Please stay away from this dealer! We purchased a truck not too long ago from them, and it was nothing but a ride through hell. We have 15 fleet trucks and this one was, by far, the WORST experience. We paid for the sale and services/enhancements upfront, they promised 30 days that the truck would be ready - we got the truck along with the title over 6 months later! (Not to mention, they never paid the finance company, so the bank was hounding US for the proper paperwork).Along the way, we remained in contact with both father and son - after a while, it appeared they began to grow irritated with us asking about OUR truck, so they started to ignore phone calls, put people on the phone who were completely incompetent or acted as if they didnt know anything. Just one lie after another. We only went through this dealer because they were a Chevron and Miller Industrial dealer. Last but not least - we were told from others in our area, that they had done the same run-around scenarios with them! They charged us much more than original estimate, they refused to release the truck, and performed work that was unauthorized and tried charging for it!
