Ive always had good service here. I use the print section most often and the staff has always been very helpful to create my projects the way I want them .

Attempted to ship a package Fed Ex Next Day on a Sunday morning and was not informed they do not pick up on the weekend until my package was not delivered on time because it wasn’t picked up until Monday. Paid Next Day Air Rate for a package to be delivered two days later. No signs posted and lied to by the Office Depot clerk. Asked to inform manager and employee told me that wasn’t possible. No name tags worn. No apology. I am certain they will not change this practice. Dishonest. Not Customer Friendly. My advice, use the UPS Store for shipping. I will not be back to this store for shipping.

Just came in to make some copies. The self serve machine (least expensive way to do this) will not allow you to spend more than $50 on your credit card. Office Depot knows better than the customers in how to manage their own money? Never spending another dime here - based just on the principle. Control someone else.

I travel a lot for business and have been to many Office Depots. This one is, by far, the best stocked and in order store I have ever been in. The customer service was incredible and so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

This is one of the better places on 7 hwy. Well stocked, well staffed and a nice vibe. The staff doesn’t seem to hate their jobs or be bothered when you need help like some places these days! I go in here a lot and they have some pretty cool items to choose from.

I went in to ship a FedEx envelope and waited for more than 10 minutes because the guy helping me forgot about me completely and started unwrapping merchandise while I was standing there. My envelope was supposed to be delivered today and after tracking it, it just shows that the label was created, it was never scanned nor moved from the building over the weekend! Now I am waiting to speak to a manager going on 15 minutes to see what happened to my package.My advice-try the UPS store.

I went in to purchase a color laser printer for my business and once I selected the printer I wanted I thought I should check pricing. This particular printer was 399.98 on clearance from a little over $500.I pulled up the item in Amazon and it was $329.99. thats a $70 difference between their pricing and Amazon.I was quite surprised when someone actually asked me if I needed any help and I informed them that I came in to purchase a printer but couldnt justify giving them 70 more dollars because I could take it home today. he asked if I could match Amazons pricing and his manager indicated that they no longer do that.I think if I was the store manager I would have found out what I could have done to make the sale. Its possible that if youd met me halfway I would have given him the additional money so I could take it home today.but instead Im ordering it off of Amazon and purchasing a second set of printer ink for the same price as what they have it in the store

Ben, one of the computer tech guys, was awesome in helping us purchase a laptop and accessories today. He answered all of our questions and gave us great recommendations. We look forward to working with Ben again!

I will admit it; I love office supplies! If you, too, love pens, pencils, office and art supplies (or if you just need one of those types of items!), you will find what you need/love here! And should you need something they dont have in-stock at the store, they will gladly help you find it in their massive on-line website and they offer free in-store pickup, too! They also have many coupons available and have frequent sales.

Mens bathroom was filthy. hadnt been properly cleaned in a long time. the top of the urinal was caked with dusty green stuff, the toilets were streaked, the floors, sinks, door handle, hand towel dispenser, and walls were ALL covered in bathroom filth. The state of a bathroom doesnt get that bad in one or two shifts, but over many weeks of neglect. Im not saying that NO cleaning was done, some may have been, but nothing even remotely thorough has been done in there in a long time. Even after washing my hands, I still feel unclean! Its absolutely disgraceful.

I went with my mom to use the printing services. She was getting a booklet printed for church. There was a problem with the layout changing from the way it was on my moms computer, and it was busy. The copy manager Aubree was very professional and pleasant, and took the time necessary to correct all the issues. She also helped us get all the discounts that were available! That was, of course, great for my moms church! We were both very pleased!

The address on google maps is wrong, first and foremost. The item i was looking for, which I called ahead and asked if they had it, was not what I was looking for. The manager on shift was not helpful at all, and blamed me for his employees misunderstanding me.

Stopped here late Sunday morning to buy a computer. Only a few customers and now I know why. You have to have somebody bring the computer to you so that you can buy it, since only display models are in the front of the store. I talked to a clerk at the counter who called somebody and told me they would be right there. After waiting 10 minutes, I gave up and left and purchased a computer elsewhere from a different vendor. There were only a couple of customers and no clerks available, only the ones at the shipping counter and check-out. I have no intention of ever going back to this store.

I needed 10 booklets printed quickly. I supplied all documents on a flash drive ready to print. I explained I was on a deadline and needed the project as soon as possible. Apparently, rush jobs are not part of the service. It took two days to print and bind the booklets​. They did a good job of printing, but I missed the deadline which meant I did a lot of rushing for nothing.

Went up just to have them print some things for us. No other customers to speak of were there, but it still took them over 15 minutes to even start to help us. The prints went just fine but were well overpriced.

Its okay. The staff will try to help and shelves are well stocked. Pops are important and they use them diligently here. But the services counter is always busy and sometimes its hard to keep up.

Staff very helpful. Good directions to what I needed....in and out. Good experience.

Very disappointing experience. After really long wait in line at Print and Copy Center I left store. Tried again the next day same thing. Called store to get help and nobody ever picked up my call after being transferred. Saw employee rolling eyes at customers. Enough tries, gave up and going elsewhere.

I seemed like a priority to the workers and enjoyed the help I would expect. My somewhat complicated print order was well received and completed with care.

The electric pencil sharpener I wanted was on sale but out of stock, so manager sold me next better one for same sale price.

Been dropping off FedEx packages here for 5 years or more. After I load a whole cart of packages into the store, some young guy tells me quite rudely that I have to take them to the FedEx store even though FedEx still picks up here everyday.. Might as well remove them from the FedEx list. Ill be talking with my FedEx account rep to confirm.. Sorry to burden you with my packages! I wont be bothering you with any of my business now either!

Who doesnt like Office Depot? Employees are always nice and helpful. I could spend hours here looking at all the stuff I could use in my office.

Needed manila colored card stock and they had it! They always have everything Im looking for.

Worst experience I have ever had. I came into the store to get some flash drives and pen refills. Moment one I was watched when I came into store just because I was wearing a hoodies and cargo pants. As I went aisle to aisle I was followed by an associate. I finally said is there a problem man? His response was yes its 90 degrees and you come in wearing a hoodies and cargo pants. I said I always dress like this. His response well I am just making sure you dont steal anything. Ridiculous that you cant wear anything that looks like a thief without being accused of being one. My business is officially done there and I would hope others will follow my lead as that is ridiculous to treat someone that way just cause the way they dress. I am completely offended.

This place has cheap copies on large prints but I hate coming here because they never have enough staff at the copy counter and they completely ignore you if they’re working with someone. I get that they help you in order but if you try to ask if anyone else is available to help they act like you are being rude to ask, even if you just have to pick up a print that is prepaid.

Office depot Blue springs care and takes care of all needs of all who walk in.One day all i need was a otter box for a i phone 5s and i walk out not only with a phone cover but a new computer which was very needed after the need to replace my old one. I was told it was cheaper and it was proven to me on how much. The people that work there care on what you need. and much more they provide more than what most people think they have furntinre and all kinds of things needed at home and office.

Needed something printed from email as I left it at home. All I had to do was send them the PDF and it was printed a few minutes later. Nice!

I have been coming here for several years. This location never has enough staff In the print/copy center. The young lady that assisted us was extremely unprofessional and lazy. She will point you in the direction of the self service before trying to see what is needed.
