The longest lines for pharmacy pick-up, be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes! Both drive through or in store. Waiting inside a line of 8+ a woman who came in after those in line, demanded her prescription at the consult window. They served her before those of us in line! It was incredibly rude and inappropriate to have served her.
The pharmacy tech I believe her name is Paige. Is rude. She degraded me and spoke over me when I told her my daughter has secondary state insurance. I had the ID number. She refused to enter it in and I told her the other Walgreens on Ulysses never has issues. She told that I probably didn’t even know what the ID number is for. I walked out and called the Walgreens on Ulysses. They entered in the number I gave them with no issues. They said this Walgreens I’m picking up at has to process it. Called them and this pharm tech still gave me a hard time over the phone. I said just process the insurance! She did and guess what she said? “Oh it went through.” Went back in and got my daughters meds. This took less than 10mins. Told her that if she would have tried to help me in the first place we wouldn’t have had this issue. Her behavior changed as soon as she heard “state insurance.” She judged me without knowing anything. Don’t act like you’re better than everyone. You obviously hate your job. Get better training if you don’t know what you’re doing. Walgreens on Ulysses is my go to. They didn’t have my daughters medication so they sent it to this location. Now I know why they have so many bad reviews. Just awful staff. Well for sure this Pham Tech is awful.
Always slow pharmacy - getting a prescription is so annoying no matter if you go in or drive through. Always a long frustrating wait. Even when there isn’t a line.
Frustrating. Waited two hours after making an appointment for my first vaccination. Second vaccination appointment had one person in front of me in line and after 15 minutes waiting I asked if their were more people to help. The person in the pharmacy said they were busy, as if my time didnt matter. I asked for a manager and nobody showed up. After an hour I left and found out I had gum on my pants from the chair.
George the Pharmacy Mgr was so kind and very informative about my new asthma medication. I have very poor insurance and he showed me how to download a coupon which saved $85. It is pretty sad the mark up pharmaceutical companies have especially when it is a medicine to help me control my asthma better. Sincere thanks to George. This is what we call Minnesota nice!
If you think your local pharmacy is really bad this group will open you eyes to whats possible. If you have a few hours to kill waiting in an empty line for less than fast food quality service head on over, just dont expect help like a normal pharmacy. Wish this place would close and another pharmacy would open in its place, not even worth stopping here you save time by just driving 10min to the next pharmacy. Its beyond saving.....
Do not go here for vaccination. It took me 30 mins to get checked in even though I registered online. Go to ur primary care instead.
Terrible place!!! Lazy workers here.Needed to find a medication for our baby and was told Its over there. Couldnt find it so I left and went to another store.Ive always had trouble with the pharmacy here so I dont know why Im surprised.Spare your mental health and go somewhere else!

I would give zero stars if I could. This store uses deceptive pricing signage. On two separate occasions I have purchased items marked down only to get to the register and be charged full price. After a manager does a price check they state that only a few of the items marked as on sale are actually included. The cashier even said this last time that she knows the signage had been messed up lately. After that the manager was very rude about the whole thing. I will not be shopping at this Walgreens again. Ive not had issues like this at any other location in all my life. Save your time and money by going to a location where the employees care and mark items correctly.
Prices are very high. You pay for the convenience but is it really? Returned the $12 product and bought it for $5 at Target down the road. 15 minutes to save $7, nice.
The managers at this store do not treat there customers very good at all and also make up lies about customers and also dont put the correct items in the correct places, I do not recommend going to this location at all! The manager kyle just told me that I cant ever call to see if they have an item in the store what kind of manager says that to there customers, very unprofessional! People have the right to call any store to ask if they have a item!

How come as a type 1 diabetic without insurance i am not able to purchase more than ten needles for my insulin at a time. i am unable to afford insurance to have a valid prescription to be able to get a full box of needles. Pharmacies like this one perpetuate the death of diabetics through financial extortion.
The staff is so amazing! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I think theyre psychic. Twice I was having issues finding the products I was looking for; two different people approached me, asked if they could help me find anything, brought me to the exact location, and pointed out the best deal for me. To top it off I checked out in the cosmetics department with a third employee and she had a coupon for me, which saved me even more money!
So, I have chronic pain issues and was just told that I couldnt refill my perscription which HAS 3 REFILLS! 2 pharmacy techs have now told me I nd a whole new perscription, nope sorry I dont want to sit over an hour at my physician office, i was able to refill all the time up until now! Bs
Dont even bother going through the drive thru since it will probably take you to receive your prescription twice as long than if you went and stood on line outside. The pharmacy service is not fast and definitely not sufficient in providing good customer service. This location need to have more staff at the pharmacy area in order to better serve its customers fast.
Kids in training? I was just getting some bottled water, there was a dark haird kid at the register with a white t-shirt, I didnt see a nametag - who was working on a project as I came in, there was paper and plastic strips on the floor in a high traffic area between the registers which would be very easy to slip on, especially someone with a walking impediment. He said, I can help you here, I said, I can wait if you need to clean that up. he says, no, its not a big deal. me:really? him, No, its cool. I didnt want to tell the kid what to do cuz its not my place. cashed through and left without a confrontation. (Minnesota Passive Aggressive)

Look for other places to get the flu shot. I made appointments online for myself and my children to get a flu shot, but was told I would still have to wait 30-45 minutes before they were ready for us.

The girl who checked me out was so rude I cant get over it. Its Sunday March 13 at 8:50 pm . Who ever was working she shouldnt be around customers very unfriendly and extremely rude.
Aweful cashiers. I will go to another Walgreens now to avoid them.The first time the cashier shoved my things forcefully aside and snarked Im helping someone right now! Even though no one was at the counter, nor were there any items besides mine on the counter. I later found out the woman she was helping went back to grab a forgotten item.This last time I was ready to check out, but had to wait on a cashier as they were all talking at the photo counter. No biggy, but when one finally came over not one word was said to me until Do you want your receipt? No greeting, no sorry for waiting, or how are you? She didnt even tell me my total.Avoid the trendy brightly colored hair girls.
Ive had mostly a good experience with them, but I got 6 day past expiration milk from them. Which meant nobody had checked in at least 6 days, and probably longer. Gross.

After I was hung up on 4 times, a rude little girl answered and I explained my experience she. was like sorry bout it were busy. Then I talk to the pharmacist who should know what hes doing, right? Tells me he doesnt know what he should do if Im withdrawing from a medication.... He said Ill put in a note to the doctor but you prob wont hear back because its Saturday. Btw.. Im on a medication you can die from withdrawals, I had to ask him if I should go to a hospital and he said yea, you could do that. FIRE THIS PHARMISIST NOW OR IM SUING I HAVE THE WHOLE THING RECORDED
The cust service here is horrible,not total their fault however. this Walgreens pharm location is WAY too busy for the amount of staff they have. there is almost always a very long wait and the pharmacists are always on the phone. they do have two drive thru lanes but one of them has been brooken for over a year! I think Walgreens in general is a great pharm with a good phone app and email support but skip this location and go to the one down the street by best buy at 10905 Ulysses St N.
Very pricey store dont think I will go shopping there at all anymore.
