Builders Door had a man out the next day after I called. He fixed the garage door so we could use it and worked on our openers. He had the office give us a call on the cost for a new door panel. They were polite and fast. We have used Builders Overhead Door for over 40 years and have always been very satisfied.

This installer was very professional and did a great job installing my new home garage door opener. He did a neat job and provided extra length of cord to connect to the 16 foot ceiling outlet. Good old fashioned craftsmanship!!You don’t get this quality of work from the younger generation today. I see the poor quality workmanship that some of the other trades provided. Pipes are not perpendicular, mittened joints not tight. Grout on the wood cabinets.When you buy something brand new you want it to be done right.

I purchased a brand new home in 2020, in that time, my garage door broken twice. I understand not maintaining a door and then it breaking over years of wear and tear, but twice in a year and half?? I called to have it scheduled for repair, and was told a technician be out tomorrow to fix, so I changed my plans and stayed home to wait for the technician, I missed a call from Overhead, called back within 30 minutes, and he said he had to send his technician on to another job because he didnt hear back from me and I wasnt in a convenient area for them. Extremely Poor customer service and apparently their installation and product is poor to have failed twice in a year and half time. I am a Reece Nichols agent and I definitely wont be referring or recommending this company to any of my clients or to other agents.

Our garage door failed on a Saturday. I left a voicemail that same day. I received a callback before 9:00 on Monday. Joe was in the driveway ready to repair before 10:00 am. Could not have happier with the service call.

I have used Builders Overhead Door since 2016. They are prompt and always very fair on pricing. The installation guys are extremely knowledge. I have had two different guys come out both had worked for the company over 20 years. I think that says a lot about the company.

I had damage to both doors. It had been awhile to get it repaired because things are kind of tough. I got an estimate from a month before but they came out to do it again. They serviced it the next day. The serviceman, sorry I forgot his name, was so friendly. He got the work done in no time at all. Most importantly, it was affordable! Thank you for the great work and customer service! I defiantly would recommend them!

Where to start...ordered a door on Dec 27th, they came to install it on Jan 16th..they ordered the wrong style door, Feb 11th second door came in,March 4th came to install the correct style door, it had multiple dents...March 6 (they took panels from another order to get mine replaced) otherwise probably would have been another 3 week wait for the replacements...replacement panels for the ones with dents had about 13 different spots that needed paint touch up so they gave me a small bottle of paint to do it myself...not very satisfied with this company, there is a reason their prices are about half of any other garage door company.

I’m a realtor and deal with contractors on a daily basis. This company is a freaking disaster from first contact or lack their of. They were referred to me from builder that uses them on new construction. When I reached out to them it was almost two weeks before I received a call back from the salesman. (Roger) His excuse was simple “I have been busy deer hunting”. That’s when I should have walked away, but I stuck with it and they quoted me $600.00 a door installed and old doors hauled off over the phone. Roger requested to set up an appointment with me to measure three replacement doors in my home. When he arrived the door price changed to $700 a door even though they were the exact same doors that he quoted me in the exact same sizes. Roger would never tell me why the price went up $100 a door. Then proceeded to tell me it was going to take three weeks for the doors to be delivered and installed. On the fourth week I called to find out why my doors haven’t installed. They scheduled me the following week out and everything seem to be under control. The day finally comes, the installer showed up on time but is missing proper tools. He proceeds to ask to borrow some of my sockets from my work bench. I offer anything he needed so he didn’t have to leave. Job is complete in a few short hours or so I thought. He calls me out to garage and proceeds to tell me he has broken one of the door openers by hooking it up incorrectly and he was going to need to go back and get parts to fix it. He then goes on to tell me he would be back tomorrow to install the part. The following day comes and he no call no shows. I call back into the office the on the next day and they get me on the books for the upcoming Thursday. When Thursday arrives and different installer shows up with a gear that doesn’t even remotely looked like the part I needed and proceeds to try and tell me I just need to bite the bullet and buy a new one. Pissed, I told him I wanted to talk to somebody in management about my opener. He leaves and I leave roger a message to call me. A week later Roger returns my call and says theirs nothing he can do because it wasn’t their fault as try’s to blame it on a mud-dubbers nest. Two weeks of going back and forth they offer me a opener installed at their cost for $350. I can buy the same opener at Lowe’s for $200. Needless to say, stay away from this company. I learned my lesson, now we get to go to small claims court.

THEY FIX THE PROBLEM DONT TELL YOU THE COST UNTIL THEY ARE DONE. WhatHappened to their free estimate. They replaced a part for me in September. The same part went bad again now. They came out replace the item did not say anything about a charge for it. When they were done they came back with a cost. Saying no warrantt on the furst one.
