Tim W stayed late on Saturday because I couldnt get in until last minute, he was more then happy to stay and help me resolve my issues. I definitely recommend this store!
Our experience was absolutely 💯 AMAZING. Hailey was WONDERFUL. We went into the store on a Sunday thinking they closed later and Hailey stayed 3 hours AFTER the store closed just to solve our issues and to help get our account straight. Hailey was kind, professional, knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond for us. We to this day will contact Hailey at the store if we are interested in changing ANYTHING on our account only because we know we can trust her 💯. The only other suggestion I have is GIVE THAT GAL A RAISE VERIZON!!!!!! I love this store and will keep my business in this store.
When I switched to Verizon 2 months ago, I went to the Bonham location to do so. The girl with “authority” at the time, don’t remember her name, dark curly hair with tats, set me up. We discussed what my bill would be, total with devise and a agreed. Now my bill is $30 higher than agreed upon. I went in today to see what the problem was. She was adamant that she discussed the bill accurately. I would not have switched if it were that high. I was deceived. As I was asking what information I needed to switch to another provider, she rudely kept talking. I asked again, she said “ I am going to tell you if you let me talk”, very rudely. I did say a few words at that point that I am not proud of using, but being treated like that as a customer and as an elder did not sit well. She was also very rude to a customer with no mask the first time I was there. They also walked out. I give one star because I had to choose at least one to post this. I also received a threatening Facebook message from some guy shortly after I left the store. This employee gave my name out which should be against company policy. I am contacting Verizon over that.
If I could give more stars, I would!! I was on a roadtrip and staying in Bonham on my last leg. My fiancee and I went to the Verizon store n Sunday afternoon prior to my leaving Monday morning. When we walked in, we noticed the store would be closing soon, which was earlier than we had anticipated. When we explained to Hailey my situation, she said no problem, she would take care of us regardless of how long it took. We had to do a number of things including porting a number over from ATT, and transferring information between 3 phones including 2 I-Phones and an android. Hailey was amazing!! She explained everything to us as she went through the multiple processes required to complete the transactions. She helped us find the best value on service and accessories we needed. Because of the complexity of the issues, and several power outages due to a storm, we were there for almost 3 hours after the store closed. Hailey never once seemed bothered by how long it was taking. She was a consummate professional at all times. She was kind, considerate, and and seemed genuinely pleased to help us resolve our issues. I am back in Colorado now but will only deal with local stores here if I absolutely have to. Haileys amazing customer service and friendly approach has won her a customer for life. If there is anything I need done, Hailey in Bonham Texas will be my first call! I have been dealing with cell phone stores for around 18-20 years now and this was hands down the best experience I have ever had.
Staff here is very knowledgeable about the plans and products. Very satisfied with their service. I had an issue with an add on and they helped me get it all worked out. Ill come here over going to the big store any day. Thank you Hailey and Kristina!!!
Always exceptional customer service here. This team in the Bonham store works well together and in doing so provides their customers with the best deal for the customer. Ill never go anywhere else. Great job Josh, Hailey and Kristina for helping me!!! You guys rock!!!!
Good company, In the event you experience a problem or do not get that satisfactory customer service you think you should get, reach out to the Store manager, Hell probably fix it for you. I am editing my review because he reached out to me and offered to take care of my issues. I have purchased and paid off two phones through Go Wireless as well as have had several account issues resolved by them. They have always treated me well as a customer and I always walk out saving money. I recently purchased the LG V60 ThinQ UW phone from them and while I am not overly impressed with the phone they did get me out of the store with some decent savings. Most of my complaints with this phone could have been resolved by more in depth research of the product, that is on me not them. The sales staff do their best to help everyone but we all have good and bad days. Often that store is crowded with a waitthough when they assist you, you probably wont have to return over and over like you would with at&t where they make it a point to get it wrong so you have to keep coming back. So, if you are a Verizon customer and live in the area of Bonham Texas, Go Wireless is the place to visit when you need help or want to purchase something without getting ripped off or having to drive to North Dallas.
The sales lady was nice but the fact that I couldnt use my employee discount nor put my purchase on my Verizon account at this store was a huge disappointment.
Did an excellent job getting my phone upgraded. Everyone was very friendly.
Cody was absolutely perfect to me and my wife. Very helpful. Phone we wanted wasnt in stock, but he above and beyond to track down the only Rose Gold iPhone for her. Ordered, shipped and waiting on it to arrive. Thanks for the help!!

Sat outside for over half an hour due to a note on the door stating they were on break until 3:50. At 3:50 as I went to walk in a lady replaces the note with one that says Out to lunch be back at 4:20. Ok you have atleast 3 people working there from what i saw and the manager doesn’t know how to rotate breaks to keep their doors open?? Since they obviously don’t care about their customers I won’t care to spend my money there and write corporate. I pay good money for 3 lines and wanted to add a 4th and that’s how they treat ya. Manager needs to go back class.
The worse store I have ever seen, deal with. I have seen a 3.5 MM AUX adaptor, labeled $14.When I bought it I was charged $21.60. when I noticed what I had been charged I told the sells man, Cody, that I did not want it.However he wanted to charge me 25% restocking fee.
