All around a great experience. I called earlier this year about a few possible updates to our home. While the owner explained that their schedule was overloaded at the moment, he made a point to keep me in the loop with a realistic timeline. As a consumer I really can’t ask for more than honesty and communication and Freedom ElecTech provided just that. The end product was absolutely beautiful and I was able to show it off as a surprise to my family. I’m no photographer, but even this picture shows what a difference their work made to our home! Highly recommend! Had to get an outlet wired into a breaker box. Very small job. They answered the phone right away. All staff were very friendly. Gave a very accurate rough estimate for the job. Were on time! 10/10 would contact again in the future!

Very disappointing all around, lack commutation and negative experience. They called yelling at my staff saying we never paid our bill and then come to find out they sent the invoice to the wrong email. Then expected to be paid on the spot before coming out to look at something. I will be taking our business else where.
