The employees at Boot Barn are top notch in customer service and product knowledge. This store has a great selection of boots (naturally), but they also have a nice variety of outdoor wear for men and women.

Went to store to buy ariat work boots looking to get good pair but couldnt get any help because an employee was to busy gossiping about someone else with a friend than to help me find the right size boot

Unorganized. Nothing but a headache trying to get boots ordered for our wedding party. Been waiting over a month for boots to come in. It was taking so long because no one wrote the order down or put the order in. Was also told on the phone they price match but that was not honored when I came into the store.

Excellent staff always offering top notch customer service. After years of shopping there, several employees are like family to us now. It is great to have that warm inviting feeling anywhere these days.

Farrell a young lady of Epic knowledge of the store and the product would have probably sold me everything in the store and I would have bought it gladly! She was wonderful! By Far and Away the best employee Ive ever seen I thought she owned the place the way she do everything just handled everything with Grace every request she knew just where to go and just what products she had she was beyond awesome! They need to give her either a giant raise or clone her cuz shes the best she should be the face of Boot Barn cuz she was epic good example professionalism and knowledge of the store and products and she was just a nice person on top of that10of 10

Great place for Western wear, but items are very expensive. Can get same merchandise for less when compared to other Western wear items.

It was good but the ladie put out two different boots. And it wasnt only for Me because when I went to school the next day my friend also had two different boots. From the same place. Luckily my parent found out that it was different and we got it fixed. Then when we tried to get a coupon on the boots and I also got a hoodie. She didnt know how so then we spent about a half hour to an hour waiting for her to figure it out. Then she just removed the price that the coupon said on it. It was a nice place (which is why it is two stars) but the ladie didnt have a clue of what she was doing.

Great Western store with comparative prices.

150$ boots wore out after 1 month. Tried to get then replaced first guy was disrespectful, but a manager stepped in and replaced the boots.
