Pharmacy Staff has improved immensely. Clean Store with good amount of stocked items. Friendly staff.

The absolute worst pharmacy in our area. I should have learned my lesson the last time. You can go to any other pharmacy (price Chopper, wal-mart, cvs) and wait 90% less time.

Boy, the comments appear to be extreme for Pros and Cons. I like Walgreens for their location and they accept my insurance. Ive never been to a fast pharmacy so I think they are average. It is a little annoying they never have my insulin in stock when I get it the same time every month. The staff have been very friendly and taken time to help me and answer questions. While not outstanding, I believe they are better than average for the services they provide. Thank you

I would rate this pharmacy 0 stars if I could. I have the same issue every time I refill my prescription and I have to walk them through the process. Every. Single. Time. Employees are extremely unwilling to help customers.

Love the store employees-they are so kind and helpful, but every experience I have had with the pharmacy has been extremely slow. Today, it has said “In Progress” on my Walgreens app all day. So I called to try and speak with someone, but I couldn’t get through the automated system. It saw that my number was on file for a waiting prescription and told me to “call back in an hour.” It’s been six hours waiting for only a two-day prescription of pills and still nothing. Giving two stars because of this- send your prescriptions somewhere else.

I realize we are in an epidemic but the manager running this location is over the top. Its almost to a point of rudeness. I am sure its an excuse for laziness.

My review is for the pharmacy only.The pharmacists and assistants have been such a big help, Ive found a home pharmacy. They are compassionate, knowledgeable, and informative. I dont have insurance and they actively helped me save on many needed prescriptions.

Good place to grab something that you forgot at the supermarket or if someone is sick and you need to run and grab some crackers.The photo development center is also pretty notable.All together, great place.

Literally sitting here in the car waiting as I write this script was sent in this morning and is ready but we have to sit in line. I can’t leave because there is a car behind me. I have my newborn waiting in the car with us on the way home from the hospital and wife needs her prescriptions. The time management in this place is horrible. This isn’t the first time either. It doesn’t matter if it’s one car or two cars in front of you . You have a minimum 45 minute wait here. I don’t know why they don’t tell people to pull forward if their script isn’t ready. Again that’s just time management it isn’t rocket science.

Went in to fill a prescription and Rob the pharmacist seem to be having a bad day. He was very short with me and didnt seem very interested in helping me. He filled my prescription wrong. My script was for 30 pills and he only gave me 10. Very bad experience. I will not return to this pharmacy again

Pharmacy doesnt even deserve any stars. The female supervisor pharmacist needs desperately to have an intense sensitivity training course. Very rude. Wait time is always ridiculous.DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

Wasnt here for prescription meds, but to shop. Even with rewards card, was expensive. Was able to get everything I needed though. Friendly clerk. Convenient location.

Wonderful pharmacy. Only complaint is that you dont sell some liquors

I use the pharmacy at this location and have done so for many years. I was having an issue with my Drs office getting back into contact with the pharmacy and have been calling back and forth to the dr and the pharmacy trying to figure it out. The manager named Ashley in the pharmacy today took the time to explain what the problem was, how it could be fixed and offered to help me resolve the issue I was having. All of a sudden, with the help of this one person my struggle of almost 5 days was resolved. I am thankful for her kindness, patience and the time she took to help me today. She was so kind and did not sound frustrated in any way, even though I know there were other calls coming in while she was taking care of me. A great manager makes a great difference, no matter where it is. Thanks again to Ashley!!

Have waited now over a month for a script. No one answers the phone in Pharmacy. Have repeatedly been on hold over 30 min. All anyone says is they are short staffed. This has been going on for months. As soon as I need refills will go elsewhere.

The pharmacy wait is always long.. Inside or out.. And i get it that it is an option for flavor but for the love of all moms struggling with kids to take their meds why in the world do you have to charge for flavor... Seriously

I had used this Walgreens for years until my insurance coverage changed and I was forced to change pharmacies. I went back today to get a prescription filled and the pharmacist on duty, an older gentleman with glasses was incredibly rude and told me he would not fill my prescription because he was confused by how the doctor worded it. I had dropped off the prescription at 3:45 and told it would be ready in half an hour. I did not receive this call until after 5, at which time my doctors office was closed and he refused to do anything until he heard back from my doctors office the next day. When i questioned him as to why, he said very rudely, this is a controlled substance and how do i know you havent filled it already somehwere else, with my 10 year old daughter right in front of me. If i could give you 0 stars i would and I will be taking my and my familys business elsewhere after this.

This place sucks just like every other comment says. That pharmacist is always rude, and this pharmacy is notorious for not having your script ready after notifying you it is.So everytime just like clock work you come to pick up, and have to wait 30 min for the one or two unhappy customers in front of you to get scolded, belittled, & basically made to feel if not flat out told theyre a junkie. Then its your turn to be made to feel the same way. All because youve wasted an hour now, still dont have your script filled and have been talked to like trash. Due to their laziness lack of management & over all stale pos attitudes. Walgreens pharmacies as a whole suck. Youll enjoy going back to one of them after coming here.

I’ve waited for 20 minutes behind one car to pick up a script. I can’t leave because there is a car behind me. Most pharmacies would have the person pull up to allow others to get their scripts and go. Here you just wait.

Im literally posting this as Im sitting in the drive through waiting. Been here 20 minutes. I wish I could say this was the first time this has happened. Ive also came here several times after receiving a phone call that my script was ready only to sit here waiting, and for them to tell me its not ready.HORRIBLE.

Slowest Walgreens Ive ever been to. Go to CVS.

Told would be a 30min wait for my script the Dr faxed in. She said there were several people waiting. No one in the store! I despise this place!
