My experience at Family Dollar tonight was a casual shop, but I found everything I needed to pick up for my goddaughters birthday party see you soon.

This particular Family Dollar always has what you need in stock. The shelves are usually in a nice and neat order. The store is clean. Floors arent messy. The staff is always helpful if asked. They have more variety than there Family Dollar thats closer to me. The coolers are the biggest source of variety compared to other Family Dollar stores. Theyre always neat too!

They usually have everything i need. Sometimes you have to wait in line a little longer than expected but i assume that is because of their system and not the employees. Employees are helpful and friendly. One thing i noticed is no matter which family dollar i go to the temperature inside is like they ALL dont have a heating and cooling stem that works

Super staff!

The staff was courteous. The store was dirty, shelves empty, disorganized, missing price labels. The floors need replaced or cleaned. Thoroughly cleaned. I went to 2 FD both stores were same. Ughh!

The young mixed girl with glasses is so rude, horrible customer service. First we are standing at the checkout for two minutes while she talks to her coworker, then doesn’t say a word to us and puts up the Register closed sign at the register we are at and doesn’t say a word to us, we ask ‘which register are we suppose to go to’ just to get her to talk and she laughs at us and says ‘The open one’ never have I ever had a bad experience at a family dollar, but she was very very rude I will never be shopping here again. How disappointing.
