The employees at this store at attentive and helpful, everything is easily laid out and relatively easy to find.The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the cleanliness and condition of the Parking lot.There is simply put trash everywhere. It’s not acceptable, and with a little work could be addressed.

Easy to walk in and get what you need. Hard to pay for it. Awesome site but they need a dedicated cashier. Whats the point of having a business if you cant collect payment in a moments notice.

First and last time going to this location, the assistant was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I observed others being treated with proper service meanwhile the young lady attending to me was too indulged in the conversation and business going on next to us to even recall what I was asking for. After offering an item number (which she rudely refused) and repeating my car make and model over and over, it turned out there was only one item available when I needed multiple. Wasted my time for nothing.

I needed to rent a tool,,I went in explained what I wanted an needed. They was very professional, kind and courteous, I was in an out in no time.. I came back with the tool my deposit was returned quickly with no problems with a smile.So being that things went so smoothly,,,I will start coming here for other things I need for my truck.

They lie to you and tell you the part will come in tomorrow so you dont purchase it else where, I spent the extra money because they told it would be in tomorrow, if i knew this I would have saved the money and bought it from a different seller!! Very disappointed ☹️

Went today to get verify whether I needed a new car battery, staff recommended that he would test if battery was ok or not before purchasing it.... Overall, nice service and grest staff.....

Im giving 4 stars for Luis. I had questions about my car which he gladly answered and went above and beyond getting information I needed. I ended up not purchasing anything bc te store didnt carry it but I left knowing exactly what my car needed.

Going to replace my brake pads and rotor supposed have warranty the guy starts looks at everything so many times and at the ends say oh u have to change ur caliber. Just for no give me the replacement warranty. Note my caliper news . I just left and never Going back again.

Hours are different from what they are on google. I got there at 5:48, one of the guys let me in and then locked the door behind me and said “alright guys 5 minutes til closing we’re shutting down the computers.” When I told them google said they closed at 7 a guy said “I know what the website says we’re closing at 6.” Ended up not getting anything cause I was rushed the staff was unpleasant for literally no reason

The manager “benji”with the girly eyebrows threatened to “eff me up” and to watch myself after he didn’t like my tone for not being able to make a simple return. No way to conduct business when patrons are being threatened physically. You guys should consider who you hire for management. I ordered an item for pick up so when it was ready I went to the store and I waited in the pick up only line for 10 minutes while the manager was having a conversation with another person, I assumed he was a customer but he wasnt, they was just talking about other stuff and then she tells me to go wait in the regular line. THEN WHAT IS THE POINT OF THE PICK UP ONLY LINE. Horrible customer service.

Horrible, worst experience ever!!! I have been told to wait on the other line, and I waited with patience, no complaint. After a while, the man with the beard came and started to rush me??? (no customer at that time) Ask me to hurry up, omg what kind attitude is that, and I dont care about it. My item is $13.96; he said my total was $14 and I gave him $20, he gave me back $3.96. I didnt realize at first, but when I realized and back to him. He still has a nasty attitude and told me to line up again; Im okay with that because other people are waiting at that time. After I get to him and explain to him that you gave me the wrong change, he then take out a calculator and rudely throw 3 dollars in front of me!!! He should give me back $6.04. Honestly, nobody cares about 4 cents, but he never wants to tell me that he doesnt have 4 cents because he feels like Im the one who wastes his time and gave me that attitude. Im paying for this why should I deserved that nasty attitude. I have been here before, everyone is friendly and with professional service, but because of him, I will not be back anymore. The manager should consider this seriously about how employees are treating the customer with attitude.

I always receive professional care when I visit this Advance Auto Parts store. Every. Single. Time. They are happy to check to see if I have purchased the correct part for my car. Benji is super helpful and put the blades on my vehicle. Visiting this Advance Auto Parts store is always the easiest thing to accomplish on my to do list.

I came to buy a battery. And a associate by the name Dwight was the best help I have ever gotten from any retail store I been to. He was very helpful he put a smile on my face even through I was having a bad day. I will tell all of my friends if they need car parts,go to advance on Bloomfield ave. The store was very clean and everyone there seemed like if they was family. I will come back to that store,and gladly get parts from them. Tell Dwight to keep up the good work.

When going there usually helpful and usually busy you have to wait sometimes. They usually have good sales on items I say you should go there once a week if possible in any location and check it out

Store has pretty good selection of parts and if something isnt available they will order it very promptly. But friendliness of staff is hit or miss. I know my way around a car, not the store but they dont seem to get that and offer no assistance in finding products. Went to another Advance Auto Parts in a different town and talk about a difference of service. You dont know good service untill you get it!

Employees are ridiculously lazy. Have come here multiple times to dump used motor oil. Everytime they give a sad excuse not to take it.

Went in to buy oil, they had a special with oil and filter. They tried to charge me full price and did not offer the free filter. I found it at a better price with their competition.

Terrible service, no attempt to greet or assist you or make eye contact. Simply was looking for a bulb. Was told to go to the isle and found the rack empty. I go back to ask if it was in stock and recieved no answer as the employee walked into the back. Meaning while 2 other employees did nothing.

I went to this store for help and did NOT recieve help. My brake lights were out and I didnt know how to replace them. When I asked for help from an employee he simply told me what I needed to look for. Um...it was after 7pm and dark. I asked if he had a flashlight and he said no...really??? I couldnt find whatever the piece there was and when I went back another employee told me the same thing. But no one came with me to help me! I know nothing about cars!!!!! And then after I wasted time looking for that stupid piece that I never found I just left. I have a son that I drive around. It is dangerous with no brake lights. Customer service at this establishment sucks and they deserve an F rating!!!! When a customer needs assistance..you assist them!!!! Beware of this place and DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!I took my car to JC Auto and guess what...it was burned light bulbs!!!! That was it!!!! Are you kidding me?????If yall need auto assistance especially for parts....trust JC Auto and NOT Advanced Auto Parts! Yall need customer training pronto!!!!**UPDATE** 9 bulbs blew out...there was no short...so not only was I given false information....the employees dont know what they are talking about!
