Very bad place. They had my husbands truck for THREE wks just to get paint off!!! Then TWO MORE WKS at least just to receive running boards. THEY WILL NEVER SEE US AGAIN!!!

Well anytime i have any kind of issues or by bad luck get into accident, i only use the collision center at jones ford. Their experience and expertise is second to none and when they do the job they do it right. The only choice in my opinion and i recommend them to you too.

These folks do an awesome job! They’ve repaired both of our vehicles in a span of 4 years. They are excellent about keeping you informed throughout the whole process. While one of our vehicles is a Ford, they did just as good of a job on our Honda. It looks brand new! I highly recommend them...especially if you have USAA insurance because the whole process is so streamlined that it takes a lot off of you during what can be a very stressful time.

Would not recommend.Took 5 weeks after insurance approved the less than $4,000 of work needed to get my car back, and it still had issues. Returned it for a few more days and it came back with issues still. The people were all nice enough, but the quality of work was severely lacking. Take your car elsewhere.

They warned us that our repair would take a while but they had our van for a MONTH!

Car was supposed to be repaired in 1-2 weeks. Going on 5.... Never get status updates...call and leave messages but never get called back. Was told for a week no loaner vehicle available despite being delayed and delayed by them. FINALLY got in one. Still waiting for my vehicle....I go to the Jones ford auto shop for my vehicles work and maintenance so assumed the Collision Center would hold the same high standards but so far I have been severely disappointed.

If you want your car fixed correctly after an accident, go somewhere else; anywhere else. They tried. They really did. Rachael was on top of things and tried and tried to make sure my car was repaired satisfactorily. Problem is, she doesnt do the actual work and the crew behind the scenes let her down tremendously. My car was struck fairly hard from the rear. The deck lid does not close right and the bumper is misaligned. I got so tired of the delays, I accepted it in spite of all that was wrong; my car was in for 5 weeks. Twice in was told it was ready. Twice it was not. I took it to Ford because I figured they repair it right. Its Ford after all. Well, if I need repairs again, I will take my car somewhere else, anywhere else.

Nobody available on phone to ever update about vehicle status, very frustrating. And they dont return calls.
