Bought something for a relative here as they liked a brand they carry. Ended up needing to return it for a different size and man oh man, got put on the phone with the owner who was incredibly rude stating items bought on sale arent returnable. If I recall that was half the store. Would never shop here again as this policy isnt user friendly at all. Definitely read the fine print when shopping here.

I have been a customer at alligator alley for years now. That, however, changes today.For the first time ever I wanted to return something (what SHOULD be a basic right of any customer). I was told when I purchased the item on February 2nd, 2018, around 3 or 4 in the afternoon, that items ON SALE could NOT be returned. “Okay,” I thought. “Really weird policy, I don’t agree with it, but this item I’m buying as a gift for my boyfriend isn’t on sale, so if it doesn’t fit him, I can simply return it for a bigger size or a different item.” Nope. I have the receipt. The item was not on sale. It was never worn. I paid almost $100 for a shirt. This is an extravagant purchase for a very poor college student. I pleaded with the owner in Roanoke to help me out IN ANY WAY POSSIBLE. Not only will he not let me return the shirt, he won’t even give me store credit to get something else. Something I can actually use and not just have hanging in a closet forever because it doesn’t fit anyone. It was never once told to me I had JUST ONE WEEK to return it. So, IF YOU ENJOY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT SHOP AT ALLIGATOR ALLEY IN BLACKSBURG OR ROANOKE EVER.

Why does ANYONE shop here? Never open, clothes are ridiculously expensive and returning ANYTHING is impossible. I think its a front for something but who knows what

Do not shop here. Return policy is 7 days. For any hokie that travels to games from out of town its next to impossible to drive 2 hours to return an item. They also do not post that information in the store.

Nice clothes at expected prices and friendly staff but horrific hours. Ive only been in there about three times because of it.
