Fantastic! Could not believe how well stocked this WM store was compared to our PA stores. Found everything we went for and more.

Great experience. I asked for help and someone did help me move a table into my cart. I gave it a 4 star review because the lines were really long but, whats really new with this because Walmart is notorious for doing this.

Lay out is like any other Walmart. Current staff are friendly and polite. They always are well stocked in items.

A very busy store, mostly the first 2 wks of every month on the grocery side. Sometimes it is hard to navigate through some of the store because there are associates restocking products throughout the store. Most of these associates are very polite and will move their carts so you can see the products. Then again Ive also watched associates playing around, throwing things back and fourth to one another, being loud and ignoring shoppers trying to pass by them. It is like many other super stores.

P for how busy this Walmart was I got in real quick and got out real quick Halloween candy really cheap $4.44 for the big size candy and their produce was really seemed all nice and fresh so I highly recommend this Walmart

Its okay Ive been to bigger Wal-Marts .they could have a bigger selection of DVDs and a bigger selection of classic rock and country CDs

UT was very overcrowded and restrooms were disgusting and dirty and customer service didnt find it a priority to fix that. It was hot and that made the shopping experience unsettling. The register lines were long with only two cashiers available. There were plenty of self check outs but none were accepting cash (lame) and the lazy employees overseeing them where not helpful or kind. I dislike shopping here next time at may be more sanitary and safe to do the self pick up plus at least those employees are nice smiley and helpful. Step it up Walmart this was a failure and its was all your fault.

First time I have visited this supercenter. Very nice associates, and a clean organized store. Very small in comparison to what Im used to, but overall very nice.

I was at Blackfoot walmart today. They had a manager special on peaches for 97 cents but when I got to the register to pay for it the peaches was $1.97 a pound. Its a good thing I notice it. Whats wrong with the people that work there. They need to talk to the employees.

The Jerome Walmart is where I finally found the cell phone I bought. Great Customer Service from the young man who answered questions about phones. I have been looking for a Samsung phone for Straight Talk Carrier. I had checked, Burley, Twin Falls, Blackfoot and Mountain Home.

I go to self check out and I am in and out as fast as possible and the attendants in this area are very helpful.

New Management is not as good as the old. You will notice registers are limited and as Management cant seem to order the right amount of change or in some cases loose the keys to the room with the change. With a labor shortage I am sure they are looking for a replacement and just falling short. Lucky for Management. Lol Fred Myers on the other hand is running like a champ.

Pick up grocery is most usually accurate. Handicap parking accessibility is minimal most times FULL.

This Wal-Mart is the best Wal-Mart, all of its associates (particularly myself) are fantastic. Store is kept organized and clean.

I just got off the phone with a rep from Walmart in Blackfoot. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. She cut me off, put me on hold for almost 10 minutes, and then asked who I was on hold for?? and as I was answering her question, she cut me off again, and she hung up on me! I dont know if you guys train your employees there but yall need a serious training on phone etiquette. Very disappointed!

Always out of merchandise we use. There ordering procedures there for Grocery items is not the way you run a store. Or it is their warehouse. They are force selling, which is not the way to run the grocery side of business. The customer satisfaction is not their intention...To Smiths we go...

I mean, it was a pretty standard WalMart experience. I went early evening and all the shelves were stocked which was nice. Staff were available to help me get something out of the locked electronic cabinet, and the checkout expert went smoothly.Yeah, it has everything you would normally need at Walmart. Its smaller so does not have everythings though.

I love the new sweet potato fries 🍟😋 and they have plenty ..

This is the cleanest and friendliest walmart I have been to anywhere. We have our option of several walmarts and we always go to this bbn one.

Was a pleasant store to shop at was able to go through the cash registers and pay cash there but it would be nice to be able to pay cash at the self checker

Not a huge fan of this Walmart. The staff there didnt seem to know where items were located, one team member told us one area, another team member told us a different area. The item we were looking for was not at either location. Staff wasnt super friendly, store wasnt very clean or organized.

Absolutely love walmarts! This walmart is great because its the only Walmart in Blackfoot Idaho. Clean, sanitary, and masks worn by most during this COVID-19 pandemic. Good prices, similar to others in idaho. Really great customer service!

