Walmart super store. Surprised me. For the 1st time i experienced good customer service. Employees were helpful. Asked if finding everything ok. Wow. That never happens at a Walmart. Bravo Bonney Lake Walmart. I will be back.

Always has what I need at an affordable price. Staff is always friendly and helpful. In fact, had a staff member try to help me find an article of clothing in a particular size. It seemed it was unavailable until fifteen minutes later she tracked me down with exactly what I was looking for in the exact size! I wish I had caught her name because that young lady deserves store recognition! She went way out of her way to help me!

I always find what I need and the staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! I have dealt with staff from every department and find the encounters quite pleasant! To me, it appears the staff enjoys working at the Bonney Lake Walmart!! Thank you, to the staff as well as management, for doing such a great job! I truly appreciate all the hard work put in to make shopping easier and flow smoothly!Be good, stay safe and have fun!

Great groceries, friendly staff. With all the problems with delivery of goods they seem stocked, except audio area empty shelves. But overall 5 star

Very quick visit so ran in quickly. Its a shame that customers cant go to a live person hardly anymore. Most check strands available are scan yourself. And they are always backed up the lines go forever down the isles.

Ive never seen a walmart with so many empty items on the shelf I have been in here on several occasions looking for children hangers, sweet chili pistachios, and children disposable face mask and still they have not been stocked.

For Walmart this is probably the best Ive seen. Huge inventory the store wasnt completely trashed. There was Associates near by in every department I walked through. I was impressed with the lay out. It seems like its huge but it could just be the lay out.

Came here for some late night back to school shopping! I originally went to Target across the street but they were extremely picked over. Walmart was really well stocked and was able to find everything on the school list and then some.

This is where they hold Academy training for management. It is a huge store and they keep up with CFF (Clean Fast Friendly) really well. Friendly staff always willing to help.

Great selection of products, including gluten-free and organic. Store is always clean and well lit.

The fact that you guys make billions a year. And telling ppl that you guys are short change is hilarious. There are a lot of ppl in this world that still use cash and dont wanna wait 30 mins in line to see a cashier, especially when they only have one or two items. This needs to change!!!

I love this Walmart it offers great clearance producis 8 clearance products a large selection of everything the store is always clean and organized and its really one of the better walmarts worth the drive to go to Bonnie lake

Always love coming to see what new dinos they have from Jurassic World. And with the new movie coming out even more are coming out. They also have the cutest boy clothes. Lots of dino stuff there!!

Today we decided to go to Walmart. I know what a change lol but it was different. Very different. We went to the Bonney lake Walmart. It was like waking up in Oz. After my house fell on the wicked witch. ( Not the prison show) or like when you watched to much twilight zone and your over active imagination is trying to play along.This store had a very different environment. Calm, nice and polite. Associates and customers alike. This experience was outstanding. Very clean. And the bathroom OMG it was decorated and clean with a fresh sent.I would like to thank the store manager for leading an awesome team. To all the associates THANk YOU for all you do. People have a big miss conception of what it takes to work and be dedicated to retail. Its been along time since I have walked in to a Walmart and seen what pride looks like!!

Wal-Mart always has the best prices, the inventory is pretty poor but is to be expected with nationwide freight issues but stands out as one of the better locations for staff helpfulness and friendliness

I was skeptical when I went to this salon. I needed a full color and full foil and eyebrows done. Rebecca Howell helped me and was amazing! I loved my hair loved my look and got great products from her! she did an amazing job!!! will be back!

The ONLY reason they are getting two stars instead of one star is because of the amazing woman who helped a load groceries. I was waiting for 45 minutes after the scheduled pick up for an order and they still couldnt get anything right

I went to target. What are they doing??? Nothing organized no one too help. So went across the street to wallmart. No problems finding what I wanted at a very good price and so many people to help. And I want to thank Steven in the gardening center. Love him he knows where everything is.so helpful. Hes my go too now.👷

The Shelves are always Empty. The employees are rude.the employees that are feeling the online. Are always taking up the hole Isles.ny parking in the middle. Only had two cashier opening. I wouldnt got back to the walmart in bonney lake

What the heck would I be reviewing, the utter sameness of another chain store

I got a nice pair of shoes for 10 bucks surprisingly theyre still in one piece after 3 weeks and theyre comfortable cant figure that out I bought in 25 shoes there before and they were uncomfortable and they broke in 2 weeks I dont know Walmart is just boring for me its just as easy to order on Amazon and fart around in the store prefer not to go if I dont have to

Super crowded but pretty good

The store is clean and well lit. The aisles are spacious with plenty of room to maneuver. Prices are much cheaper on many grocery items than I can find elsewhere. The selection and variety of most household items is very good.

Had the things I came to shop for, they were out of some. No big deal, but its Walmart! Its a great place to go on a budget.

Its Walmart... This one is fairly clean and doesnt stink like other ones Ive been inside locally. Not overly impressed with the stocking upkeep as sometimes the shelves look super duper bare.

Best Walmart in all of Washington State. Any other Walmart you have to literally hunt down an employee if you need help. In Bonney Lake there are employees everywhere, actually working, and any of them are more than willing to help out. If I could give this Walmart a 10 star rating I would. Keep it up Bonney Lake Walmart!

Customer service at this location has definitely gone down lately. The employees at the contactless pick-up are rude and snarky. I had to call twice to check in. And then they said, well get it out to you when we can. Waited another 20 minutes to have them slam my trunk shut and scurry away without saying a word to me. I will not go back.

So many cartons piled in the aisles I couldnt make my way from one place to the other. There were spaces available but not wide enough for a cart. Worst shopping ever at this store!

This is one of the cleanest and nicest Walmarts that I have been to, and the staff have always been friendly there. I know Walmart has a bit of a sour reputation in general, but the Bonney Lake Walmart has never disappointed me.

The door host was rude my father n law and mother n law both in there 80s needs mart carts we ask if they maybe some on the other door since there were none at the entrance we entered. She said I dont no you can go look I told her she has a radio cant she just radio and ask she huffed a bit but she turned on the radio and ask the other lady from the other side said yes . my point is.. there at the door for a reason to help the ppl that come in especially ones will disabilities. Please be nice.

Surprisingly I havent run into a Walmart in quite some time that doesnt have really friendly staff, well behaved customers and clean bathrooms.

Great place to find everything you need in one location and now masks not required and no questions asked.

The grocery pick up is so nice. You check in and they bring it to your car. Everyone that has helped me has been very nice!

Cant believe that all Self check outs are cards only NO CASH! I go to the self checkouts cause the cashiers are SOO stinking slow n act like Ur bothering them when its their job! I went to the liquor cashier cause I didnt have a Lotta time n OMG it was like I was bothering her by asking her to do her job!

Wish they were open later maybe they will open back up to being open my 24 hours.

We live in Renton, in which theres a Walmart. Its SO horrible and crowded that we always drive down to the Auburn one. So much better!!!

I definitely prefer to come to this Walmart than some others out there. Ample, in stock items. Usually is well organized on their products. Pretty clean and items are well spread out, for the most part. Employees that I have encountered have been nice so far. The only major thing I was not fond of are that various people shopping in the store either did not have a mask on or they came in with one and then took it off, had it dangling, etc. There really needs to be more strict guidance on this from the store management on their clientele. Overall, would return and would recommend.

Employees are always pleasant and helpful. The only negative thing is a couple of times no organic veggies. Called supply and demand. They are still better priced than a few other stores.
