Only reason there is one Star is because you can not give zero. Worse customer service Ive ever witnessed. I have a local business and am very familiar with how hard it is to find good employees but it would be better to just shut this store down.Was missled about pricing are ready day no we can not do that, the holding head down and yawning noon stop, instead of showing what could be done.I have a total of six lines thru this place I pay for but at this end of this month it will be zero.
Upgraded 2 phones and paid cash neither phone worked. Couldnt receive calls or call out. Took them back 4+ times. Just changed my phone back to my old one and lost the money we spent on it. The manager said we could change the other phone out with another new one, but now she cant get her manager to approve it, at least thats what shes telling us. Cant believe metro is doing shady stuff like this and I cant even get another managers# to straighten this out. Extremely dis satisfied and disrespected especially since they wont even take my calls at the store.
Went in to purchase a Iphone 11 case 5/11/2021 - did not have the new phone with me. Shane was quick to point me to 3 cases that would fit. I purchased the screen protector along with phone case only to get home and find the case did not fit the phone. Since the store was already closed couldnt swap it out. Had to buy a cover elsewhere to use the following day. Returned to store on 5/12/2021 to get a refund for the phone case only since it did not fit - neither employee in the store is able to process refunds. They kept having to wait on Gary the district manager to be able to process a $32 refund via the computer. This was supposed to take 10 minutes. An hour later - I am having to call the main T-Mobile number to file a report since Gary will no longer respond to their calls and has not returned the call nor refunded the money. The manager for the office was not able to offer any resolution. Pretty sad service when you have a new cover still with the original packaging and a receipt that was sold to you saying it would fit your phone, that doesnt that and they refuse to refund your money. I only went into the store for a phone cover --- I am not even an account holder -- Certainly would never change phone service after this experience!
Walked in with SIM card issue, was resolved quickly and easily. The staff all had the good sense to wear masks, while enforcing their rule on customers wearing a mask...or go away. Kudos to the the staff and management of our local store. Made my patronage a much safer environment. Thank you.
Hated wearing the mask! However, the guy was awesome and very helpful. Got a new phone with unlimited everything (except hotspot) for my kiddo. Recommend this location
Cheap quality products that brake right out of the box, they lie to customers every day too. I know because I recently worked there for 5 months.

Worst experience EVER! No phones. No clue to what they say. Cant fix my phone when they have problems. I have to put my phone on my window to get service. I took my service to cricket and theybtook care of me. Great people overe there.

I was given incorrect information and was seriously inconvenienced. Supervisor/Manager did not help the situation and instead of accepting any kind of responsibility or trying to resolve the matter denied wrong doing on their part. Even at the smallest level insisted the problem was mine, that there was no possible way I was given false information, only 3 days prior. I finally returned to this particular store after several years because I had received prorating fees that other metro stores confirmed DID NOT exist, I do believe that matter was resolved, but it speaks volumes to the level of incompetence and self preservation.All in all, I would go without a phone if it meant having to return here.
I think that loyal customers should get deals metropcs in bonham it is always new customers getting better deals i understand you have to keep buisness open but people that has been with ya for years and is never late on there payments we come in the store there is never deals for us its like i had my sister added on my account about 3 or 4 months ago i didnt get nothing from it we should get some kind of a deal for adding someone on our accounts i know i would like to know im appreciated cuustomer as well as a new customer
