I purchased my 2015 Hyundai Sonata from a used dealership and have got the run around for the last 2 years from a tapping noise that was coming from my engine. Even though I have a warranty through the dealership I took it upon myself to reach out to Preston to see if they could possibly help me. I had a appointment on Friday. Not only was the staff friendly, but they treated me as if I was not just a customer. Ed and Jason were amazing. Not only did he explain the issue, but showed me what was causing it. They also did a multi point inspection on my vehicle and checked any recalls. They did not try to con me into buying anything that was unnecessary. I will return if I need anything that needs mechanical work on this vehicle and also to purchase a new vehicle. Thank you all for your help and giving me a better understanding. I was at my wits end trying to find a car at short (and emergent) notice and had a long day of going to dealerships all day with no success. I had planned to get a new vehicle but it just was not possible with the shortage. Dave went above and beyond, along with the sales manager, to help me buy as close to a new car (with every feature I needed/wanted) as possible given the circumstances (and not being able to wait for inventory). It was pressure-free and extremely friendly. I am so, so thankful and will definitely be recommending and using this dealership in the future.

I got my Santa Fe in March 2021 and LOVE it so far! Preston Hyundai made the process of choosing my car so easy and the entire staff was wonderful to work with. Dave M. was our salesman and I canβt say enough good things about him. I brought it in for its first maintenance appointment today, and was just as satisfied with the service department. I worked with Joanna Z. and she was so helpful every step of the way. She made scheduling easy and had everything set up for me when I arrived. My car was ready very quickly and I am extremely impressed with this side of Preston as well. These appointments are usually an inconvenience, but they made everything so simple. I would highly recommend Preston and their wonderful staff!
Great service visit today. Took my car in to have it checked for a recall and it passed the test and no repairs were necessary. I received a ride home from Hyundais shuttle driver who also picked me back up when my car was ready. Driver was professional and friendly. Service tech was professional and friendly. Was PLEASANTLY surprised when I arrived back at the shop that my car had been washed AND vacuumed! Nice touch! The ONLY complaint I have is the concierge service Preston uses for scheduling appointments. I always seem to get someone who is not friendly or helpful it seems like the same person all the time. For this reason I have not been using their service dept. for any other services. I would rather go elsewhere to avoid the people working for this scheduling service.

We needed a new car, and I decided to go with Hyundai due to their warranty which is the best, and we wanted a small SUV/crossover due to ease of getting in/out, ground clearance, gas mileage, etc.. I saw the Venue on the Hyundai website and it looked cool, so I watched YouTube videos on it. I then knew it was the car for us.I walked in and Anthony G. greeted me and was very helpful. They didnt have any in stock, but he said they could order one. Before making my decision, I texted him a lot to ask questions, and he always texted me back immediately. I decided to go with the SEL trim after initially wanting the SE base trim. SEL has a lot of goodies, and you only live once. :) Anthony and the team (all pleasant and not pushy) got us the exact color we wanted -- Intense Blue. The paperwork went easily and quickly.We are enjoying our new car.

Brad the GM, gave me a really good deal on my car, the valve cover gasket was leaking oil but they are taking care of everything for me. Fabulous experience from start to finish. It began by communicating with our salesman, Anthony, via texting and he answered all questions timely. Anything he needed to consult the manager with was done prompt and communicated back to us. The vehicle my husband ended up purchasing was a highly sought out vehicle and when we arrived it was pulled from its front and center location and ready for us to test drive. They worked with us and our credit union with ease. Never once did we feel pressured or under valued. Brad, the sales manager, checked back on us frequently throughout the process to make sure everything was going smoothly and made sure we had everything we needed. I bought a 2020 Palisade from out of state with Preston Hyundai. It was a lot of extra work for them and they accommodated all of my needs. They were very communicative and clear about everything. Their pricing was also very fair and clear.Some dealers I was looking at had a good price but tried to add a lot of extras that increased the price by $3,000+ sometimes. Preston didnβt play these games and I was very appreciative. They had a good price that remained a good price and worked with me on financing and everything remotely. I would have appreciated being able to digitally sign documents instead of having to wait for overnight deliveries, but relatively few dealers do this yet so they are not unique in this aspect.Matt was great and stayed with me the whole time being upfront and straight about everything and never abandoning me in the process which would have been easy to do as I was out of state. If you have a need and are out of state, do not hesitate to contact them! No games!

I had been looking for a newer vehicle for months, after doing my own research saw that I wanted to get a Santa Fe. I had initially started my journey with Alan Q. who answered lots of questions I had. Also got to work with Mike B. when I had gone in to test drive the vehicles. Both are amazing employees. I even got a call from them on Sunday (I know a non-working day before a holiday I was shocked too) asking about other questions I had. Was able to work through a lot with both gentleman and left Monday with a new car. No hassle, they handled everything. I also live out of state and they made this process as easy and pain free as possible. Id recommend (and have) to anyone looking for new, certified pre-owned, or used vehicles. Because of this dealership I will never own another Hyundai again in my life. For the past 3 years that I have had this car, if there was a recall, they would not notify me. I would have to find out at other places (oil changes, Ohio BMV other dealerships etc). When I would bring my car in they would tell me βoh it doesnβt apply to your car(which would later turn out it did apply to my car)β or βoh we donβt have a fix for that.β My most recent recall, most dangerous of them all. Their response at the dealership was βoh Iβm sorry you have to drive your family in a car that could potentially catch on fire but thereβs nothing we can do for you.β And the best part of that is, is that I bought it from a Preston dealership and this is how you treat your customers. Due to this recall, I canβt even trade it in and get any type of value because of how unsafe it is and Preston canβt turn around and sell it. But thatβs okay because itβs not Preston or their employees with families driving this unsafe car so itβs okay to turn away a mom who has to drive her child in this car. Wouldnβt even offer to loan me a rental until the recall was fixed.I will NEVER shop at another Preston dealership again and I will most definitely NEVER own another Hyundai.

This was my best experience with an automobile purchase and Iβve had many! I found Prestonβs website online and searched for a vehicle of interest. I was able to purchase the vehicle online at a price that I felt reasonable compared to several other dealerships I had visited. Dave Menges, my salesman, notified me the next day and offered an even better price. I immediately drove to the dealership and picked up my new vehicle. Dave made the whole process effortless!All necessary paperwork, etc. was completed prior to my arrival and all I needed to do was βsign on the dotted line.β Dave was awesome! Preston Hyundai of Boardman has a good parts and service department, but service center has limited hours and available technicians to perform specific vehicular work. The waiting times are not excessive and the staff is generally friendly. Some more than others. As someone who works 8am-5pm during the weekdays, its hard to arrange scheduling in the event of an emergent vehicular repair. This previous visit was for a clock spring replacement covered under warranty that affects the deployment of the airbag system. Had I been in a collision necessary to deploy the airbags, my airbags would not have deployed. Just something to think about when it comes to service availability. The likelihood of an accident may be considered very unlikely, but it could happen. The safer, the more peace of mind for customers.
