A good location to get your fix for any T Mobile issue, primarily due to the staff at this store. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, & courteous. Pretty wide variety of accessories and phones. Store is located just off the highway and has plenty of parking space available.

Shafa, the store manager, was extremely helpful in assisting me in setting up a new plan to bring 4 phones from other providers to T-Mobile. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommended working with him and we appreciate everything!

Never had any problem. To get the best service just wait for your turn and they will definitely help you, if you try to rush them you will get the same response back, very natural, let them finish what they are doing and wait for your turn just how you do every where else. Very simple.

Was at this on Friday early afternoon, dead as a door nail. Three salespeople and one customer. The young man that asked me what I needed, appeared to be more interested with programming a phone than correctly answering my questions. His answers were, “Around $300, Maybe $100, most likely $35 a month.”WTH?? I walk into a Verizon store and definite prices are given on paper. Just felt so unprofessional. I went to another T-Mobile store and was a whole different atmosphere. I do not recommend this store.

Here is something I think people should know about this Tmobile store located at 4509 Sunrise Hwy, Bohemia, NY 11716. These people are very dishonorable. They presented one thing and signed me up with extra stuffs that I didnt agree upon. Their manager is very unprofessional. doesnt admit their wrongdoing and push the issues back to customer instead. Will never go back to the store ever again.

One star is a must but this T mobile dealership does not deserve any stars. Not only are they liars but they are rude. I learnt my lesson the hard way by trusting these guys and their word and signing a new contract and now it seems like I am stuck with T Mobile for 2 years. I had heard a lot about dropped calls with T Mobile and before I signed up that was the first question I asked and I was told that with the acquisition of Sprint and 5G in the works that will never happen. The second thing was that they said that they would pay off the balance up to $650 that was owed on my phone with the previous carrier and I believed them and gave them my phone and signed up with their buy 1 get 1 free program.Within the first 3 days I experienced plenty of dropped calls on both the instruments and as I am talking with their technical support trying to fix the dropped calls even that call was dropped 3 times so much so that the technician had to put a note about it on my account for future reference Later that day I get a call from T Mobile HQ that they would not pay the entire balance as the value of the phone would be deducted from the amount that I owed to the previous carrier and when I questioned that was not what I was told they said that is how this plan works. I went back to the Bohemia store and expressed my frustration at the chain of events but the manager was totally uncooperative and told me that there is nothing that he can do about it. TOTALLY DIFFERENT ATTITUDE COMPARED TO WHEN HE WANTED MY BUSINESS. I tried to make my case and make him understand but he would not budge and kept on saying that was not what he had told me when I signed up.I was so frustrated that I cussed at him and he called the cops on me telling them that I threatened him (another lie). I guess he forgot that that everything was being recorded on the cameras at his store and when the cops did come he changed his story with them also. This guy is a total liar and I am now trying to get back to my old carrier and I hope that I can work it out without losing much money and even if I do I will chalk it up as an expensive lesson learned. Never would I ever got to T Mobile and especially to this dealership in Bohemia. They would say anything to get the business and then totally renege on what was said. Avoid them like the plague.

The was our first switch on phone carriers in 8 years and the two guys here at this location made it a super easy transition. The company provides the great plans but the people here provide the service to keep you coming back and referring friends and family to them.

I did a t-mobile test drive and the service was the same as AT&T, as far as I could see. I returned the phone here and the store manager Rahul was great. He was not pushy and answered my questions great. Then I went back to switch with my family and Alex was horrible. He seemed irritated that we were there. He also did not know his stuff. During the promotion of the $15 iPhone the 6 plus was $19 a month. Alex said it was $18. A small mistake but if he does not know that then what else does he not know. He also insisted that $120 for 10gb was the same price as $100 for 1gb. We kept on saying we just want 1gb (we dont use any data). Sorry for my long review.

Never going here again. They add lines to your account just to get commission then when u get bill you see a line that you never requested. They offered to refund me the money, they never did. Go into another major or corporate store, trust me
