I use to go to another BMW dealership to service my car but I decided to give Bloomfield BMW dealership a try as their appointment is easier to book and it is closer to my home.I serviced my break and replace all four tires for my car at Bloomfield BMW service center on Friday. My experience with them is excellent. My service adviser Hesham is very knowledgeable and courteous. He patiently and clearly explained the issues with my BMW and then walked me through repair options in detail.I also loved the video walk through of my car/issues by their technician.Because of great people like Hesham Moussa, I decided to go to Bloomfield BMW for my future services.I hope they will continue to provide excellent services like the one they just provided to me.

My father was very upset that he dropped his car off on Thursday for a diagnostic and wasn’t called with an update. We had to call to get some kind of answers rather than the company calling him! Prices are ridiculous and we will not be returning. 5 days just to get a diagnostic done is absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for

I buy all BMW parts here. They are very knowledgeable. Never had a problem. Ive been dealing with them for over 25 years.

Service rep Hashem is very polite and respectful. Returns calls and always greets with a friendly smile. April also a joy. Cares about her customers and responds positively to all emails. Although i am perplexed by cost of horn being fixed. $686 is insane. Charged $360 for labor. Not sure how difficult that is to fix but def shocking😱

Under construction and a bit hard to navigate grounds. Nice people but received 1 update in 2.5 hrs wait.. not great since they knew I was staying.

VERY POOR SERVICE! I’ll never go back again even if it’s next to my town. Last year when I went for oil change, I had to go back after 2 days because oil leaked since they forgot to put the cap back .Over a week ago I went back for another oil change, I had to wait exactly 4 hours ! I kept waiting for them to text/call me coz I know of the disinfection to be done so when I can’t wait anymore, I went to the service reception area, I saw my car across the parking lot with the hazard light on so I asked one of the attendants and she said it’s waiting to be washed.. Who knows how long it’s been waiting to be washed! I told her forget about it since I had it washed earlier. NOT ACCEPTABLE for the BMW name!

Ahron Silvestri from service is always willing to help; Goes above and beyond to help out his clients. He deserves a raise! I always see him helping clients to the best of his abilities. Happy to have his assitance when my car needs service.

No stars..very poor service I made an appointment had to wait almost a month and a half take a day off work to get there at 8am for them to only tell me that theres a 3 day waiting list and I have to leave the car with them in order for me to stay on that list disnt offer a lower car or nothing mind u had to wait almost 3 hrs for them to tell me that they cant see me...sad very sad

Hello to everyone who is going to read this you must know that if you have a bmw and need of any kind of service, this is the only place to bring your car/suv!!So my window went down in middle of a rainy day and I honestly didnt know what I was going to do.I called to see if they were opened in this crazy time of pandemic and thank Gd they were!!Bottom line a huge thank you to Gina and April!! They took care of me brought the car in and apparently had afew recalls on my car. Got me into a loaner and I swear they treated me with such respect even though they had no clue who I was and I wasnt even their customer!! Im definitely going back there again and Gd bless you ladies!! I wouldnt know what to do without you🙏🙏

These people will cause more problems to your car then the actual problem you took your car there at the first place. They charge crazy money for causing more damages to your vehicle. It s not worth going there unless you want give out free money to they be service
