It was a uncomfortable time today, Nov. 28th, 2020 around 2:45pm. I was hit in the right upper shoulder & neck by a box that fell off the high shelf while my back was turned reach down on the adjacent lower shelf for a bath mat. One of the workers witnessed the incident, then she was told to stay in the back, so I could not get her name. The cashier told me to report it to another gentleman who worked there, he went to get his supervisor Mousa who I showed him the area & explained what happened. He too asked me why did I need his name and told me to do whatever I wanted to when I asked him could I do an incident report, he told me they didnt have any incident reports. My shoulder is paining me as Im writing this. I to told Mousa my name as well.

Really decent prices for household items. I went into purchase a bathtub mat and noticed some really nice things for the bathroom. Minimum debit or credit card purchase $8 which is better than other places similar to this type of store.

This is one of my favorite discount stores. If you need winter gear (thermal gloves, hats, and socks), underwear, sweat pants for a cheap price; this is the place to go. They carry push carts for doing laundry. If you need a mattress, futon, etc., theres an entire furniture department in the basement level. They dont carry food like some discount stores.

This is the only value zone I go to it has everthing you need for a good price love love this place ...

The store is alright if your looking for something inexpensive. They have clothing but most of it is one size larger then the size printed on the shirt. They have almost everything you need. If you go downstairs you can finds beds and bedroom stuff.

Very reasonable prices for many good quality products! Some name brands and some off brand. Many of the name brand clothing items are slightly iregular and the irregularities are not usually very noticeable. Just make sure you look well. Like any other store, you have to know your prices and your products. There is plenty of on the street metered parking.

I bought a mattress and dresser. The man that helped me was very nice and helpful. The delivery was next day and they came right on time.

I fequent Value Zone in Bloomfiled often. They pretty much have everything youre loooking for and more. Items are mostly inexpensive and there a favorable return policy.

Why ozone is a good store to shop at but theres no parking they have a big parking lot in the back that dont belongs to them it belongs to the township of Bloomfield and you park in that parking lot they will put a boot on your car which will cost you $110 to have removed

I purchased boxers from here. Im a big guy so i wear a waist size 40. I bought xl which says 40-42. They fit small so i asked to exchange them for a bigger size which was hard to do because of the no return policy on their under garments which ok I understand but now that i have this bigger size they dont fit either. I jus quit at this point. If the size on the package says 40-42 I expect them to be 40-42. Especially when i purchase a size 44-46 and they still dont reach my waist line. Gonna try and get a refund at this point even if i have to speak with a manager.

This store has everything. Furniture, houseware items, linens, window treatments, etc. Prices are reasonable. The quality of some items is not great but overall good selection.

The Trinidadian lady at checkout is always nice. They need more people like her.

This particular value Zone in Bloomfield New Jersey on Bloomfield Avenue has a very good selection of products and I do enjoy and will continue doing business there

This place has everything from sports wear to kitchen supplies ...bedroom sheet sets bathroom decor and appliances downstairs furniture dept. And so much more even clothes for mens and toddlers and women necessities..the place to go you wont regret it i love this place ...if it was up to me i would buy so much from this place but ...im not rich so i have to get one item at a time if i love it your definality going to love it .

The prices are okay sometimes more expensive than other places, but overall many options to get good deals and one stop shop. Staff is nice owner could be alittle rude at times but doesnt stop me from going for now.

Its an inexpensive store with clothing, housewares, personal hygiene items, kitchen and bath items, while the lower level has furniture.

My daughter bought a iPhone charger from the store. It didnt work. They have a policy that if you open the package you cannot get a refund which in essence us a trick. You have to open your package to make sure it works. Those type of business practices should not be allowed. Then the cashier was nasty about it. And was nasty with me . I totally had an awful experience. I would or recommend this store on my worst enemy. Luckily I do not have any

Value Zone is a big store. Reasonably priced items. I love the bargains that I found in clothing, bath, etc. I like their furniture, too. I hope to go back for an armoire or a dresser.

I like this store because it is in a convenient location...the prices are good especially for lil kids socks n under garments...plus its a got such a variety of things from toiletries to dignity. ..I have been going there way back when...and before them was Goodguys...anyways I never been downstairs but I will be looking down there soon...I need a few furniture items...
