Always excellent customer service! I dont know anything about cars and typically feel intimidated by auto places. These guys go above and beyond to explain what work needs to be done so I can understand. They tell me honestly what can be done now and can wait. Highly recommend!

Brought our vehicle in for oil change and detail and we were beyond happy with our experience. The car looked brand new! On top of that, the staff was awesome! They could not have been nicer. If you are looking for a neighborhood auto shop, this is the place to go!

Dont go there!!! I had work done a month ago and now my vehicle is back doing the same thing. Had it towed back there and left with a friend, before I got down the road he was calling telling me it would be around 5000$ if not more because the timing chain was bad. He didnt even pop the hood lmao. All he did was throw diagnostic machine ( the same one auto zone does for free) on it and charged me 83$. The throttle body I had done cost about 140$ at auto zone, there they tried to charge 350$. Plus the short bald guy was rude as hell and tried to act tough. Bad experience!!

I received a call from Dennis at the Blaine site and he completely helped me resolve the issues I posted earlier in the day. As noted, we have been taking our vehicles to the Blaine site for years and cant say enough about how clean the facility is and what they provide to guests while waiting for your vehicle. We will continue to be a customer based on how much they care about ensuring fair pricing, quality work and happy customers.

These guys saved the day! After jumping my old battery during a cold winter week for 3rd time, they fit me in on a busy day. My kids sat patiently in their clean and beautiful waiting area enjoying the cocoa machine and toys. Bonus- the price of the battery and wiper blade was the best I found after calling 9 different places!

I brought my car there in August for an oil change. They called and told me that I needed a new radiator. No big deal, besides the $700+ it would cost me. However, as soon as I brought it home, I noticed a leak on my garage floor. I could tell immediately it was the radiator. I brought the vehicle back and worked with Chris. Chris is the man. He stayed late on a Saturday to take a look at it, determined that the clamp was put on wrong and he fixed it. He even threw a new battery in my key unlocker for no cost. He said that I shouldnt have had to come back at all if theyd done it right the first timeI give 4 stars for the frustration, but Chris saved me as a customer as I live only a few blocks away. He owned the issue, fixed it and made it better. Great customer service!

Brought my car (2017) in this morning for an interior detail... Had a pretty significant salt stain on the carpet from the long winter. Was most concerned with that.. but the rest of the interior was starting to get sloppy too. Picked it up and it looked brand new. Will definitely be going to them for detailing from now on!

Absolutely fantastic job. I have a lab and there was dog hair all over my truck. They got out all the hair in my truck looks like its almost brand-new. I will definitely come back. $99 is pretty reasonable considering how good of job they did and they even buffed out a scratch on the side of my truck for free. Kind and attentive staff.

I started bringing my vehicle to Auto Kingdom 3 years ago. I was nervous to bring my car to a service shop without having a referral from someone who had experience with them and I was afraid they were going to take advantage of my typical-female-lack-of-auto-knowledge and try to up-sell or pull one over on me.They have done just the opposite: I believe that they have always been upfront and honest. They have gone above and beyond to accompany my needs on multiple occasions (loaner car, helping with a dealer warranty issue, meeting me in my hometown to pick up my car for me when I couldnt make it during business hours) and it shows that they value their customers. Because of this, I bring my vehicle there for general maintenance but also will have any service work done with them. The waiting area is actually beautiful and not a typical service shop; you are actually comfortable (and clean!) while waiting. I trust them enough to have referred others to start going there and will continue to do so. It is hard to find a service shop that you can trust and I know I have found one! So thankful...

Everyone was really friendly and helpful, they were honest and did everything for a decent price. I actually felt like I could trust them. Ill definitely be going to them with any future car problems.

Paid about $500 to have my rear braking system done. It was a good deal until I got a notice in the mail of my interlock violation. The technician blew a .074 into my interlock at almost 10am (drive to work drunk enough to get a dwi?) Causing me a violation and the state to extend my interlock period 3 months, which is about $145 a month for me. The machine notifies you immediately of a fail. Nobody told me this happened when I went to pick it up. I got a multiple violations from him, got my interlock time extended, and have had to consult with a lawyer. In the end this will have cost me over $1000. Not to mention I should probably go have my brakes checked since the tech that did them, was under the influence.EDIT: Ive been attempting to resolve the issue personally with the owner for a week with no call back.

My appointment was at noon, the tech was in it by 12:15 testing out the problem. Theyre communication was timely and through. Pricing was VERY fair and didnt push unnessary services. Very happy!
