I went to get my phone screen repair and the guy in the store said I had to wear a mask (8/18/21) and if your like me, I will not support/give my business to a company that enforces tyranny on people. I believe it’s the individuals choice, if they do or don’t wear a mark. If they are okay with the risk, they can do what they want as long as they don’t hurt anyone. And for anyone who says that wearing a mask is to protect the people around you is like saying you shouldn’t drive cause you could cause a wreck.So instead, I went to batteries plus and got my phone fixed for $12 cheaper and it’s a more durable screen. FYI uBreakiFix turned down $160 today....not the smartest business decision.

UBreakiFix is amazing! I brought in my Nintendo Switch for a repair and they gave an initial quote for the issue. In a matter of less than 2 hours, not only had they identified the issue, it was repaired and ready for pickup. Wow! Not only that, because the repair was easier than they initially thought, they even adjusted the price. Who does that? uBreakiFix does! My fiance brought my phone in to be repaired. No one greeted him coming in the store or acted like they wanted to help him. He was told that you do not carry the screen for my phone and that it would take 3 weeks to get the screen in. He was also told that my phone would need to be left there until the screen came in. The screen cost almost the same amount that my phone is worth as well. If Im not worth your time, you are not worth my time or money. Awkward and unprofessional.

My phone had very low volume and it was difficult to hear anything. I had been told that the speaker would need to be replaced or I might need a new phone. I took it to You Break I Fix and they found a build up of makeup and oils which they immediately cleaned while I waited. My phone has excellent volume now. Best of all, they did not charge me for this service. I highly recommend them.

This place was great they had my phone fixed in less than 3 hours, and the acutally had the part so I did not have to wait for shipping. Which was a major plus, I do not want to come back but if I should break my phone again this is where I will come. There prices where pretty fair as well and they tell you upfront what the price is and the problem so you know what you have to pay ahead of time. wish i would have found them sooner.

My phone glass and screen broke on my Samsung AE50. The display was gone. I went to a couple of places who could order the parts. The guy at Batteries Plus told me to go to uBreakIFix in Trussville. (Near Raceway and Panda Express.) I got there a little before 5. Joe said he had the part. He said it is a 4 hour fix but he would get to it. They closed at 7. I went a couple of doors down and got dinner.At 7:20 Joe presented me with my fixed and updated phone. The charge was very reasonable. I was so pleased to have this MOST IMPORTANT TOOL of my business.They are a nice company to work with.

This place is great. With AT&T insurance I went for a cracked screen. I got my screen fixed new casing and a new battery.

Not happy with this place at all. I took my phone in under insurance and the boy tested it to make sure everything was good. He then told me itd be 2hrs. I left and did some shopping. Upon arriving back at the place he told me they were unable to repair due to my motherboard causing issues. He said it kept showing it was overheating when they plugged it up. Now. Ive never had an issue before. Nor, did it show up when he tested it before accepting the repair. He started telling me Id have to get a replacement phone. He never offered an apology or anything and continued to argue with me, saying Id need a replacement device at $199 instead of $29! No customer service whatsoever. He never even updated the case with Asirion and said he wished they didnt have these partnerships with Samsung and Apple. Ill never take anything to this place again. Id rather pay outright full retail than to go here and save $200.

Wouldnt be so upset if the man working this morning was a bit more polite when he told me they dont work on Samsung phones.

My ear piece speaker was not working on my iPhone. I walked into the store and they took a look at my phone. They were able to clean out the speaker for me on the spot in just seconds. Yes!!!! And they were so kind this was a no charge service. We have used them in the past twice to replace my sons screen for his phone but they were not aware of this. We will definitely continue to use them for phone repair services. Great job guys!!!

I brought my iPhone 6s in after it suffered severe water damage, and even though the damage was irreparable, they did not charge me any fees at all for cleaning it out and running diagnostics on it because it would not turn back on. Also, the one on highway 280 did an excellent job fixing a shattered screen for a reasonable price.

Store employee did not acknowledge me for 30 minutes as I waited in line to purchase a charger. Instead of at least knowing me know that he would get with me, he was googling for addresses and things that didnt have anything to do with an Iphone. I left without purchasing. Will not ever return.

Visiting from out of town and dropped my phone in broke the LCD screen. I was heartbroken because I knew that I would not be able to get it fixed. These guys not only had the part in stock, they picked up my phone late Saturday and told me that it would be after 11 for sure on Monday when they got it fixed.Come Monday morning by 1030 or shortly thereafter, I got a call saying my phone was repaired. Quick service, great service, and a reasonable price for what I had done.I definitely recommend them

I had an iPhone 4 screen busted to bits - this was around 2015. The guy replaced the screen but it wouldn’t power up. He said “let me look at it” He went to the back & 5 minutes comes back. He said “you have a new battery & battery wire, no charge” He explained he had pinched the wire connected to the battery when he was replacing the screen. So he made it right at no charge- good work & good customer service👍🏼

Had my phone battery replaced. Very good service and quick repair. I had a small issue with the speakerphone not working correctly after the repair. I took the phone back and they quickly took care of the issue. It was a poor connection internally. Repaired without any additional cost. Very good service!

