than a used one. Less enthusiastic employees would have let me buy the used copy without a second thought. Great job.

THIS IS THE GREATEST GAMESTOP I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO! Best staff. Very informed and super polite. Never judge your game choices or try and push a sale on you (which GameStop is notorious for). Will never use another GameStop again unless its this one.

I was looking at a keychain and placed it onto of a box instead of back in its place because my friend called me over right when I was about to leave the employee asked if I was gonna pay for that keychain I asked what he said I had 3 keychains and now i only have 2 because he didnt see where i put it accusing me of stealing im so displeased with the service totally disrespectful been going to games stop ever since i was little made me never want to go back completely flabbergasted at the rudeness shown do not recommend this store

Worst Gamestop experience I’ve ever had.Quick back story, I had to cancel a special edition pre-order because I needed the money at the time. I’m not familiar with collector items, and I thought I could come back at another point before the release to reserve another order. Well the guy (I forgot his name, short Caucasian fellow) told me AFTER they cancelled my order that I couldn’t come back and order another one because they were booked. I told him it’s okay, I need the money anyway, and at the time I thought I could just go to another location and pre-order (again, I’m not familiar with special editions since I usually don’t get them). Well I quickly learned about 3 weeks later I couldn’t.Fast forward to today. I walked in, and I asked the guy why he didn’t inform me before I cancelled that I couldn’t get it anywhere else. He insisted that he did, and I kept telling him that if that was the case, I would’ve just found another way to keep my pre-order. Yes I needed the money at the time, but why would I cancel my pre-order if I honestly knew I couldn’t get it anywhere else? That doesn’t make sense. We went back and fourth for about a minute or so, and he’s clearly getting irritated with me. So I stopped and said “look man, I’m just trying to figure out if there’s anything I can do because I didn’t know that all the stores would be sold out like this.” And he looked at me and was like “nah, it’s just 1 large corporation.” So I told him “for future reference, to let people know before they get their refund.” And all he had to say was “okay.” I said okay well I appreciate it. He didn’t even say have a goodnight or I appreciate you. Nothing. Really the worst experience through Gamestop I’ve ever had. Honestly this whole experience wouldn’t have been that bad if I didn’t get so much attitude the second time I came by to figure out if there was anything to do.

Great customer service, Kaitlin was the person on duty and she was able to help me find everything I came in for as well as place a few pre-orders on games I didnt even know were coming out! Overall the store was clean and organized which made shopping a breeze.

Trade in prices are garbage. Tried to return COD:WW2 after I realized it was online play only and they tried to give me 25$ for a 60$ game that hasnt even been out of the store for 24 hours.

Things are really overpriced. I was buying a controller & really didnt like the price they were charging for it. I asked the guy if he would give me a discount. He scanned the controller & it rang up giving me over a 60% discount, until he realized that he had hit the trade in button. So Im paying more than a 60% markup! No!
