My family and have used his services several times in the past and have always had a good experience. But this last time they were rude to my daughter. They gave her hard time about scheduling the repair and when they did they closed early that day with no notification and she had to come back. They never apologized and talked about her to employees in her presence. RUDE. I am so shocked at the way this was handled.

Son was kind and empathetic. Father was rude and inconsiderate. I talked about getting a refund because of my frustration. He talked about me while I was in the waiting room to his employees.

Orlando represents something rare in this type a business: he is an honest man. He does excellent work at a fair price. I have gone to him several times and have never been disappointed. Could not be happier with my experience! I was really upset when my brand new car was hit less than a year after I bought it, but Orlando assured me it would look like new once he was done with it. He explained the process to me, helped me deal with the insurance company of the person who hit me, and made sure I would be reimbursed before he worked on my car. I left it with him for three days and it looks perfect! Highly recommend.

These guys did completely terrible work and returned the car with trim missing and no rear glass! Then called the car a peice of s***.. Really? How do you excpect business sending cars out like that
