STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!My vehicle was brought here by the service department I trust. I wish they had not. I paid over $860.00 for the repairs. As an added bonus they ransacked my vehicle and stole several personal items, this is supposed to be a secure location, where they take care of all vehicles. When I brought it to their attention, about the mess inside and the missing items, they simply said that they cannot be held liable because they locked the door. Never, not once did they even try to find out what happened, they claim that because a different shop had also had possession of the vehicle it was not their responsibility. See the pictures and judge for yourself. The other shop in question offered to look at cameras and try to show me that the truck was safe and intact when at their lot. He stated that when he drove it over to Molle, my truck was clean and not messy with all my papers all over the place. Not once did Molly try to resolve the issue or take responsibility nor ownership for my loss. Or even tried to investigate as to what happened!!!! They stole headlights, magnetic flashlights, and a wireless charger, and other smaller items.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! THEY DONT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY!!! IT TOOK OVER TWO WEEKS TO SPEAK TO CHRIS THE SERVICE ADVISOR JUST TO AUTHORIZE MY REPAIRS, HE KEPT MY TRUCK THERE THAT LONG FOR NO REASON, JUST FOR IT TO BE RANSACKED AND NOONE WAS ABLE TO NOTICE!!! HE NEVER CALLED ME, NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS EITHER!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACCE!!!!!My truck was brought to the service department by another Chevy dealer Service advisor to be repaired. Someone broke in and stole several items, including my wireless charger and an iPhone which was in that box. The service advisor who drove my truck into Molle, stated the charger was there for sure and the mess shown in the picture was not!Molle Chevrolet refused to take responsibility for the incident. Their customer service is terrible, I called multiple times to speak to Chris, the service advisor at Molle, but never got a hold of him and he never, not once returned my calls. I had to call the other dealership and asked the service advisor there to call Molle for me and authorize the repairs so I could get my truck back.MY REPAIRS COST OVER $860.00 AND THEY STOLE EXPENSIVE PERSONAL ITEMS FROM IT!!! AND THEY DONT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY...? THATS JUST TERRIBLE!!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!They stole headlights, magnetic flashlights, and a wireless charger, and other smaller items.

I was glad I was able to arrange a payment plan with the service department for my 2017 Chevy Colorado. I appreciate what they were willing and able to do for me regarding that. I did have an incident that happened where my truck afterwards was leaking fuel after they fixed my fuel lines. I let them know about it and they fixed it with no questions asked. I was impressed with their quick response with being able to get my vehicle fixed. Thank you for your help and getting my truck back to running properly.

An experience I will never forget!! My husband found, by accident, the truck of his dreams while I was on a job interview. As we waited to hear if I got the position or not, we were greeted & shown around by Bill. While applying for the truck, I got a call that I had received the job and also received confirmation of approval for the truck! I kid you not, Bill was more like family at that point & was so happy for us & we chatted more about the job than the truck LOL! It was the best shopping experience weve ever had from start to finish! Very easy to purchase, no pushing, no haggling, we plan on having the truck serviced there as well!

Stewart took the time and helped me through all the steps of ordering my new 2500 duramax. Between him and the manager we navigated through the difficulty of knowing which options would or would not hold up the production of the vehicle, for the auto industry is in a crisis due to covid. What a God send these guys were to me! No wonder Molle was so highly recommended to me, and Stewart specifically. Long story short, the truck was built and delivered in less than 3 months and Molle did not over charge the 5 to 10 k that all the metro area dealers are charging. With wonderful regards. Randy

Had an appointment and was told it would be an hour and quoted a price. Got a call 5 1/2 hours later and told not only could they not solve the issue, but somehow the price doubled from the original estimate. We knew it was going to be rough when we showed up for the appointment and everyone was confused about what the car was, who we were, and what the job was scheduled to be done. Regret giving them another of many chances and have finally learned my lesson.

I had recall on my Chevy Avalanche. Passenger side airbags. I called to ask if they could repair this for me. They said they had plenty of parts and it only takes an hour or less to have it prepared. So without an appointment I drove up there from Harrisonville they took my truck straight in and within an hour I was out. Wonderful staff clean place. Very nice waiting area

I had an appointment for 7:00am. I showed up at 6:45am and was probably the 5th car to be checked in. I had to wait nearly two hours. And another lady who was checked in in front of me did not have an appointment and was done just prior to me. So basically we were all checked in in the order we were lined up, not by appointment. No empathy from the guy who typed my ticket. Very poor customer service. Will not be back.

Had a great experience, came to them after a really bad experience with another dealer. They were able to give me a great price for my trade in, gave me plenty of options for the vehicle I wanted and also got the final vehicle I choose from another state. They are not pushy but more helpful than anything. Dan (salesman) was super friendly and helpful, if he didnt have the answer to my questions he was quick to get them for me. Spotted my dream truck on display on the lot...couldnt miss the Red Hot Colorado ZR2 sitting three feet above the other vehicles on the lot. I had found out that the Red Hot color had been discontinued on the ZR2 so if I wanted that specific color I had to find a used model. There it was in all of its glory! In the matter of 3 hours I was driving home my dream truck. I keep looking at it setting in the driveway and still cant believe its mine....all mine!

