I have always liked Spanish factories, the quality and design of them, it seems to me, surpasses ours, and not only. Here we have selected Lord beige floor tiles from the Spanish manufacturer Fanal for our bathroom. We looked at it in the showroom, there are many collections here, but settled on this option. Calculated and ordered, we had to wait, but we were warned about it. Delivered on time, marriage and defects were not found upon close inspection, after installation it looks expensive and rich, as they say.

I was looking for tiles in the kitchen, I wanted something from the Spanish collections, and I went through them here on the site. I liked the Bolonia collection from the Spanish factory Mainzu, made free 3-d modeling upon request. Then they calculated and sent. Nothing was hurt on the way, they drove carefully, I live in Moscow. The cost is normal, I still paid a half for the delivery, after placing the order in a day I already had a tile.

I liked the large showroom where you can see all the tiles sold. The consultants helped us find quality tiles for the bathroom and keep within the budget. We were satisfied with everything. Thanks a lot!

Disgusting quality of service! We urgently needed a tile in a large enough volume. We were ready to come and purchase by self. The manager was not able to provide information on availability, while not showing any interest in working with me as a client. I do not recommend wasting my time on them!

Nightmare! We arrived at the store to buy tiles, looked at work time in advance, chose the models we liked on the site, spent the time to come, see live and place an order. There are no consultants at all in the store, they searched for 20 minutes - they did not find it. Phones are not responding. A terrible waste of time.

I called, the right tile was not available, but the manager promised to help pick up an analog in the store. Two hours were chosen with her husband on the spot, all this was not very easy. As a result, they decided and after 2 days received an order. Thanks to the managers for their patience)

The salon is quite large, but there were no samples of the necessary tiles in it, I had to focus on similar options. But for free they made a 3D-model of the bathroom and kitchen, they brought it to Reutov for free and made a small discount on the entire order. In general, the purchase is more than satisfied.

I made an order through the site for tiles. I confirmed its presence. After I arrived at the showroom, I was informed that the price at which I issued was invalid and that the tile now costs 2 times more! Be careful, you can lose time.

I ordered a tile a week ago through the site. The manager wrote in a letter that the tile is available and delivery in the near future. I waited two weeks .... I called the store, it turned out that I myself had to call and confirm the order! This is generally strange. In the end, they told me to wait another week and the manager still did not confirm the order. Apparently scammers and lazy people are sitting in this store who do not care and are rude to customers. Id like to go there and fill out all possible complaints books, but I think, unfortunately, they dont give a damn!

The store is very small. as a consultant girl told us today, who, by the way, doesn’t know her goods, the store presents only 5% of all products. She couldn’t answer our questions, where she doesn’t know where to find and see the tile live. Spent the whole day on the road to this store and are very disappointed. no 400 sq.m., as indicated on the site there!

When asked where to look at such and such a tile, the answer is somewhere on these stands ...
