We use Cintas for uniform and shop rag rentals, I have experienced great service from our local staff, they go over the invoice with you at the end of each visit to reassure you of what has been changed out and what is being billed at that time, we have never had lost or late uniforms and can truly say I would recommend them to any facility in need of theses type of goods or services.

Nice looking facility

I cannot believe how horrible our experience has been with Cintas. I was super hopeful when I transfered stores and thought giving them a shot was going to be a good idea. I was sized for my new uniforms by a local rep late July to early August. We opened this new store October 14th and all we got was rags and floor mats. As of 11/18 we still have not received uniforms. We left a message with our local rep and told her that we are switching to Aramark, her response was sounds good. What kind of customer service is this? We expected our uniforms by October 14th and when we called, we got the run around saying everyone that can help us is on vacation. I cannot reccomend Cintas in Bismarck to anybody, other cities perhaps, save yourself the trouble.

These guys are unbelievable. I only gave them two stars cause they show up every week. Weve been out of soap for two weeks. My coworkers and I have to wear uniforms for several days because we dont get them back for weeks. I have sent several pairs of pants in for repair and keep getting them back unrepaired (Im talking broken zippers not just a small rip).
