John was amazing and very patient and courteous... so helpful to get me a new phone within my budget and tranfer my current phone number to new phone... helped me even set up autopay etc and made sure to check all promos and discounts for me to get the best deal... definitely would go back to him so pleasant and helpful

I went to our local Russell-Verizon store today and was greeted pleasantly by Vany who was the only representative working and the only representative at the store. Despite attending to two other customers, Vany was attentive and honest in the amount of wait time before he could attend to my needs. Once we got started, Vany was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly and able to fix the needs of my cellphone expeditiously. I would highly recommend this store.

This is how the mobile experience should be. Service was fast and staff was courteous. They did not try to sell me on something I didnt need or push things I didnt want. I think I will be doing business with them more often.
