Great Walgreen place! I was using Rollator for 4 months and wire for break was broken and bring it to this walgreens, the manager just exchange it to new one even without receipt! Thank you very much!

Great Pharmacy workers. I do not know why so many people had bad reviews. This is my favorite local Walgreens. The employees in pharmacy, cosmetic, and checkout are friendly and fast.

Needed to get a prescription for anti-nausea medicine filled. When I dropped off the prescription, I let the pharmacist know that I was in a hurry. She said It would take 30 minutes. I wish I could post a picture of what they said took 30 minutes to fill. Such a joke. Ignorant people that put a little effort into their jobs. It literally had to take them two minutes to put the prescription together. Not the first time I’ve had issues with this store..

This pharmacist gave me the wrong vaccination after we discussed which vaccination she would give me several times before.

THE PHARMACY:Was picking up an order this past week and heard one of the pharmacists complaining about how often they needed to work. It was a real mood killer because the pharm techs were working so hard to fulfill our orders while this pharmacist just complained about everything! I hope they treat the techs well because this pharmacist gave off really terrible vibes as a leader. They were looking for people to hire, but I wouldnt want to work under such poor management.

Love the pharmacy and the pharmacist. She has always helped me understand my medication and possible side effects. Also, the cashiers have always been helpful and pleasant!

This pharmacy has the worst management. I had went to go pick up my medicine and just one worker was getting to everyone from drive thru and the in-store line while the pharmacist was just sitting to the right. How does this work? How does this help people get their medications? This is the worst pharmacy I’ve been to!

This is an awful store. Pharmacy takes forever to fill prescriptions due to low staff and they never have enough stock for advertised specials. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. I certainly will.

I’ve been to many Walgreens and the pharmacy staff here are exceptional and very helpful. Customer service here is the best. The entire pharmacy staff here are top notch.

I have recently been made aware of the pharmacys new schedule, which includes closing at 5:00 PM on weekends and closing down completely for lunch every day, which I find ridiculous. I recently made 2 separate trips to try to pick up my prescriptions, the pharmacy was closed on both occasions. So, I am done with Walgreens.Picking up my prescriptions needs to be at my convenience, not the other way around. I have neither the time nor the inclination to coordinate my schedule to the new Walgreens schedule. Remember, businesses that become unfriendly to consumers arent around very long. I will be moving ALL of my prescriptions to a more customer friendly pharmacy and I encourage everyone else to do the same!

Always an issue with something at the pharmacy they’re time is more valuable than yours apparently try to avoid this place if you can.

I am switching my pharmacy, on multiple occasions they have claimed that I never called to fill a prescription, when I have the phone records, then today I called at 5:26pm to fill my daughters medication and was told 15-20 minutes, I waited about an hour to show up and hear “were still working on it” I said this is ridiculous, I waited 40 more minutes than told.... the people are rude only one nice person. This place has become terrible. I will switch to another pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy ever! The pharmacist Annie is not professional and very rude. First they said that they don’t have the inhaler for my daughter and that I have to come back Monday to pick it up. When I mentioned that it is urgent they told me the wait. I waited for 45 minutes and then she said my insurance was terminated. Which is not true! I gave her my insurance card and she kept submitting the old insurance instead! And then she said that I have to pay the full amount and that she is closing in 2 minutes and she didn’t want to call insurance. Never ever going to that pharmacy again!

Clean walgreens. Staff is friendly and wide variety of goods for quick access. Good rewards program and competitive prices if you shop their sales.

The staff is always friendly. And walgreens is open 24 hours and they have a drive thru. The staff will help customers find different things for people to buy. Walgreens offers a rewards card.

The pharmacy here is just astonishingly poor staffed. I have had multiple issues getting my prescriptions filled. On more than one occasion my prescriptions have been called in from my doctors office, where a nurse has spoken to someone directly because they do not trust the voicemail system, and yet when I come to pick up the prescription either later that day or the next day even, they of course dont have it. And they claim they never got it. It can be so frustrating especially when your treatments are exceedingly time-sensitive for fertility issues. I have now switched pharmacies to a local independent one nearby, and I could not be happier. I honestly didnt even know local pharmacies still exist because the Walgreens and the CVSs of the world are so prevalent. Thankfully they do, and are staffed by people who care, and are actually nice. Crazy, I know...

Love this pharmacy, Annie the Pharmacist is the absolute best and very knowledgeable about all medications. When my prescriptions are promised they are ALWAYS ready. Another feature I like about Walgreens, is that you can always refill a prescription if your out of town, just by walking in to Walgreens and its done. Try to find another Pharmacy in Northern Wisconsin, like CVS. its impossible, most Pharmacies are small town privately owned and opeerated. BUT THERE IS ALWAYS A WALGREENS CLOSE BY, MAKING LIFE MUCH EASIER

I needed a Prescription filled asked how long and if they could please rush it. The guy said a little more then an hour.... I’ve never had to wait an hour before, but ok. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Prices are wrong unless you have a card. $2.99 for something at the register its $4.99. Save your time and money by going to Target or Butera across the street.

The pharmacy staff sucks. No sense on how to talk to customers. Dropped my scripts off and the lady ran them through the computer to make sure everything is good. She says Come back in 20 min, I come back and they magically dont have it in stock. Now Im late for work and wont be able to take my treatment pill for my endometriosis today. DIDNT EVEN CALL TO TELL ME THEY DIDNT HAVE IT.

Blue Cross made us switch from CVS. Picked it for its convenience and been anything but convenient! Scripts are never ready when they say they are and the Pharm closes too early.

Pharmacy. No matter what time you go to this pharmacy it is very poorly staffed. It us usually a 20 minute wait to pick up medicine that is ready. And if you put off going they will call you 4 to 5 times a day to remind you to come and wait in line to pick up your medicine. Its pretty brutal. Find another pharmacy because they really torture you with long wait times and phone calls. Not recommended.

Walgreens have upped prices on all otc medicine, $3-4 more than even Target per item. Lost me as a customer.
