I have to say I was most pleasantly surprised at the expedient reply to my service call during which I was having trouble with my garage door fully raising especially with the temperature brutally freezing and incoming snow. My car was literally stuck inside. To the rescue was Overhead Door Tech Brian C. I initially thought I wouldnt be able to get service that day when I called the rep said they could get to me in a day or two. I said I sure would really appreciate if it all possible if they could get out to me that day. The rep was very courteous and said they would see what they could do for me, they said if I was open to a possible later evening appointment. I said sure! To my delight as I was coming home from work that afternoon I got a call from Brian C saying if I was available he could come check out my garage now. I was like YES! Brian was Awesome! He inspected my garage door, told me exactly what I needed and didnt try to sell me something that I didnt need. I greatly appreciate his honesty and integrity. As a retired Veteran. Those are Values I greatly appreciate in a world today found lacking. Thanks Again Overhead Door.

Amazing company and the staff was absolutely excellent. Called before hand to let me know they were on there way. The price quote before hand was accurate but once they were there realized I needed to replace some more parts which only added about $40 so not to bad. The technician was fairly quick and helpful in explaining what needed to be fixed and even remounted the garage for me. Great company will definitely use them in the future.

Overhead door converted my two 8 foot garage doors into one 17 foot garage door. They removed the existing headers and replaced them with a 17 foot header. They then installed the double door and replaced all of the trim with cedar. The final step was to install a jack shaft opener, which mounts directly on the door coil spring shaft. This opener was required, because of lack of head room for the typical opener.This entire project was completed in one day and is a huge improvement from both a functional and an aesthetic point of view. The two installers were both professional and highly skilled. This is the second project that overhead door completely for me and I highly recommend them for your next project.

Technician/specialist initial visual inspection was spot on with his. thorough inspection of my door. Detailed what was causing the problem and what needed to be done. Only took a half hour to replace coils, springs, pulleys, etc. Very impressed with the service I received.

I was very pleased with the service provided by the company. They were very understanding when we needed to reschedule our appointment. On appointment day, the technician arrived during the time frame. He gave me an estimate prior to working. After he had started working, there were changes that needed to made that were not included in his original estimate. Before continuing work, he asked if I was okay with the changes. He completed his work in an hour, and the garage doors worked better than ever. Our family was so happy with their service!

They did a good job. First I did not understand how to set up the wireless remote but now I do. I did not realize there were things on my end that I needed to do that they would not know. So Ive changed my review to 5 stars.

Our garage door wouldn’t close in weather colder then 30 Degrees unless you were holding down the mounted button. The door would open fine using the remote or mounted button all the time even when cold.My husband and I are renting a home purchased earlier this year. Our Landlord called Overhead Door to solve the issue. They did! The previous owners replaced the motor but not the sensors on the door. The tech from ODC knew the issue within a minute of talking with him. He had the sensors needed, on him and fixed the issue within about 20 mins! The tech was professional, polite and thorough.Service was done a couple weeks ago and everything is still running perfectly since the day it was fixed! Super grateful to have full working use now!

Office employee was pleasant during call to schedule. Due to two storm surges, we had diagnostic and repair work done several times and I would recommend Overhead Door of Blue Springs to anyone. I highly recommend asking for Brad, whom we had at our house a few times (two times for diagnostics, and one time for repair.) He didnt hard sell me on anything-- just educated me on my options for replacement and repair and what to expect with each re: cost, maintenance and longevity. He worked within my budget. And best of all, he had wonderful customer service. He was friendly and efficient and cleaned up all after the job was completed. Our last repair was done by Kasey, who was also very courteous and efficient. Both went above and beyond to assist us, one replaced a garage light bulb we couldnt reach and one briefly assisted me on another home repair when I was stuck. I would highly recommend them!

These folks have a great scam going. One they benefit from greatly. They charge more than $150 for the visit alone. They never actually fix the problem, whereby the customer has to repeatedly call them. Also, when they give you a simple estimate, they charge over $250, even without lifting a finger. We used their services for far over a decade. When we finally used a competing service, not only was the job done completely & with no hassle, it was far cheaper. These folks are frauds. I will never use their services again, NOT EVER.

Ordered a new entry door on June 12 . Here it is, July 25, and still not installed yet. Actually, the install appointment is not until August 4.This is taking entirely too long. Not happy at all
