Staff is very helpful with answering questions about the products they have and prices were pretty good would for sure stop by again

Went there for the first time today. I have to say, the store is very clean, smells good, and has very nice prices, better than another store I have gone to. I will continue to shop here for my vaping needs.

Awesome customer service

I have been going here for a long time now and out of many shops in the area this one by far is one of my favorites to shop at and the staff there are amazing at what they do to help find products and give a friendly happy customer service every time I am there!.

Well prices are pretty high here but since the new FDA regulations came into effect everything is. They were pretty small but theyve moved to a larger location. The staff is knowledgeable if not a little opinionated. Overall pretty average place.

Employees are always super helpful and are great at giving advice on juices. Cali is very helpful in juice flavors.

Very poor workmanship, they apparently dont communicate between employees as to the rules or the employees dont know the laws which they should being a head shop in a Mormon filled town. I purchased a banger which happened to be the wrong size, I called the shop I purchased it from and ask the lady if I could exchange it. She said as long as it remains clean and with the tags still on it she can exchange it, I went in this morning and got turned down

Its the only vape shop were have currently in Blackfoot, and they have a okay selection of coils, not huge mostly smok n Freeman (?), the guys in there are super friendly, n helpful, (the tall guy much more then the shorter guy), pretty stipend tho, when I seeoutlet I think affordable in which its just NOT :(, KOA sells my fav juice from Pocatellos outlaw Vapor which its where I know but mostof muy E-juice unless Im going to be in the Falls or Pocatello soon then ill just go to outlaw, SUPER HAPPY about KOA tho, just wish theyalso had coils. South this turned into a Outlaw n KOA review, oops!! 😶😯😶😬
