Busy location but sometimes I have encountered they close early for no apparent reason. Very busy location with a line most of the time on the drive through. Not a big selection of dishwares and glassware or items to make coffee at home. I feel a store this big, the gift section would be bigger in size. Im just saying....Indoor remodel would be epic for this location.

High volume location, drive thru line can get very long at times. Be patient. I’ve been coming here for a while - all staff I’ve encountered are very friendly and down to earth. Helpful with suggestions, never got a negative attitude from anyone. All my food/drinks have been great!

I went through the drive through and then parked to make a phone call - and about 5 minutes later I see one of the baristas heading out to my car with another drink apologizing that she made it with the wrong type of milk. I was so impressed with her caring and attention to detail - and just goes to show how much she cares about the customer and her job. Kudos!

The wait was ridiculous, but the service was good. Friendly and correct. Will be back!

I understand that the drinks will always vary slightly based on who makes them BUT when you are paying almost $6 for a beverage you went out of your way to purchase you expect people to get their s&!? straight. I ordered a Salted Cold Cream Cold foam cold brew with extra foam and I received this. First of all, this isn’t even the normal amount of foam you would receive with this drink order and on top of that, it tastes horrible. Such a letdown!

Friendly staff and warm atmosphere. Smaller than some other Starbucks, but Ive never seen it too crowded when I go. The drive through seems to get busy in the mornings, however, so Id tend to avoid it if possible.

Used the drive through, and it was very fast and easy. We both had the holiday drink Caramel Brulee Latte, which was excellent.

Waited 30 min in the drive thru only for them to make my order wrong and me having to sit at the window and wait for them to correct it. The worker then has the audacity to give me a sarcastic have a good day. Im fairly patient and i dont mind waiting the 30 minutes if it means my order will be correct but it was all wrong anyway.

This location is at the end of a plaza and off a main road. The Drive Thru gets pretty busy but the staff is quick and very friendly. The inside of the store is clean and, of course, the chairs and tables are set to the side due to COVID. The registers are separated by plexiglass. They have your usual menu items but are limited with their Skinny signature drinks options.

Great place for a first date. I have been single for a long time and this seems to be the place people feel comfortable meeting for the first time oh yeah and the coffee is good. The flavors any way

Horrible. I went there to pick up an order. I saw the name on the bag and when I went to pick it up one of the workers grabbed my hand and yelled at me and told me not to touch the bag. If I touch the wrong bag they will be forced to remake the order. White female with blonde hairHow about a sign that indicates your new procedure. Starbucks you just lost a good customer

The service near the people were so polite helpful courteous was no wait they got everybody in and they have everybody out smile on their face I would recommend everybody and anybody I know to go there a Starbucks in general because they are just amazing and they all deserve raises really all the best

Great staff and quick service!!! Even if the line is super long I dont wait for more than ten minutes unlike other locations. Definitely the best Starbucks service Ive ever experienced every time

I have been here a lot and have always found everyone super nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, while this was true for my visit today as well I found the plastic ring from around a container of milk in my coffee. That’s the reason I’m giving 3 stars for this review.

I have been stuck at home with my newborn and 5 year old and I needed to venture out for some real caffeine. I didn’t have a coffee machine in the house so I went to the drive through as my k cup brewer was arriving in a few days. We just moved in and I have no mugs or anything. In the drive through I ordered my coffee for the next few days ( Black venti) and also asked for a mug so I can have coffee at home. The girl working the window asked what kind and I just told her to pick her favorite one and I would purchase it. This sweet soul picked out four mugs for me to choose from. I Am so grateful for her kindness as this is one of the few moments I have gotten out of the house. All the girls are incredibly sweet and even though there was a line they took their time to make sure orders were right and everyone was taken care of. It is one of the few social interactions I’ve had outside of my home. Lol. THANK YOU!

Poorly managed. More employees than ever, yet only one register open and a 25 minute wait for them to pour a simple ice coffee. Haven’t been here in a while, clearly the management has changed, and I probably won’t be back for a while. “Welcome to Bohemia Starbucks” was the sarcastic comment from the manager, with an audience of people waiting for their drinks. Don’t spend your money here.

Cashier was extremely unprofessional, redish hair ponytail. I Used to like to go in here to sit down and relax after work..... went to pay and I used a $2 bill the cashier looked puzzled, so i was just trying to goof around so I said its real I just made it today. She said to me how do you know that its real? Where I work I have access to a machine that checks for fake money..... she still looked confused, and used one of those markers which i completely understand especially in todays world. But a $2 bill? And I was in my uniform with an ID badge and show up every Monday and Wednesday night for the past 3 months and order the same thing? I just asked her had she ever seen a $2 bill before because some people havent. She just was being rude and says well heres your change she doesnt know she just works at Starbucks, I asked if she wanted my name as they do for every order and she said no see you at the end of the line thanks bye. Then went off and snickered to another employee and I was standing right there and the other employee looked at me and started laughing. I will never go back to this location I felt so uncomfortable. I wasnt trying to be a Wiseguy I just asked a simple question if she had ever seen one before. I work for the public too, she should have waited until I left the premises if she wanted to bash or badmouth me....

Love the staff here. Matt and Rachel are always so friendly and nice. Place is clean. I just am not a fan of the long table and uncomfortable furniture.

Counter service is rushed.I asked the barista a question did not appreciate the attitude, walked out. How you speak to people conveys more than what you are saying.

If you go inside its awesome. The drive thru line however is always seven years long.

5 stars... .but.... This starbucks is ALWAYS BUSY. THere is always a line to order and seems like I wait ridiculously long for my coffee at this location. Just sayin. I get it, theyre busy. but this is the worst location as far as wait time. I try to go to a different location if its on my route.