Drew was awesome!! My husbands phone has had issues charging and staying connected to the charger and we’ve avoided bringing it anywhere due to potential cost of fixing his older version phone. Drew’s first course of action was grabbing tweezers and pulled out a clump of dust from the charging port and it was good as new! No charge and he was very informative, friendly, and knowledgeable ! We’ll be coming back in the future for sure

I went by to get my iPhone 6plus screen replaced. I use my phone for business and was scared I was going to have to leave it for an extended period of time. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Spencer said that it was normally an hour job but he would get it done within 30 min. I walked back in the store just to look around about 10 minutes early and Stephen had already replaced my screen. They were awesome!

Really rude felt somewhat discriminated against. I stood in or too the side of a couple being served and after they finished there business the guy acted as if I wasnt there. Never acknowledged me or even came back from the rear of the store too assist me. Im 61 and dark black you cant miss me.

The best phone repair in Bham bar none. No other shop would even touch my phone. Completely recovered my info from a water damaged phone as asked, and fixed the phone completely! Do not go anywhere else go to the best! They have a customer for life in me.

I had an iPhone 7 Plus screen that was cracked, but otherwise everything functioned normally. UbreakiFix service was very friendly and helpful. The newly fixed screen looks fine, but it does not function as well as the original. About 20% of the time when the screen turns on, there is some degree of flickering. The sensitivity of the touchscreen is not as good as the original, either. For example, with making very fine movements of the finger, the screen sometimes has trouble tracking those fine movements. Finger “pressure” is not detected as well either - when doing actions like gently pressing/holding down on an app to delete it or pull up a submenu or firmly pressing down on a photo to enable LivePhoto, the screen has trouble detecting this and it takes multiple tries before it registers. So overall, great service and staff. But I would have hoped for a better product for spending over 100$ for a repair.Update: less than 6 months later, now the bottom inch of my screen does not register touch. Unfortunately I am passed the 3 month warranty for the service. Dissatisfied.

This is the best iPhone place Ive ever had to deal with! Getting your iPhone fixed is never something anyone wants to do and there is always that small bit of fear that there is nothing anyone can do or you will have to go to the Apple store and pay hundreds. 65 bucks, thirty mins, and some great convo with these guys, and my husbands iPhone was fixed and the pictures of our newborn daughter were not forever lost!! Samsung certified servicer apparently means they cant service your device even after they say they can and set an appointment. Dont bother.

A couple of weeks ago I had my phone repaired here and the guys there knew exactly what was wrong. They fixed it in about thirty minutes or so. After about a week or two the part they replaced had some kind of defect in, so I went back in there told them what was going on they checked it out to make sure it was not my phone. Then told me about the part and it was still under the year warranty and would be happy to fix the problem.

Well I had a phone that is a newer phone and gave me the run around on it. So if you dont have a Samsung dont go there cuz you will have to wait a month just for them to tell you that they cant find a screen anywhere and was told 3 different stories. So my experience was not good.

I am so grateful to Carvin and Ryan for getting all and I mean all of my information off of my old phone into my new phone. My old phone LCD went bad and my phone company had to send me out another phone. My important information that was in my S notes was not backed up so, the phone company was like sorry there is nothing that we can do, all of your information is lost. I was like no way. I left out of the phone company very upset. I decided to walk down to phone restore to see if they could help me. I went in told Carvin the problem and he smiled and said no problem, I will get everything all the old phone down to the backbone. I was happy to hear him say that he could help me. They left the screws out of my phone. I had to return for another repair and then the screen wasnt right with regard to its sensitivity. Also, the screen was cheap and cracked again with the slightest drop.

I do not recommend this place to repair any broke screen on phone or tablets. The glass they use is very fragile and will crack very easily. Within two days of getting my phone repaired the screen broke just being in my pockets. I took it back and they said I would have to pay again to get it repaired.

I went in here for my Iphone 6+. I had time to go out and run a few errands around trussville and picked it up on my way home. The drop off process was fast and easy and the tech I talked too was very sweet they even put the case and screen protector on it for me before I left.

Horrible quality. They replaced my screen and messed up my home button on my iPhone 7. Then they basically told me I’d have to take it to apple to have it fixed. They had to replace my screen 2 times to get it right. The screen recently started going crazy and hitting random things all over the screen. I dropped it one time and the screen literally popped out of place. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I took the phone to change the screen and they said that they tried four screens and my phone would not take any and they broke my home button and claim it was like that, pure lies!!!!!! I couldnt take out the screws in my kids phone. One employee said they couldnt there since the screws were stripped. Another employee came out, looked at it then proceeded to loosen the screws free of charge!!
