We went in for a few things, one was reflective address numbers. One of the employees there actually went out of his way to make a small wooden plaque and attached the numbers and eye screws for me so I could hang it. I love this store and everyone who works there. We always bring our dog with us and they are all so friendly with him. Will always go to Coles first!!

These people are really nice. Went in yesterday right when they opened, received a friendly greeting, immediate help finding the items I needed, and help carrying stuff out to my vehicle. They had everything on my list. Couldn’t have asked for more. Great Job and Thank You Coles Bloomsburg!!!!

Excellent Customer Service! Needed 4 cinder blocks and was out of there in 2-3 minutes with them neatly loaded in my vehicle because they worked as a team to get payment and loading done at the same time. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Outstanding customer service. I was greeted when I went in, employee insisted on helping me with my purchases. He loaded them in the cart then in my car. It doesnt get any better than that!!! The bloomsburg store is always very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

My wife and I recently purchased paint at the Coles in Northumberland. Our experience was terrific. We were waited on by Diane (I believe this is her name, Im horrible at remembering names) who was very patient and knowledgeable. She guided us as to what colors would look good and then gave us some very helpful tips on using the paint. She gave us service you will never get at a national chain store.

Bought a Treager 34 cooking on it is great. Very good people. Like trading there . And live 625 miles away .

Tonight, I was at coles in Lewisburg in the parking lot. It was freezing rain and the roads were slushy and slippery. A customer came out of the store in a wheelchair, not a motorized one. He had things in his lap and was trying to scoot along with his feet and hands. I watched him get through the parking lot then out of my eyesight. After a couple minutes, I was one of the employees looking out the door and then he said something to the manager. ( it now is after they were officially closed and were cleaning). Then I watched this young man come out and walk past my car when I looked closed, the man in the wheelchair had gotten stuck and this employee not only walked in the freezing rain to help him get unstuck, but he pushed him home. ( he only lived a little way down the road). I was so impressed with both the manager giving permission for his employee to go help, but also the associate who wanted to help. We DONT always hear the good, so I wanted to be sure to share my story. I have always been impressed with this store and the employees, but tonight was above and beyond.
