Customer service was good. Good selection of clothes and shoes.

My favorite store in the Mall of America! But the people that work in there aint always helpful.

I love the style and have purchased from them before (last year).Overall, Terrible customer service and very unprofessional. I asked for a shoe size and the associate told me to put it back. Did not reach out to help when I approached him for help. Nor did he help inform me why or help me look for men shoe sizing for women.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Had the worst customer service of my life earlier today at this location. My friends and I went in to look at shoes and one of us decided on getting a pair. We went to check out and both employees were sitting on there phones ignoring us. One of my friends spoke up and said “Are one of you guys open to check out?” One employee looked up and then just went back to talking on her phone and the other completely just ignored us. One of us spoke up again asking if one of them could ring us up and no reply. Left the shoes on the counter and walked out. Spent our money at a different shoe store! Never going back there!

Love the place for boots and shoes and they have my size 12 every time I go and find shoes I like. Im into Nike Air shoes and boots and they usually have the latest style available. Worth a shot for sure.

This is the place to go when looking for the latest in styles to achieve the full head-to-toe look in sporting apparel. They have a vast selection of shoes, apparel, accessories and much more. Champs has the 411 on all updated releases on new Nike, Jordan, Adidas shoes just to name a few. This location is awesome from the store layout, to the helpful staff and ease in checkout. What is so great about Champs is they offer a Military discount to our Armed Forces with verification of service. It is a definite benefit to sign up for the VIP program which offers coupons, new products/apparel updates. Also, you can receive an increase in VIP status if you spend $300 in a 12 month period for more perks. If that’s not enough to shop with Champs then I don’t know what could be better…

They didnt have but one pair of shoes in our size o well thats their loss not ours I we found shoes for me at another place and my guy got one pair here took forever also to just be told they didnt have my size 😑😒

This store has the worst customer service out of any sneaker store. I have never been treated so worthless and brushed off so bad in my life. Employees don’t care about anything and are careless. Don’t give your shoes to employees to hold behind the register because they might sell them to someone else.

Their sales workers need a little more knowledge on the shoes they do and dont have.

Employees there suck. They always just gather around and talk about customers or do it through their walkies. Super unprofessional and don’t help you out unless they think you have money to spend and buy shoes. The other Champs is so much better with service. There’s one kid there that’s awesome and helps us everytime. I forgot his name but he always wears his white Yeezy’s and he has glasses.

Good customer service

Yesterday I spend over $1000 at this particular Champs. I don’t always have coupons on hand, but when I get my hands on a coupon, I try to use it. Well, i couldn’t use third party coupons! Apparently it’s a store policy? You’re telling me that manufacture coupons are not valid either? That’s ridiculous. Both cashiers wouldn’t take my coupon until I made it a big deal so the oldest gentleman there finally said, he could take some %off an item. My bill went down like almost nothing, but thanks I guess. Never again though.

Ok so this store use to have the WORST customer service in the whole mall. I truly would avoid shopping at the store just because it got me so upset. Well This last weekend my husband took me to the mall to get a pair of new shoes for my Birthday. We Reluctently went in to this store, and oh my goodness were greeted by the sweetest guy and he was so helpful. I think his name was Ant? Ill guess short for Anthony. Anyways him and the other gentleman that were working were so professional and outgoing, it was a wonderful experience and very surprising. Great job on hiring Real Workers!!!!

Horrible customer service - unprofessional.I was asking the rep a question and he pointed towards a section of the store. However, I havent finished speaking and he just went off to flirt with this customer instead. Never came back and asked if I need anything else.

Never ordering shoes from this champs again. I gave them the right shoe and and everything and they still send me the wrong shoes and they have the worst customer service ever.

Vised this store and was surprised by the terrible attitude of the cashier and on duty manager, so much so that I wanted my money back for the purchase I just made in cash....the MANAGER was flippant and demanded to see my identification for the return of item I purchased just minutes before....when I told him I did not have my ID he refused to refund my money....unprofessional incompetent people work at this place and its a reflection of poor management and poor hiring....ill never buy from Champs ever again.
