Just want to say that Tony DeArce and the Boardman Nissan team provided the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. We came in to test drive a used Rogue and left with a brand new one! No pressure sales! Tony was extremely knowledgeable on the Nissan line and was able to answer all of my questions!

I called to inquire about a vehicle and drove to the dealership the next morning. I was greeted by a sales representative at the door. The vehicle I was interested in was already available to look at and to drive. I was bought a hot cup of coffee by the sales manager John which I was very impressed. Richard my sales manager was very helpful in explaining all the details throughout the process of buying the vehicle as well as the vehicle itself. All I can say is- wow! What excellent customer service my husband and I received yesterday evening at Boardman Nissan. John Eackelbary, The new GM Todd, and Richard made us feel like family and worked hard to get us in our new SUV. The whole process was smooth, quick, and professional. Boardman Nissan is the only dealership I ever plan on buying a car from. They’re the best of the best.

Dan is the absolute best, which is impressive because every individual I met here was a delight. I never thought I would buy or lease a new car in part because every previous interaction I have had with a dealership has been, at some point, unpleasant, in that most dealerships fulfill the stereotype of trying to verbally strong arm you into a deal, which makes it difficult to trust what they say if you want to learn the details of how the could potentially meet your needs. This was never once the case with Boardman Nissan! They were professional but not overly formal, very accommodating, fun and honest.Whereas innumerable other dealerships basically said that no dealership would meet my expectations (implying I should therefore lower them) Dan met my expectations and them exceeded them. He managed to get me into a vehicle that had everytining I would have wanted if I did not have a budget, but within budget!!! Beyond that, I he is just a delightful human being. Energetic, funny, kind, moral. He is the best salesman I have ever met because he doesnt try to sell, he just honest and literally celebrates making his customers happy. I can honestly say I feel I didnt just leave with a car. I left with a new friend too.Ben and Anthony also did the an truly excellent job detailing my car before I picked it up. Mike Thomas was my salesman and he was very friendly and helpful. I was offered a fair price for my trade and showed all of my payment options. I arrived at Boardman Nissan on a Saturday at 5pm just an hour before closing just to look at a Rogue. We were there until 7:30 and bought the car. I tried apologizing for keeping them late but the entire staff ensured me it was not an issue. I’ve been a long time Honda buyer however after my last experience at Preston Honda in New Castle and my first experience at Boardman Nissan I may have just found a new brand.

Sales staff was great! Not one, but two sales staff spent plenty of time with me helping me look at trucks and getting my old vehicle appraised. They even let me take a vehicle home on an overnight test drive so I could see how it fit my garage. Highly recommend.

Stopped at Boardman Nissan to repair a tire ( reckless female driver here). I asked to speak with an associate regarding a 2021 model of the Rouge. Sales associate Dan DeVore was extremely helpful. Nissan has my business and it’s all thanks to Baron!

Do not buy from this dealer if you are out of state. Their administrative team apparently doesnt know what they are doing. I am sitting 47 days after purchase with an expired temporary tag and they still dont have all of the paperwork completed so I can get my WV license plate. Their sales team is good and they talk a good game to get you to buy a car, but after you sign the papers, it all goes way down hill! This is my second purchase from them and I did not have this much trouble with the first. There definitely will not be a third! They give better deals here and are better with trade in values, but it is not worth the aggravation with the paperwork. Buy in your own state!!!!!If you do buy here, be careful if they promise you free oil changes. Make sure you get it in writing. They promised us that with our first vehicle purchase and then wouldnt honor it afterward. It is only a couple hundred dollars, but if they promise you something, they should honor it.

Josh was great throughout the whole process. He was very informative and knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable with him. If you ever need a new or used vehicle I would definitely recommend him.

I went with my daughter to see what was available for her as her lease was ending. Josh was so wonderfully helpful with the process. I had no plans to trade in my car but Josh was able to make all the numbers work. I and my daughter walked out with new, beautiful vehicles with needed updated safety features.

Came to Boardman Nissan in order to identify a rattling noise that was upsetting my wife, get an oil change, and receive information on the #PM971 recall. Was told that to just identify the rattle would be a couple hundred dollars and that they are not approving the safety recall even though it says online that replacements or precautions will be serviced free of charge. I was given little to no understanding, and then upon the complementary oil and tire rotation inspection they failed to identify that the rattle was simply coming from a loose nut on a heat shield. They did however suggest almost $1100 worth of repairs that have nothing to do with the issue at hand, including replacing filters that were literally in plastic less than 6 months ago that I replaced already, and tires that still have 10-20k miles left on them. To me Boardman Nissan is simply out to rob their customers and do not make you feel as though they care about our safety whatsoever.

Dan got me approved when NO ONE else could. He was fun, and just so great to deal with. Best sales man ever!

Took in for a routine oil change. was told my tires did not need rotated. asked them to check the brakes because its making a noise. They glanced at them and said it would be okay till next time. I thought that was very poor.

Love my 2018 Frontier☺ Nissan builds excellent vehicles, especially the Frontier pickup. Very solid, dependable, comfortable truck, nice highway cruiser. 4.0 v6 motor is powerful and smooth, not bad on gas on highway runs. Drives as smooth and comfortable as my old Grand Marquis☺

I had my ten year old Frontier in for service as always at Boardman Nissan when during repair the unexpected popped up with pricey repairs. I was contacted by Baron Reynolds to see if I’d be interested in stepping up to a new or newer vehicle due to my expensive repairs and would not have to pay for the repairs. Baron explained with all the specials offered it was doable and not as expensive. I am a retiree on a fixed income but Baron got me into an affordable new Frontier with a full warranty! Baron was the most kindest, honest, personable, and helpful Car Salesperson ever! Thank you Baron! Hats off to Rick in Service, and all of the other dealership personnel as well. I have always had a great experience at Boardman Nissan which is always clean and inviting. The Service Department is the cleanest I’ve ever seen you could eat off the floor! If I could give more than five stars I would. Dan was the best sales person you could ask for. Oh and he has a great personality that the commercial doesn’t show. He’ll answer all your questions and have a great conversation. I highly recommend the best sales man ever.

My husband brought his truck to be serviced for a rear bearing issue, had the parts ordered over the weekend and was told they could service his truck on a Wednesday. The service center gave the excuse they did not have enough staff and he had to leave his truck there or it would be 2 weeks before they could get him in. They also did not have a loaner vehicle for him to get to a from work. The service center did not have his truck done the next day either because they were again short on staff. They finally had the truck done on Friday late afternoon and charged him almost $500 more than was quoted. They claimed the truck took more time so they had to charge more. It would not have taken longer if they had the staff to repair cars. They also tried to tell him that he needed breaks replaced that did not need replaced. This place is not honest and way overcharged. Never bring your vehicle to this location they are a rip off are not very professional in their service.
