Large number of shoes. Wide sizes available. Not really the styles that I care for. I really prefer shoes with genuine leather uppers and also leather soles. Prices are not bad overall.

I wouldnt say they are the friendlies bunch that work there. Was pretty much treated like I was a bother even when checking out. Their crocs are more expensive than other places. And they seem to mainly only sell Nike in mens shoes. Would be nice to have more of a selection. Their bogo doesnt pertain to all shoes either. I probably wont be back.

I went here looking for a specific kind of shoe, for running. I found the exact same shoe that I wore out and got a similar style in a different color. They also had a clearance sale for some steel toe black shoes. Will probably go back here when my shoes wear out again in the next year and a half.

No greeting no help at all.. I was looked at and walked by! Im very disappointed I love shoe carnival. Always had good experiences here but not with this group. I would have dropped a couple of bills easily. Merry Christmas show carnival..

We have both good luck and not so good luck with Shoe Carnival. Today was not good. Were looking for athletic shoes in a womens size 12; found most were up to 10. Not enough staff on today to help us. Over the summer, we did great with casual shoes and sandals. If it wasnt in stock, we were able to order it. Shipments came very quickly.

I used to love shoe carnival in Bismarck but this last monday 1/20/2020 I was at the store in the afternoon and was looking for shoes not 1 associate asked if I needed help the head lady looked like she woke up on the wrong side of the bed and the two younger girls were chatting and just hanging out. There were others in the store and I never once herd them ask if they needed helped. Very unprofessional and when I did ask about something I got now we dont have those and then she walked away... I think from now on Ill go in to try on shoes and then just order online! The store was a wreak as well.

I only dinged 1 *because its very difficult sometimes to find the right size when theyre having a sale because the whole place looks trashed. I think they should give the poor people that are working there during sale days like that maybe an extra person or two to work so that they can keep things orderly. Because when you go over the loudspeaker intercom that you have a certain deal on for 15 or 20 minutes its actually really difficult to find a size shoe you like in 5 minutes so really eats away your time when you do that. Otherwise Shoe Carnival is a great place to get really nice shoes at a really really good price.

Okay selection and help-yourself atmosphere works out well here. They also have a lot of deals happening all the time. If you can find what you like in the somewhat limited brands that they carry you should be in good shape.

Must be under new management here. They blunt and rude. Will not go out of there way. Not customer service focused at all. Wanted to order over the phone because website does not list my size 10W. Making me go to the store to order.

Clean store, the sales associates dont harass you but they are friendly. Prices are decent and they have a good selection of shoes.

Horrible service. I tried asking a question on size and the girl curtly said no and turned away. First actual shoe store where they wont help you size your foor or help you find the right box. Never again
