Very poor service. Went in to look at a jeep. Im sure everyone is tired of masks, but no one had it on. No big deal, I had mines. Someone did end up helping us look at the jeep on the outside. When I asked to look inside, Miles, the salesman asked for an ID. I asked why and he said he needed an ID so he can get the keys. Ive never been asked for an ID just to look at a car. Ive bought 3 cars from them before and have sent several people. I left and actually met the sales manager at my car. I explained to him what happened and left.Update. I tried calling back to speak to this manager who left the feedback. He is no where to be found. Its been just a run around from one location to the next. No big deal now, Ill spend my money somewhere else.

I’m rating this a 5 star! These people were great! My salesperson was Gary and he was very helpful and knowledgeable on every question I had. The whole process was very smooth. I’m happy I was able to leave with a vehicle that I really love, and also knowing that he is there if I have any questions! I’ve gone to other places looking and this was by far the best experience, they literally hooked a girl up and gave me every piece of information I needed to know especially me being a first time car buyer! The sign up process was excellent. I went in and Miles was friendly and patient. He helped me fill out the application step by step and did his best to ensure that I would walk out with the car I wanted. The car needed a little work which took a few days. I called Miles everyday to check on my car, but he never got frustrated with me. Shout out to the service department who were very thorough when it came to the maintenance. Overall a friendly and nice staff. No issues with the vehicle so far and I’m very satisfied. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice variety of cars for reasonable prices :)

I’ve bought a couple of cars from this lot.for the most part good communication awesome salesman, but this last time I have shopped was not a good experience. I got told by one of the salesman that I was wasting his time because I was interested in multiple vehicles. He also stated, “don’t come to me if you’re wanting to drive 4-5 cars” called management to make a complaint the following business day and the manager seem to not care at all.

I feel most car dealerships are crooked but this one flat out will steal money from you. After being told I could put a 100% refundable deposit on a truck,I did so. I decided a few days later that I did not want that truck as I found out it had been smoked in. Anyways it has been a couple of months now and multiple attempts to get my deposit back I am forced to try small claims court.

Universal auto plaza was adamant to get me approved. Randy and Tanya have been taking care of the few problems I have, and they’ve been very prompt to do so. We found Universal Auto while looking for an affordable, reliable car for our teenager. It was such an easy and friendly experience that we came back to trade in my husbands car and purchase a truck. I cant express how great my experience was with this company. The salesman, Mike Rowe was amazing to work with. He made us feel like we were old friends, not just another customer. All of the staff are very friendly. The cars are surprisingly low mileage (20,000 on the one I purchased) and the trade in value they gave us was the same we were offered by a large Ford dealership, so we know they are fair. The car I purchased needed significant touch up paint done to both the front and back bumper areas as well as the driver side door. I was told they would touch it up for free. I was skeptical. They made an appointment for a couple weeks later to bring the car back in (they have their own body shop). I took the car in and they gave me a loaner car! You dont ever hear of car lots doing that unless its a new car dealership, and even then, its iffy! So, I waited to write my review until after the entire process was finished. I wanted to be sure the service and follow-through was as good of an experience as the purchase. Im beyond thrilled with the body shop. They told me itd be hard to match it perfectly, but they did it! You cant tell at all. Talk about under promising and over delivering!!! They also detailed my car! Were already planning our next car purchase from them! Thank you Mike Rowe and Universal. I highly recommend this place.

Solid buying experience with Universal Auto! We started with an online representative Zack, who got us aligned with our Salesperson, Tanya. Both Zack and Tanya were extremely helpful in working with us on some very good terms relative to the price of the car we purchased. This dealership has a lot of very nice inventory of vehicles, of what are most likely bought at sales. A lot of these vehicles have come off of lease, and have low mileage, still under manufacturer warranty along with being in exceptional good condition! We set another appointment for the purchase where their close process was fast and very well organized!

I purchased a car from Universal Thomas Griddine was my salesman, he was great. The process was easy. The car was missing one of the hubcaps. Sherry in service replaced with 4 new because they could not match what was already on. Had good experience with Sherry as well. I purchased my car June 14th. So far I am pleased with everything.

The salesman Thomas I would give him 5 stars. The problem I had they was supposed to fix some rock chips and scratches but didnt and traveling 4.5 hrs one way to pick up a truck I couldnt do much about it. They told me they dont charge any fees but I had a 3700.00 fee on the contract. Unfortunately I didnt catch until later. Other than that Im pleased with my truck and would not hesitate to buy from them again Ill just make sure everything is taken care of before I take a road trip.

If I could give less than one star, I absolutely would. These people were great in the beginning, as eager to sell us the van as we were to buy it. This was the last weekend of February of 2021.Fast forward 8 months; I am still WAITING on my title! I am having to call and check in with them to see if theyve gotten it yet. They keep telling me that some other state has it and their hands are tied until that state releases it.Ive had enough, but I decided I couldnt leave a glowing review after being treated this way. 😥

We had a great experience selling our Jeep to Universal! We got to the dealership a little early and used the time to drool over the sweet old Jaguar in the show room. The whole staff was very helpful - at least 3 different employees asked if we needed anything and offered refreshments while we waited for our appointment. Logan made the sales process very easy and comfortable, including getting us a check when the office accountant was on vacation, and digging up the right allen wrenches to get the license plates off when the service department was closed for the holiday! We used the KBB Instant Cash tool, and Universal gave us way above Blue Book value for our Jeep. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. If I ever need to sell a car again, Ill check with Universal first.

Very disappointed with this place I bought a 2013 gmc 2500hd and the radio did not work when purchased but was told the radio will be fixed and replaced the next business day. Here 3 months after purchase still no radio have taken truck to there shop 5 times and keep getting told they ordered the wrong part and leave me careless for multiple days with no loaner. On top of the radio my check engine light comes on and every time I take it to the shop for the radio to be replaced I mentioned all the issues I’m having and still never got fixed. I wish I did more research on this place and how they get there vehicles before purchasing. Just hope I can keep this happening to others.

I am SO happy with my new car thanks to Tanya!!! She is so down to earth and helps you every step of the way. She takes her time and full explains every question I had.
