I needed a new battery due to the bitter cold; this Midas service took only 18 minutes and they also put air in all tires. I also observed their customer care of an elderly customer needing tires air; they took great care of her. I plan to bring all of my car service to this Midas. Thank you!

Ted, Mike and team are great. Fair pricing and quick service! I thought I needed new brakes and they showed me why my brakes were squeaky and had plenty of ware left. Another shop might tell you they’re bad. They assured me they were safe and still had life left in them.

The is an awesome facility that was friendly and inviting the minute I walked in. They helped me take care of my car and the price value I got was awesome. The one to one basis of how they handled everything show they are customer service focused and I really appreciated there assistance.

EVERYTHING about this shop in Bloomington, MN was amazing. Ted the manager took extra time to drive the car with my son to pinpoint the problem. They performed all the work in a day. The skill and friendliness was extraordinary. I will use them again and again. Sort of like a neighborhood shop.

Went in when they opened to get an oil change. Apparently they open at 7:30, but employees dont show up until 8.So I didnt use their services.

Stopped in to see when they could fix my exhaust. The manager said we can do it now,,,, at 1 hour before closing,,, very friendly and accommodating. Thanks guys!!!! Will be back with my future projects

Exceptional and fast service. I came in right around lunch time without an appointment and they were able to fit my car in right away. I sat in the lobby for 20 minutes and my car was finished. I recommend this shop if you are looking for honest and reasonable service.

It was my first time going to this Midas location and I will now be a customer for life. Their customer service went above and beyond for me. The big man at the front dest does not have any customer skills he is ever rude .Took my car for inspection at the moment he looked at me even without saying hi ..he asked what do you want? So I went ahead and told him my cars problems He told me the work will take 30 mins but I ended waiting for two hours some people were coming after me and they were being served and they will be going and leaving me still waiting when I asked him whats going on then he said dude you need to wait. What shocked me was that no one was attending my car but instead they were attending other peoples cars I waited for just a shocks inspection from 9 in the morning to 1pm and yet I had an appointment.

I emailed them this morning about new exhaust they sent a quote in 20 minThey had an appointment a few hours later!I arrived and met the owner who is very nice. Make sure you get a written quote. My repair was nearly double what was verbally quoted. The weld quality on the exhaust was marginal, there was very little prep work done before the weld and the pipe is crooked.

Weve been going to this Midas for about 2 years now. My husband and I have had a series of cars with frequent repairs, and have always received what we have felt to be fair, honest, quality work here. We have worked with our share of shady mechanics in the past, so it is refreshing to go to a shop where you can trust what they are telling you needs to be done and what can wait. I have never felt pressured to complete anything optional, and their work is done fast and completely. Everyone weve dealt with at Midas has been friendly and explained things clearly. Id highly recommend Midas Bloomington!

All the staff at this location are very friendly and trustworthy. I was having trouble with my car leaking coolant and they were able to get me back on the road the same day.

In at 8:10 for oil change out at 9:00. Mechanics had breakfast and bull session as I waited. mechanic more interested in talking to co-workers than paying attention to what he was doing.Been going here for years. Generally give mechanics five dollar tip. Not this time. Got to wonder where mechanics think money to pay wages comes from. Certainly not customers. Ill go back in six months for oil change. Hopefully current mechanics will have cycled out.

Dennis seems to be a good mechanic very professional. Other than that they wanted almost a grand for parts that I got for 40$and it takes maybe 45 minutes to install. And they younger kid working there was spray painting what looked like a phone case or something right next to customers cars with no concern of overspray

Felt they misled me and ripped..... I went thr for a 40$ oil change...They said they did a courtesy check and found my coolant system had a leakage as they had to put a lot of coolant... then they kinda pressured me saying they need to do an inspection of the coolant system to identify the leak as the car might have serious issues... i gave in and aksed them to find the coolant leak.... finally there was no leak or anything... it was simply $40 extra labor expenses for me....Being experts, I expected them to provide better advice.....rather than going for the most expensive solution.... Bad experience today... my eventual bill was for $270...If only I didnt give in to the pressure and double checked with some other mechanic, it might have been at least 100$ less for the same service.

I have been going there for 20 years. I love how they keep me safe and they dont lie. They are so honest and dont recommend service if you dont need it.

The shop is kinda rough looking and not clean. holes in the walls and a rotten out ceiling in the break room. besides that they did a great job with the brakes on my truck. they were honest when i bought the wrong brake pads and they didnt try to rip me off. the crew was not good at English and a lil impatient. other than this, It would be a great place to drop off your car!

Ask for a free code check that they advertised Told me I would have to wait 1.5 hours! Really? 1.5 hours for something that takes 1.5 minutes! Went across the street and had it done at auto zone and they were much friendlier.

The mechanics at this Midas location are my go-to guys for oil changes and for honest feedback about what improvements I need with my vehicle. I use the membership card where every fifth oil change is free. They remembered me personally and also treated me the same way when I was driving a hard-luck hand-me-down and now that I have a much better vehicle.

Terrible customer service. Accident on I94 made me 15 minutes late- called To let them know I was going to be just a little bit late and they still refuse service after I told him about the incident. Even though the gentleman on the phone said it wasn’t going to be a problem. I don’t recommend this place to anyone! Go anywhere else to get your oil changed.

Carl was very honest and thorough in his explanation. He was able to explain what was wrong with my car and took the time to take me into the garage and educate me on the problem. Im not from here, but Im certain to come back if I have any trouble.

Due to their lousy website, I had to call to get a quote on a set a tires. I tried to do this twice, and neither time would they do the quote over the phone, instead insisting they would call me back. They didnt follow-up either time, and I took what ended up being a $1000 purchase elsewhere. Im giving 3 stars because the people on the phone were friendly enough, but Im not bothering to try them again.

I think the owner Mike is the biggest scammer! Brought in my car to get warranty work done from a different midas screw up. Explained what happened and he said he would look at it. Lied to me about what the warranty does and does not cover. Then wanted to charge me to diagnose something I didnt bring the car in for. Told me I needed a brake allignment brought it into nissan (dealer of my car) I did not need it. I had my boyfriend do the correctly finally. Cost him $100. The shop wanted to charge me almost $800! Never again

I have been in for several different services and I have found them to be honest and be able to backup what they say. Never tried to sell me something I did not need.

LIARS! Do not go there! Stated my alternator needed to be replaced and quoted me $750! Leroy’s down the street quoted $450 but I had my old mechanic friend check first. The issue was my battery cable was loose....that Midas replaced last year!!! Absolute crooks!!!

Overpriced, over estimated damages . I was told the whole exhaust system needed to be replaced and quoted $600. I brought it to a small mechanic and had then just replace resonator for $117. And the car now purrs like a kitty.