I shopped there a few times, and it’s definitely not the worst Walmart I have been to. Some issues with stocks, but that’s currently everywhere. I would give it three-stars-ish for the shopping experience.The five stars rating is for the stellar treatment I received as a Walmart truck driver. All drivers have locations they dread, and others they love. While most of the stores in Idaho are on my ‘like’ list, the Blackfoot location is by far my favorite.I am quickly acknowledged and promptly unloaded. The employees take their job seriously, check against the manifest, and follow protocol to the letter. They always happily help lift the bulkheads, reposition pallets and sweep the trailer when needed. They are very friendly, and make my job much more enjoyable. Even at the crux of the pandemic, when we were all overworked and exhausted, their professionalism remained. And while there always seem to be front-of-the-house issues, it helps to remember that people in the backstage are truly doing their best.I quit driving for Walmart a few months ago, but I will always remember fondly people like Glenda, Rush, George, and many others whose names I never got, and whose work is often overlooked and minimized. Thanks for bringing such positivity in the workplace!

My honest opinion there is no consistency within Walmart in Blackfoot... I recently was in the Walmart in Idaho falls Way much better experience just by the personnel and they have far more selection of items there compared to the Blackfoot Walmart.. I live in Blackfoot but Im willing to drive the extra time to Idaho falls to that Walmart just knowing that I have more options and employees there seem to want to go out of their way to help you.

Love the location and for the most part I enjoy the staffing. This location is truly the biggest Walmart that I have been in however there are many times that there is empty shelves. This can be very frustrating at times.

Stores is always bright, clean and organized. Shelves are almost always neat but does seem to have some issues with keeping the stock levels up. Many times have been out of product that I went there for. The staff at least location is fabulous always willing to help and most seem happy to see us 😀 thank you

Standard Walmart. Currently, because of Covid 3/27, entrance only thru front doors. Several parking spots if youre having car delivery of online purchases.

Half the time they dont have what you need and today I bought a sander and online it said 15.88 pick up in store and when I went there to get it I paid 19.88 for it I asked about that and got told its different price online will I know that but Im not going to have someone get it for me when I can do that so Im not happy

I like using the app to purchase prescriptions. I can process and pay with my HSA card, before I ever get to the counter.

Im a Truck 🚛🚛🚛 Driver went here to For Food Great Place to spend time, Staff is nice arent yelling to one when 1does not have the Mask 😷 Thats a Bonus for Me

The store is a mess right now and its very hard to find anything even someone to help you find what you are looking for and the dusty atmosphere is very Irritating to my eyes and lungs

This store has empty shelves, messy aisles, and about 20 employees who stand around and talk amongst themselves. The cashier looked like she was high as a kite and her eyelashes were so dang heavy she couldnt keep her eyes open. The store was actually quiet and not busy at all which made it hard to understand why it was in such disarray. Very disappointing.

I have a service animal in training. I never have had any associate complain to me about my service dog as much as the old hag in the self checkout has tonight. I have been to Wal-Marts all over this state never have anything said to me about it. The service dog was on her blanket ( as I have been asked to at another Wal-Mart) in the child holder of the cart my service dog was lying down, quiet not bothering anyone. I guess this walmart doesnt allow service animals. I would have gave it 1/2 star if I could.

I spent 1 hour and 40 minutes trying to get help finding products. Just to find out what was advertised is not available at that Walmart. I had to drive to Blackfoot to get what was advertised..

Busy but for the covid thing they are doing all they can. As for sales, food prices a little higher than I remember but I rarely shop there but clothes they had great sales today. Always check as they are rang up because thats always an issue.

I needed cleaning supplies to clean a house. I went to Walgreens to pick up a prescription and almost bought cleaning supplies there but I thought walmart would have more of a selection. I was not impressed when I got there and walmart had half the selection of a small walgreens?

They never have the items Im shopping for.. Im disabled so I feel its a waste of my time... Im willing to spend a bit more money for the availability of the items... Im forced to go there for items like clothing or housewares...

I loved this place because it has everything.

It was good, friendly and clean. Not as crowded as usual.

Cheap prices, friendly cashiers, helpful staff, online stock usually matches in-store stock, one-stop shopping for pretty much everything.AND they have and continue to do a great job with COVID precautions and keeping everything clean, even the parking lot.

The clothes in this store are so frumpy and no matter the rack there was only a size 0 and 13, 14 shorts left.

Had a bad experience today. I went to collect an online order. I did everything on the walmart app to get purchase out to my car. Contact phone numbers were made and went unanswered. After 90 minutes waiting in my vehicle I just decided to go in to the store to pick up my ordered. Im usually always satisfied with walmart, but not this time.

Its very nice and clean. Theres no wait time in line. I just wish their selection was as good as they are in bigger cities