Drive thru line was extremely slow

They had a line out the door and instead of helping customers they were screwing around looking at a picture on a phone. the drive through was the only line that moved. I waited 40 minutes on line inside the store and I still had 3 customers ahead of me. when I entered I had 12. so they only helped 9 people in 40 mins.

The crew does s good job, but coffee is bitter

I love Starbucks I guess its safe to say Im an addict. There Matcha Green Tea Latte with some Vanilla is life. Just the thought of it makes me want one.

Love starbucks coffee!! Probably my favorite chain coffee shoppe! This location is one of my favorites except when this one women is working. Shes condescending and not very friendly. When my kids see her they say mom, look the mean lady. Now thats pretty sad. Her manager insists she has no clue that shes being rude. Hmmm???

Drive in is nice and they make excellent latte or flatwhite.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The space inside the coffeehouse is neat comfortable. The only problem at this location is the parking area. Its small. The drive thru is cramped and, when theyre busy, the line of cars interferes with the parking area. I dont think this has anything to do with Starbucks. Its in a shopping center so its probably someone elses responsibility. The store itself is great!

Sometimes they run out of coffee beans to purchase. I went to another Starbucks that once they ran out of regular espresso beans for sale, they were nice enough to sell me coffee beans that they have for their (in-house) espresso machines. I thought that was really cool cause I am an avid Starbucks drinker and for that one store to make sure I had beans to grind on my own, meant a lot to me. I only wish the staff at this location were nice enough to do that cause I was stuck in the drive through line and was made to wait in line till I was able to drive out. I know the employees have corporate structure to uphold and rules to follow but a little bit of customer service goes a long way especially with high price coffee shops.

The what just to get to the speaker to order was ten minutes. Then waited there with no introduction or greeting. Said hello, asked me to wait again. Waited...they apologized but overall don t appreciate the extended wait time in the drive through. They need to be staffed properly or further training is needed both in customer service and to quicken the pace. Ill go to dunken a block away in the future.

I stop at this Starbucks often, and will continue to do so. The staff are amazing and my coffee is always perfect.My only gripe with this location is the sheer volume of customers they get in the morning. Between the drive thru and the online orders, old fashioned folk like myself who go in, wait a long time. It is a smaller Starbucks location and cannot accommodate any more staff than they already have working. They are working at frantic speeds and are often colliding with each other because of their work load.If only there were another Starbucks location westbound on sunrise highway. It would reduce the wait time at this location.

They have a drive thru and the service is quick. It is a pretty large Starbucks with many places to sit. There are also different types of seating, large tables as well as smaller café type areas. I believe there were couch style seats as well.

Its Starbucks so you know what youre getting. But slower service it seems then other Starbucks I go to. Might be a little busier here though as well. Overall is Starbucks. You been to one you been to them all imo!

I ordered frappes today, s’mores and one mocha cookie crumble. First of all, the S’mores frappe they gave did not contain coffee in it. The cashier did not ask whether I wanted coffee or not. The other mocha cookie crumble frappe first came out as a hot mocha coffee, and I asked the lady if that’s mine and she said yes, but I ordered a frappe, then she made me a regular mocha frappe after I even pointed to the poster they had on display of the new frappes, I asked her if that was the mocha cookie crumble frappe and where the cookie part was? She said I did not tell her ?! But I told the cashier already when I paid!! The mocha frappe I ended up with had a sour taste, like the milk or something expired. At the same time, another customer came in and returned their drink because she said the milk was bad. Thats when I stopped drinking it and threw it away. Not a pleasent experience.

What you would expect of a Starbucks. Busy, but fast-moving. And theres a drive-thru!

Very fast service great coffee and food

Slowest drive through Ive ever seen. Ive been in traffic jams that have moved better. Fine otherwise.

They take forever, there can be barely a line and it will be forever, and I am comparing it to every other Starbucks I have ever been to. There’s been a huge line and I have seen the store manager lazy walk back and forth behind the register doing random busy work. I have waited 15 minutes minutes for one coffee. The employees there are totally nice, they try, but I do not comprehend the training or management they must get to take so long to do anything. It doesn’t even matter what time you come here, rush hour, 3pm on a sunday, 8 am. Your going to wait, and your going to wait for a long, long time.

I come here often but the level of service has been dropping. The wait times have been crazy long recently, maybe it is the Holiday season!

I dont drink coffee but went to Starbucks to buy a giftcard. It was early in the morning so I wanted a bagel. They had a very small assortment which I understand because they are not a bagel place. I ordered a buttered bagel. While I picked out a giftcard the nice cashier handed me a bag. I went to my car and opened the bag to find a bagel with a knife and 2 hard squares of butter. It was obvious the bagel had been microwaved because it was probably hard and not fresh. How am I supposed to prepare a bagel in my lap in my car?I went into the store and asked why they didnt butter it or even cut it. The cashier said, they dont do that. I left and the seagull in the lot enjoyed my bagel and I went elsewhere.

The most interesting and wide variety of coffee options and choices, but they certainly have cornered the market in making people addicted to coffee thats more expensive than Gourmet cheesecake 🙄. The closest coffee to my favorite which is Nespresso.

Staff can be stingy. Every other place gives me a little extra soy milk for free, this one charges an extra 60¢. Theyre only supposed to charge if its 4oz or more.

If the drive thru line only has one or two cars on it dont overexcite yourself because your still going to wait at least 20 minutes for your order, there service is about as fast as molasses in an igloo in the middle of an ice storm.
