Aaron was awesome. Called around to price shop and this is the best price in town. He went above and beyond to research and answer my questions. Not only were they cheaper but were able to get me in faster than anybody else. He was even willing to come meet me after hours to get my vehicle secured if need be. These fine folks installed a flatbed on my pickup. They were great to work with in finding a time slot for us. When the day arrived they didnt have the anticipated bed in stock so they installed a better one for the same price. The workmanship was first rate. They were able to place the reverse sensors and backup camera perfectly. I highly recommend RB&S. We drove from Iowa to work with them.

I have an older trailer that needed a plug and wire fixed. I asked a price and they gave a very reasonable estimate. I decided to have the bearings repacked, fixed and price was cheaper than quoted. Great local business

Place is good spot to pick up a trailer. I purchased a 2 spot high clearance snow mobile trailer for only $800. Staff is very nice and helpful. They changed out the light plug on my truck for free when I couldnt get them to work.

Great prices and friendly service. They also have a leather balm that is the best thing I have tried for my hands. My hands usually feel rough and hard with callouses, but after just a couple days using this balm they are as soft as a babys.

Had an issue with my flatbed, with lights flickering and/or not working. As soon as I made an initial review. Riverside called me asap and were very supportive in fixing the issue. Very impressed with the willingness to make it right. In the future I’d feel confident in buying something from them knowing they’ll take care of the issues it may or may not have whether it’s due to a manufacturing issue or an installer issue.Only reason for not giving a 5 star review was due to the issue, however would give 5 star on the support I received with it.

We were getting married, moving to Texas, and we needed a trailer to get us there. We ended up here after hours of searching and it was definitely a breath of fresh air. Ken was an amazing sales rep. He ordered a pink dump trailer for me and was just as excited as I was. Every time I called with questions he was ready with answers. The buying process was really easy and stress free because of Ken. I highly recommend them for all your trailer needs.

It all started out when I called looking for a dump trailer. The lady that answered the phone couldnt seem to figure out what inventory they had or didnt have. She ended up telling me they didnt have the trailer I was looking for. I went back to their website and found the trailer I was looking for and it was in stock. I called back in and talked to a guy named Erin. He found the trailer in his inventory and took a deposit. He said it was at a different location but would get it sent over the next day. He was going to call me back with a time I could pick it up. He did call back but not with a time to pick up. He told me the trailer had been sold to someone else. I had a bad experience with these people. They really dont seem to know what is going on within their own business. They did refund my deposit but what good is that? I need a trailer. When I told him I would be writing a review Erin told me there could be legal ramifications. Really? Wow. I I dont need the aggravation.

I was told to wait so I did for an hour and a half, pretty much got ignored so I left and wont ever go back

I bought a flatbed trailer at this location last year. I have used it a lot since purchasing and overall, I am happy with my purchase. I dont use it for heavy duty work. It was their low end model. Manufactured in Mexico, and if i wanted to spend 600 or a 1000 more I could have bought an american made product. I have had many problems with the wiring system. It was installed poorly, and had to be worked on by my local car repair shop to work more reliably. Maybe I will regret buying this low end trailer in the future, but they had a product in my price range, which was what I needed.

Wow! Customer service is amazing! Aaron was great and helped me get a new axle for my boat trailer. This place is amazing and affordable. I highly recommend the place. I will be back for sure!

We shopped around for flat bed all over our home state of Montana for our truck but found the best deal to be had was with Riverside Boot & Saddle shop in Blackfoot, Idaho.What we didnt know or expect to find was we would recieve ABSOLUTELY THE BEST customer service possible. These people went out of their way to accommodate us. We highly recommend them and youll find it is well worth the drive if your not from the area.

I bought a iron bull dump trailer. works fantastic. beside i had some issues with the battery charger called iron bull direct and they determined it was a falty charger. Within 15 20 min after telling them my issues. (not sure if it was) and less than 24 hours i had a brand new charger show up on my door step. wow is all i can say. i will definitely be buying iron bull trailers from now on.

I walked in to ask about a trailer to transport my Motorcycle. The owner came out and walked the yard with me and showed me two trailers that would work nicely, one open and one enclosed. His pricing was very good and the quality was so much better than the yard trailers you find at Home Depot.

I just bought two enclosed trailers over the weekend from Ken at Riverside Boot and Saddle. I have been planning to bye these trailers for years....I just didnt know who from. I live about an hour away from their location, and I have been looking at another dealer more local. I would have bought these trailers earlier from the other dealer, but the service was awful.....consistantly. I decided to just go check out RBS. Ken helped answer my bazillion questions. I figured I wasnt going to be able to afford his trailers, because the quality was not just a little better then the other dealer I was looking at, but probably twice as good....with warranty. The other dealer wouldnt give even the slightest discount for buying 2 trailers....$13,500.00 worth...not a penny. All I asked Ken was if Hed consider a package price for buying two trailers. Ken immediately made me a deal I could not refuse, with no haggling...it was fair. These trailers are awesome, and I felt it important that others should know. My end bill was $12,080.00 with trailers that are MUCH better, w/ warranty, and superior then their compitition. I will be back, and I would recommend to anyone who appreciates quality and service. Bought a new dump trailer. Price was high, good thing I checked around. They did price match other dealers price. Trailer came in with wrong tires, but they ordered new tires and swapped them along with fixing a few minor issues. Most stores employees are young and know very little. I sat 2 different times in store for 1 hour each time waiting for help and had to listen to teenage employees talk about partying and what they are going to buy with their paycheck. The store has a total counter space length of around 10 feet which only about 3 feet is for customers to use and part of that is right in front of the main door. They have out grown their space and need to expand and seperate their trailer sales from their clothing and retail area.

Refused to do warranty work on our 3 month old trailer because we didnt buy it from them! They are very high on there prices with very low customer survices! When we contacted the manufacturer of the trailer they contacted river side boot and sadle and the guy lied to the manufacturer and told him how he was more then willing to help and get the trailer in!! So long story short we will no longer be doing any business with river side!
