Horrible customer service. Rude attitude. Dont come here the attendant is horrible. Calling police for no reason. Wont ring me out. Would rather be on a phone than work. Held the door shut so no customers could get in. Speedway just hiring anybody these days

Hispanic looking dude most likely Indian. Will refuse your service if you are not wearing a mask. Hope his Commission goes down bc that’s a great way for that to happen. To bad he works at a gas station and can’t get a better job to support whatever family he has. Democrats run and own this speedway will not be going to a single one again. Many other and better gas stations around.

My god, please clean your pumps, infested with spiders and webs even in places you scan your cc.

I dont know why this place doesnt have a better staff, knowing that this location is a busy place. Theres a worker named Muneez that not only has been rude to me but Ive heard and seen him be rude to other customers. I hope the owner looks into this, because for sure i will not stop here again. Id rather go to 7-eleven down the street.

They put the mid grade all the way in the left to truck you into choosing it when you want regular. Con artists. Do not give them your money.

I never though in a million years this will happen to me because I am a easy going person but, wow as I visit this location June 14, 2019 at 9:28am. I was standing in line and a caucasian very young lady in front of me brought two pack of cigarettes and the cashier did not ask for a I.D at all. Then I approach the counter he ask me for mines and I automatically assume maybe because I am African American. I ask why he didnt ask the lady before me and he smiled and said I will ask her next time. Wowwwww

I am a rewards member whom buys coffee and pumps speedway gas every single day sometime upwards of 4 coffees per day (Espresso Blend) when ever my preferred coffee isn’t made employees have always encouraged us to ask for our favorite coffee to be brewed. So when I asked today the gentleman “excuse me sir, could you please brew me espresso?” And he began by pointing at the capuccinno machine then when I clarified I wanted coffee saying, “ I ain’t doing that “ I have NEVER had an experience at any speedway like this. I will not return to this speedway. And I hope management rectifies this issue. Date 10/26/18 approximately 12:30am.

A very adequate speedway, but there are speedway locations in the area that are better run.

One of the better priced gas places in the area, this Speedway has a large selection inside of chips, candy, soda pop, hot dogs, and all the rest of your standard gas station/convenience store venues.

They have plenty of gas bays. Never enjoyed going inside any of these stations though.

Its fast and easy to get into, its got similar prices as others in the area. There are a ton of pumps so its never completely full and the air pump works well for filling up tires.

Horrible customer service. There used to be a time when gas stations would help out and provide some basic help if you have car issues, def not this place. Car battery died, right after I filled my tank. I walk inside looking for some assitance, and got nothing. Forget a sorry we cant help, forget a bit of empathy, instead I received an additude and its not my responsibilty to help you. I dont understand how places like this survive without the most minimal amount of customer service.

Good luck swipping your card, never works so unless you run inside and wait forever to get waited on, you dont get points. When I do go in to prepay I say Premium several times and 1/2 of the time they ring me up for regular so I have to go back in to get it fixed. The people try to be nice but they stand around and talk a lot and have 1 register closed for their convienance - If you hit help on the pump, just forget it because no one will help you. Gas goes up 30 or more cents over night a lot - how can that be and YES, there is a language issue because they are all Indian now so I have to repete myself often - Me, my Grand daughter and her parents are going to go else where going forward - Carol Stream, what is going on with you, things are going down hill fast

Since the new card machine readers in the pumps have been installed, they will not work for me when I need to fill up my tank. I give up and go down the street to Meijer and fill up there.

This place has a terrible serviceI came in at 11:45 pm on Sunday to print my reward ticket for a soda drink. When I was ready to check out at 11:50 pm, the cashier who was Indian, very rudely told me I have to wait until 12:00 am which is the next day in order to check out. The coupon I printed was only a few minutes ago. He also saw that. I went home to call Speedway corporation. They told me there is no such policy. Im thinking about writing to BBB. My recommendation for now is do not use their serrvice. Im working with the city of Bloomingdale to change this behavior.

Its an okay place but if youre looking for a place to park in your tractor I wouldnt rely on it. This place is tiny. There is fuel here though if you need it
