Carstar did great work when I took my Freestyle there for the drivers side rear view mirror, BUT when they worked on a family members Lincoln it was so messed up. Paint didnt match, rear window was wavy, trunk didnt close correctly, the list goes on. In my opinion, if a vehicle needs more than just minor work take it to dealership where you can get the correct parts & paint. But if its something minor then Carstar can probably get it done correctly & inexpensively.

They fixed my car and you couldnt tell it had been worked on. They actually got done a day earlier and returned the rental car for me. Thank you so much.

I had been in a fender bender and the insurance company referred me to CarStar Blue Springs for my repairs. They were super quick to reach out to me, get an estimate done, and get my car scheduled for repairs. They made sure everything that needed repairs got fixed and had my vehicle back to me as soon as it was fixed. My car was cleaned upon return as well. Staff was easy to work with and Kaylee was great at communicating and making sure things got done.

I had some damage to my bumper. Steve Outlaw did an amazing job on estimating the cost. No surprise that it came in, to the penny, on the estimate!! Plus, they told me 2 days to repair it and it was done in 2 days! Parts are hard to get right now but they still managed to get them in and on my truck. The work was top notch and brought my truck back to like new condition! The crew at CarStar definitely earned any repeat business I would need in the future!

The gal who checked me in and reviewed the damage to the car was very professional. She called me to keep me apprised of the progress. As I waited for my ride I had the chance to sit in the waiting room and overhear her talking to customers on the phone and I’m thinking to myself how professional and compassionate she was, for such a young lady. It was an actual pleasant experience in lieu of the fact my car was damaged from flying debris on the interstate.

Blue Springs CarStar is the only body shop I will work with. Weve used them for body work since 2004. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, quick turnaround for body work, theyre reasonably priced and thorough, and easy to work with. I will continue using them for all of my body work needs.

Best place to get your car fixed if your ever in an accident. They do great work and your car comes back looking like new. My hats off to the people who had to clean up the car they did a heck of a job.

My experience with Carstar blue springs was awesome! The customer service, communication, and flexibility was awesome. My only recommendation is to provide the girl that walks around the car some customer service training, or a vacation? (she just seemed irritated and over it), but every other interaction and employee seemed very customer service oriented. The body work was fantastic!! They handled everything with the other party’s insurance including setting up the rental vehicle. They made the process as easy as could be.

I wasnt going to write a review because they work with my insurance company on claims but after the experience I feel like I need to. Someone tried to steal my Jeep Wrangler almost 2 months ago and initially I had my vehicle towed to the Lees Summit Jeep Dealership. Long story short they were too expensive so my insurance recommended this shop. They replaced my ignition quickly...which was great. However when I got it back they had washed it which im sure they felt like they were doing me a favor but they were not. They scratched up the BRAND NEW soft top windows that I had just replaced a few days before it was broken into. I know it wasnt from the break in because I had examined them closely while my insurance appraiser was present. They also added tire shine to my $1200 tires that I just put on as well which is something I have always hated on my vehicles. After 3 hours of scrubbing with dish soap and tire cleaner I still wasnt able to get it to come off which just made me even more angry. On top of all of my personal frustration about how I take care of my vehicle i had let them know that I had lights coming on intermittently and that the key wouldnt come out of the ignition without a fight.. Specifically the Oil light indicating that I am either low on oil or have low oil pressure. The jeep was returned to the shop who says that the ignition needs to be broken in and that they hooked a scanner to it and found nothing and they dont see how the oil light could be related. Given all of the information about how I care for my vehicle I feel as if it is safe to say that if I was spending this kind of money and putting THAT much care into my vehicle that it seems absurd to believe that I wouldnt have addressed something as serious as a Oil light on my vehicle prior to someone trying to steal it. I do not recommend this shop to anyone because they treated the situation like I was just trying to get them and my insurance to fix everything on the vehicle even though I was forthcoming with everything that I knew was wrong with it before hand (i.e. the scratches on the side and the lock on one of my doors not functioning properly) I am now left feeling defeated as I have a vehicle that i cannot drive to work without fear of the engine being damaged.

CarStar gets 100 Stars. They went way above and beyond to help me with an insurance claim. Nothing worse than getting get and fighting just to get your car handled. The staff is amazing and wouldn’t hesitate to refer them time and time again.

I was happy with the body work and that it was done on early. However, they washed the car (which was nice) and parked it outside. With the very cold temperatures my gasoline lid froze shut and when I stopped on the way home from picking up the car to get gas I could not get it open - had to go home and get an extension cord and hairdryer to get it to unfreeze.

Well, its been a experience. The bumper for our Rav kept bulging out and pulling away from the brackets and theyve reordered a new bumper from a different manufacturer. Theyve been very cooperative and have done their due diligence in the matter. Will update the review when complete. Sure they made a mistake but ACCOUNTABILITY is most important.

My entire experience as a customer of CarStar was wonderful. My car needed suspension work, body work, and paint as a result of a hit from an uninsured driver, and I was worried that the cost would be too high for me to pay without insurance. They did a great job with body and wind repair. Would have been nice if the would hae vacuumed the defrost vents. Turned my defrost up and glass shot out of the blower and all over my face and arms

CarStar Blue Springs has had my vehicle twice for repair in which they did an excellent job repairing it the first time unfortunately it was totalled by my insurance the second time but i want to say they did an amazing job in how they handled the estimate and provided me with updates through the whole proces and kept my car inside from weather due to the damage. These guys are good. If you need help with your damaged vehicle this is a go to shop in Eastern Jackson County, MO.Bambi jumped out in front of my insured early Friday morning and with the help of the shop (Jennifer – arranged a tow) the damaged vehicle was at the shop early afternoon.Our claims department sent a ticket to the shop and the car was estimated and the process of repair began on Monday.Trust me this is remarkable customer service. It does not happen like this at all shops.Top shelf management and leadership!

This experience was one of the best Ive received from a body shop or car repair place. Brett understood my wife and I were going out of town so he completed the work on our car while we were away. He managed everything with esurance even when it involved another service ticket from a separate dealer. He submitted the paperwork and worked with the adjuster to ensure we would be reimbursed for any amount over the deductible.Also, when the car was ready for pick up, he sent someone to my house to pick me up since my wife had our other car.