The service side had nothing to do with my experience and have always done a great job with anything that I have needed. Unfortunately for them due to the poor service on the sales side I will not be bringing my vehicles back to anymore. During my wait I decided to take a look at new Trailblazer for my wife. The salesman was very rude and cocky and not willing to work with us at all. My family and myself have bought around 15 vehicles from this dealership and it’s unfortunate that we were treated so poorly. We did however go to McCarthy that same day and buy our third new vehicle from them.

Complicated situation with a wiring problem on my 2016 Silverado.The final repair was excellent considering all the wiring replaced. Not happy that theAlly after market warranty company would not provide me a loaner for the nearly two month repair time, (The source of the problem could not be identified until near the end of the repair). Wished Moly service department would have called me more concerning the status of the repair. I had to do all the calling. They called me once, when the job was done over the two month period. I understood they had little control over receiving the GM wiring parts which contributed to the long repair time.

I was very surprised when my husband took me to Molle to buy the truck we saw on the web site. The salesman Steven was not the typical slimly salesman, he just answered our questions and was so nice, it was great. I even thanked him for not being slimy, we had been to several car lots and I always have a hard time when salesman try to tell me things that I know are not true, I never buy anything from the slimy salesman. I was very impressed with the way Molle conduct themselves. Out of the 12 car lots we visited only 2 had nice salesman and the others you know.

Well, this was the 3rd time I went to Molle in the last 4-6 weeks to get my oil changed. I always arrived before the service area closed by an hour or two and was turned away until last Saturday. If you are that busy on Saturdays, MAYBE YOU SHOULD HIRE MORE MECHANICS. I was told the wait would be 2 1/2 hours and it was only 1 1/2 hours thankfully. I had other things to do besides get my oil changed on Saturday. I will say the customer service person that checked me in was very concerned about me walking thru the garage with flip flops due to all the rain water. He watched me when I was in the garage area checking in and checking out and walking out to my car in the rain. Very much appreciated!!

I was told that the rotation was impossible because they couldn’t find the special wheel key for my wheels; they searched all over the car but couldn’t find it. Brandon was my service rep and was outstanding! He fielded my phone call, answered all of my questions, promptly got me in for service, found a loaner car for me for the day even though all were reserved when I arrived, explained and showed me what was wrong and needed to be done, went over the cost of each thing and made me quite happy! He didnt treat me like a stupid woman which I truly appreciate. It was one of the best dealership experiences that I have had in a very long time. I dropped off my car to be serviced. I got called by one of the employees and they had stated that the total would be $605 to have my torque sensor replaced. I agreed and was told that it would be done by 10:30 a.m.. I had finished up with work and headed over to the dealership at 3:15 p.m. to find that my car was still being serviced. I was told it will be another 30 minutes. Feeling lied to, I waited for 45 minutes, and just got up to double check. They had been finished for a bit, but didnt reach out to me to finish up. When I was ready to pay, they had charged me an additional hidden fee which was another $70. I still paid them for their service. I went out to my car and saw that I had low tire pressure. So not only did they charge me an obscenely large price, miss quote the time of completion, charge me for above the quoted price, but failed to even do a basic common courtesy of filling my tires. Worst service I have received ever. Steer clear of this place and their shotty reputation.

We purchased a new Traverse 3 months ago. Brice was extremely helpful and patient. I require a bit more time on a purchase this big. The Traverse model was so hot, no dealership had many left in stock. Brice took his time to show me each option available and how each function worked.He asked, but didn’t force me to play the “how much per monthly payment” game that I absolutely hate.Once we found the options that we wanted, the ones we didn’t, and the colors inside and out that we liked, he and the sales team went looking at other dealers to find one!When I arrived to get it (after they picked it up), Brice was inside it touching up a couple spots that he thought could look a little better for me (before I even saw it).Overall, this process took 1/3 of the time it did at a DIFFERENT dealership when I purchased the last vehicle 4 years ago.When I need another vehicle for business or personal, I’ll come see Brice.The hospitality was better here too. Don’t bite on what another dealer’s “online” price is. It is likely to have rebates that you don’t qualify for (military, competitor trade in, first responder, etc). Brice and the sales team shoot you straight from the start. No games, just nice people.

The parts department was great. They had exactly what I needed. The gentleman at the counter was very helpful and a service writer also came in because I had a voucher from GM for $25 and they had not seen one yet. They were able to professionally and quickly get me taken care of. They also suggested that I get something more than the $10 item I needed to use the whole voucher. I would definitely return to them when I need direct GM parts or service. Very satisfied with the level of courtesy and customer service.

The body shop manager Jason gives terrible customer service. He attempted to charge me 800 dollars to fix an issue on my wifes car that another body shop looked at and resolved for free. I do not recommend taking your car to Molle Chevrolet for any repairs.

The only reason I didnt give Molle a 5 star rating is because I had a slow leaking tire and they couldnt find the leak so they thought that maybe it was in the valve stem. They changed it out at no charge since they were sure if this would solve the leak problem. I still have the leak so will have to take it elsewhere. I also had my oil changed and tires rotated and this was done in record time as I was out of there and on my way home. Molle does deserve a 5 star rating on their services, Im just not sure theyre in the tire repair business.

I had a tire fail at 2215 at night. My car was towed to the dealership. I called about 0830 the next morning and Chris had it under control and ticket already written up. I was impressed.
