Theyve been good to me. They got me into a good car, and though the buying process went the whole day, they do make you comfortable. They have a nice lounge complete with a big screen TV and satellite channels, fresh baked cookies, a coffee/cappuccino machine, and a few other creature comforts. The car has proven better than promised. I wanted something gas efficient and this one far, far exceeds even the factory specs in that department. Ill definitely go back when its time for another car for me. One thing to point out, if you want something besides a Nissan, this dealership is part of a family of other dealerships, so if you fancy another car, they may be able to get you into another one.

I had always bought my cars from this location for 10 years, from the same sales person. We have always worked on a good deal as far as cost + interested rate = the right vehicle that fits my familys needs and my wants of course. Been pretty happy with the service also my wife can go in not have any issues and if she does things do get ironed out pretty quickly. My wife and I like our vehicles and service. Thanks Guys and Gals!

While everyone I worked with was very nice, this is my worst experience buying a car. First, my car was incorrectly labeled under dealer warranty. Then I waited 1.5 hours to speak with finance, spent another hour with finance, and when I was finished, the dealership was closed. The car I had purchased nearly had an empty tank so I had to spend more time with my salesman going to get gas. He only filled it up halfway- and no one explained to me that new cars only get a half tank. Would have been fine with that but didnt know this up front. Then when I went to get my car registered, the lien release was in another persons name in the system, not on the paper. I called to speak to Renee Lowry and was told she would be back the next day. Each day I called she was out of the office again. There was no one who could apparently fix this in her absence and as a result, Im going to have to pay a late fee on my car registration. I did speak to someone named Sarah who promised to get back to me, but I had to continually call her for updates. Her ultimate advice was for me to ‘call Nissan.’ An absolute nightmare. I asked to speak to the General Manager and then was disconnected. At this point, I wouldnt even bother going there for my free oil changes. Would love to give the dealership an opportunity to make this right, but not sure how that can happen if every time I asked to speak to the dealership I am somehow disconnected.

Though we ended up purchasing the 2014 Nissan Rogue, we cant help but get upset every time we look at it! We were quoted $500 off our best offer from another dealership. We were told the car we received was the exact same one quoted and that all of their cars also came equipped with upgraded nitrogen tires, wheel locks, and all weather floor mats. Only when we sat down to start talking about prices did they mention that the package was an extra $600. When we tried to negotiate it, we were told it was not negotiable. We were also interested in adding a third row, but they did not have the car in stock. Instead of helping us find one or offering to add one to the car we were looking at, they simply told us, If you need a third row, get a Pathfinder. Then when we started talking about interest rate, the dealer had promised us 1.9%. Once we talked to the finance guy, he initially told us he was waiting to hear from multiple banks to see the best rate he could offer us. As he was entering our information into his computer, he turned it around to show us so we could make sure everything was correct. We noticed the car was listed at MSRP. When we stated that it was not the price we agreed on, he at first insisted that it was, but when we continued to state that it wasnt, he pulled out our paperwork and said, Oh, my bad and changed it. Then we noticed that the interest rate was listed as 2.45%. We thought he was still waiting to hear from the banks?! When we asked about it, he said that it was indeed the rate they were offering us. When we mentioned that the dealer had promised us 1.9%, he brought in the dealer to apologize while he continued to tell us, It ONLY comes out to be a $500 difference. After almost walking out, my wife and I decided to continue with the purchase anyway. What else could go wrong, right? Well, the finance guy became sort of hateful and unbearable to talk to after we rejected the extended warranty and it seemed like hours before he was finally convinced that we would not be purchasing it. Then when we were looking over all of the papers we needed to sign, he impatiently asked, Is there something in particular youre looking for? No, were just making sure we know what were signing! When we finally finished signing everything and were leaving with our new car, my wife noticed something under the car looking like it was about to fall off. Sure enough, a panel was loose. The shop was already closed, and we werent able to take the car home until the next day. And just to top it all off, when we went home and looked over everything more carefully, we realized the car did not have all of the accessories included in the price quote we received from the other dealership - it left out about $300 worth in accessories.

I have to give it these guys, Jason and his team has a tough job cleaning up the damage McCarthy did to the Blue Springs community. I used to live in Blue Springs, but now live in Overland Park and had decided that McCarthy made me never wanted to buy another Nissan again. But after my experience, I not only decided to stay with a Nissan vehicle, I urge every one in Kansas to make sure to put Fenton Nissan of Blue Springs on one of their places to stop while shopping for the next car. Thank you for the awesome treatment guys!

I was very deceived by this car company. I deceived by this car company. I received a mailer that said I won $750.00. I followed all their directions on the mailer. I had the winning number for $750.00. I called the phone # and registered my name and winning #. I went up to the car dealership and they gave me the run around. I wont go into detail, but it was a very deceiving tactic they used. They gave me $2.00 and said I won that. The salesmen laughed and thought it was funny. They lost a potential customer.

My fiancé had went in just for an oil change and found out his motor was about to go out, as well as a few other things. We couldnt afford the amount it would be to fix it so Ryan set us up with a new Nissan Sentra. We love it! Our experience was great and all of the staff helped entertain our hyper 2 year old while we signed papers. Although I wish we could have gotten a better interest rate, they did all they could to get the lowest payment for us to fit our budget! When its time for another car, we know where we will be going!

I wont go out and make a 1 star vote, because in the end I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted to pay, and not a dime more. However, the purchasing experience was riddled with pushy attitude (as to be expected from a car dealer), looks of shame when trying to cancel the purchase, and ignorance on my knowledge of car purchasing (raising my trade-in value while also raising the price of the car). In the end, it took me walking out of the store and taking my own keys back from the otherside of the desk while my saleswoman was in the back to convince them I really was taking my business somewhere else. Also I read on here that someone had their credit ran 9 times, I got an email from my credit score site revealing that they ran mine 7 times!? Seriously, what is up with that?Like I said, in the end I got what I wanted, but the hoops that had to be jumped through to get there did not make me want to recommend the dealer to any friends of mine.
