Chris, the owner, was informative, helpful, and genuine. I thought the customer service was superb and the prices are reasonable. He helped me pick up a stem and bowl that would work with my current setup.

The management was really nice the guy working who I think owns it was really helpful and went out of his way to help me out on pricing and tax. I could of not of asked for better service. He also really knew his stuff and helped me save quite a bit of money.My only problem is the front door closes weird and i always feel like I am leaving it open when I walk in but its really closed.All in all i highly recommend for all your tobacco products.

I could not ask for a better shopping experience when I visit Nice Dreams. Not only do they have everything you would need for pipes or waterpipes but he now offers a wide selection of home brewing kits, disk golf, homeopathic remedies, clothing, and much more. The owner, Chris, is amazingly helpful and kind and will go out of his way to provide you with the most accurate and resourceful information. I hope Nice Dreams remains a part of Blacksburg for years to come.
